We opted for home delivery option and ordered Fish fry from this outlet.
In a rainy winter afternoon, they really satiated our taste buds. It was fresh and good.
Food was good but ambience of the restaurant was not up to the mark and washroom could have been cleaner. Food quantity can be increased. Location was not easy to find.
Fantabulous bengali food. Its the most ethnic food plaza in kolkata. Every puja theye offer thali, veg or nonveg. Unlimited food journey when you go through their thali. Limited setting area, needs some time to wait for the table. Will visit again on next puja :)
Don't have a count how many times I ate at this place. And everything was totally up to the mark everything. Bengali pulao, bhetki patudi, hilsa sarson, pabta sarson, chhenar dalna, channa dal, Lau chingri , cutlet. Everything was good and quantity is also decent
If you like to have authentic bengali cuisine, this is a must visit place. Must try dhokar dalna, chhanar dalna, mochhar ghonto. The fish thali is great and another great thing is mutton daakbanglow
A great place for bengali dishes.... There are also many options for the vegetarians... Food quality is good and price of foods are also reasonable
very good food. they delivered as per instructions.
Good service with awesome food, gd quantity with very good service team.. I m in love with the food of Bhojohori manna.
Thanks for serving me...
Cheers
The best bengali cuisine resturant out in kolkata. The fish fry is just tooo awesome. The people out there wr too polite... and well behaved thnx to the manager also for giving us complimentary aaam pora shorbot
Not a very comfortable place to dine in but you can parcel the food and enjoy it at back home..should not miss echor Chingari, chitol macher peti,Sona mug er dal and lastly doi
Bhojohori manna still stands by the brand image it has created..we were a group of six and we ordered veg thali with malai curry chingri and bhetki maach er patori and jhol..every item on the thali was delicious.. authentic Bengali cuisine cooked without much of spices and they tasted yum..I am for sure hitting this place again.
I ordered through a food delivery app, located near Anandapur, mutton portion size was good and the dish was tasty too. Rice quantity a bit let down for lunch. Pricing is justified. Over all satisfactory experience.

Good food no doubt.
Not so great ambience.
I found this place a little costly.
Typical Bengali food and delicious.
"Guur er ice cream" in desert was the best but again costly.
Prawns cooked in coconut shell was different and I loved it.
The food is good but the service is a little sloppy...should add more ambience though... Although the staff is very helpful 😃....liked the Mumbai one much more
I have taken home delivery from this restaurant which is their mother restaurant of the chain restaurants in Kolkata and food is supplied to other restaurants from this one. The Basanti pulao is with chicken duckbanglow and dab chingri is the best in the items that I have tasted. The illish preparation during the season is also great. This is the place for authentic bengali food.
By far the best bengali food I have ever had. Visited the Ruby branch with my family and each and every member liked it so much. Typical bengali taste and pretty nice service. Overall a wonderful experience. Would love to try out the other outlets.
The only things I didn't like was the outlook of the restaurant and too many taxes. The restaurant looks little shabby.
The food along with ambience was excellent. The staff was well trained and were extremely effecient. Keep ip the good work. Wjbeybnndneyneyneynsneyn

Nothing much to add here. We discovered this outlet for lunch. Same old menu, place is extremely simple, not much thought for the decor. Simple seating arrangements. We tried ordering few items apart from the ordinary, was not available. Just had the usual.
Eating at Bhojohori Manna has always been a pleasure. Even though the ambience is very ordinary, the food is always excellent. Especially the mocha n crab items are awesome.
I always love the foods of Bhojohori Manna, even if I'm in Bangalore also.
But, I didn't feel that good in this outlet.
I came to this outlet only for one time.
Ordered pabda sorse jhal, moong dal, mutton dakbangla( always favorite) and Misti doi.
Food was good as expected, but staffs are idle to serve.
This outlet of Bhojohari Manna is located behind Ruby and takes a bit of time to locate. Nevertheless, google maps and Zomato make our life quite easier nowadays. The ambience of this restaurant is not upto the mark as I have found in the Sector V outlet in Kolkata. There is no display of Bengali ethnicity or lifestyle as depicted generally in the Bengali Cuisine restaurants. Quite a bit of improvement is required in this field. Coming to service, it is quite good. The quality of food is very good and belonged to the top notch level that Bhojohori Manna promises. We did order Basanti Pulao, Mutton Dakbanglow and Boneless Mutton Korma. Each of the dishes were excellent. We finished our dinner with the special AamDoi. The pricing is quite reasonable. Would love to visit again.

We took a home delivery from them once. They are pretty good at making authentic bengali dishes. We tried basanti Pulao and Mutton Duckbangla .Both were awesome in taste and look both. But there is a big but thing :/ that is the quantity. One pulao is not even sufficient for one.But i must admit that the was perfect, authentic and truly bengali.I have also been in their outlet once. It"s so normal and nothing special in the interior too.
Anyways For having bengali food its nice.
I jst love the taste of Basanti pulao and mutton duckbanglow..we had d food delivered at our place and it was awesome..i dnt see any cons except d delivery took time bt we were well warned abt it..loved the foooooooodddddd
Awesome traditional Bengali dishes are available here..I have tasted Chicken Duck Bungalow it was jst awesome..One of the best Bengali traditional food seller..
I love Bengali food. I frequent Kolkata for work and I try to get atleast one meal delivered during my stay. Last time I had thr hilsa fish with mustard paste and mangso kosha or mutton masala and rice.
The taste was authentic and out of this world.
Please do try this hidden gem whenever you visit Kolkata.
Bhojohori Manna is a BIG name in Kolkata but I feel they dont serve the best FISH here.. Its Kasturi restaurant. What takes me to Bhojohori Manna is their Basanti pulao and Mutton dakbunglow... It is like HEAVEN.. Another delight in the menu is their Nalengurer icecream. Decor is nothing much to rave about.. All items in the menu are not available.. Sometimes they are not fresh also.. Even the one in Bangalore serves very poor quality of food.. Just go if you want to savour some pulao mangsho
First of all, I'd like to thank Bhojohori Manna a lot for taking the pain to deliver it to Cognizant Bantola. And regarding the taste what else I can say, I have already reviewed Bhojohori Manna before (As I being there on Gariahat branch) and as usual it's awesome. Doesn't matter which outlet you visit, you'd find the taste same, as the food is prepared at a common place.
This was #2 place in Kolkata that I visited during my short trip. Wanted to try out authentic Bengali cuisine and how can I miss out fish and rice. There were options of Ilish and Bhetki. However Ilish was bigger is size and price too :p. So went for bhetki kaila and plain white rice. Found it good. Especially the fish, it was appropriately cooked. Unlike other fish gravy, the gravy portion was limited and less for rice that was served. Extra gravy was served without any hassle.
Prior to my recent visit to Kolkata, I did a small research in Zomato to locate nearby eateries, their menus etc. for a home delivered dinner. Based on the findings we zeroed in on Bhojohori Manna at Kasba for its proximity. We called up the outlet through Zomato’s extension no. at about 8.00 pm and our food was delivered by 8.40 pm – considering that the house was located in rather deep interiors, my vote goes to BM for sticking to the timelines.
We asked for two portions of ‘jhuri-jhuri alu bhaja’ (deep fried grated potato), two portions of dal, a portion of ‘echorer dalna’ (green jackfruit + potato in gravy), two portions of ‘chhanar dalna’ (cottage cheese in gravy), two portions of ‘mutton dak bungalow’ (mutton cooked as in erstwhile forest rest-houses), two portions of chicken rezala (famous dish from Kolkata’s Muslim restaurants) and ‘nolen gurer ice-cream’ (prepared with jaggery made from date palm juice) for six of us. A point to be noted here is that each portion is just sufficient for two persons and not more. While dal was well prepared, ‘echorer dalna’ was a delicacy reminding me of long lost flavours of Kolkata. ‘Chhanar dalna’ was savoured by all. Mutton dak bungalow was awesome in taste with right doses of aromatic spices and chicken rezala was prepared very well too with its light gravy and chunks of chicken. Such a hearty dinner for six of us cost us Rs.1339/- including all taxes and a small packing charge levied by the restaurant. I am sure that if BM decides to open an outlet in Delhi/Gurgaon, they will be runaway hit with their pricelines.
AWESOME ....
Love food, affordable, treatable, good service - Overall awesome ... :)
BM is good for take away.the sitting place in all its outlets are clumsy. food wise its a normal fare of the same chicken or mutton dak bungalow which is nothing but gravy . the packaging costs a lot and approximately 10% of the food bill is packing charge.
overall good place to pack food and eat at home.
Every Bengali at some point of every month, craves Luchi and Maangsho. Bhojohori Manna is the answer to that craving. This joint was 2 lanes away from my office, so I keep dropping in. The mutton daakbungalow and luchi can bring a dead man back to life. The ambience and decor are extremely tacky though.
although the location is bit odd, but foodies find their own niche by the smell I suppose. Ambience is not bad. Its a homely ambience just like a restaurant next stop. food is top class. i have never tasted better bangla ranna beyond bhojohori. not for a well planned family dinner rather than a quick lunch out of hectic office. ratings go down because the way customers demand. my demands are simple. tasty bangla ranna within a short distance, especialy lunch.
Quick stop for authentic Bengali food. This outlet is their kitchen or main pantry, from this area they deliver to their outlets nearby.
First ever Bengali thali, loved the service and food
Food value for money is good. All are parking areas, So your park card in the boundary gate and walk enjoy food.
Excellent authentic Bengali cuisine. Very tasty. All types of veg and non -veg food are available. But the location of the restaurant is very interior. It is not very well maintained for diners. Washrooms are stinky. Difficult to find parking in the sorroundings. Prices are little bit on the higher side but worth the taste.

Bhojho Hari Manna- a age old name in Bengali cuisine. I had food over here quite a number of times...I have forgotten the count. Food out here is average, some items are good, price is moderate & ambience. Well.. not anything great. Today I will review the Thali that they kept in their menu during the Pujas. I had the MAHA SAPTAMI r mahabhoj at their Esplanade outlet last year. Well , getting food at quarter to Five in the evening is a pleasant discovery to start with. The Thali started with rice, moong dal, Bekti mach r kaalia, Ilish borishali, Mutton, Pulao, Rajbhog , aam doi & Paan. Thankfully, the illish was a good piece of a large fish with egg in it :) Rest all items was standard in their taste. The Rajbhog was also of pure chhana ! The price was Rs 600/-. I will conclude that if you take 3 thalis & share with 4 people, with an additional plate of rice- It is worth it. The standard cutlery was replaced with thermocol plates & bowls to meet the demands. ( At 5PM people like many of us were still having food!) So next pujas/occasion you can try this Thali system & share with an additional person to balance the price.
In the city of Bangalore, Bhojohori Manna is a name to recon on due to its superior food quality and complete Bengali ambience. With my cutie, Nidhi this is the place I love coming to as the spacious interior and very comfortable seating arrangement lets one have all the fun together without being bothered. In the menu, they have good Mutton Dakbangla and Labra and Daab Chingri. Truly, Bhojohori Manna restaurant has something unique in its overall ambience and food quality which is otherwise rare.
Faced difficulty to find a parking space. Food quality and quantity both are good but a little overpriced..... that's it
Budget friendly. Location of the restaurant is in a bit weird place as there are dumpsters outside on the way to the restaurant so some people might find it troubling. However the restaurant itself is very clean and hygienic. Staff is very helpful. Many items available in the menu. Veg or non-veg both available. Food is good and budget friendly.
Food is really good. We have enjoyed it .
The restaurant is ok in quality food, but surrounding area is too dirty. The sib- road connecting the restaurant to main road is stinky, got unhygienic smell. Need to improve on the surrounding atmosphere to attract more food lovers.
Staffs & quality of food were very good but quantity were not sufficient. Specifically Postorbora was too small compare to it's cost, rice quantity was not sufficient even full plate. Authority may try to prepare Chetol Macher muitual by their own personnel instead of purchasing ready-made frozen mutha from the market, overall authority may try to increase quantity of every items for customers satisfaction & value of their money.
Awesome Taste. 5 out of 5. Wl visit again for sure.
