Really at this place , experience was awesome and smooth process , Ms. Hore and her assistant have such great calm nature , every time she was giving reply to all the customer. In single word , CUSTOMER CENTRIC nature i found.

you can reach there by taking bus from excide more bus no. 205.
Suppose i came from shapoorji pallonji housing complex by taking Ac-12 to excide and then 205 from excide to regent park.
Nice experience while documents verification for passport. Very quick service and the lady executive there is very helpful. Go there in time carrying mainly three documents (original + self attested Xerox copies) --

The behaviour of Passport officer (Madam) is very pleasant. She is very helpful. Very much satisfied with today's experience.
I went for my documents verification for my passport. It was very smooth process. Whatever you have to do, mam will say very politely. You don't have to worry for this. Eventhough I did a mistake about my document , mam took in hand and corrected that by giving extra 5 mins.
The Passport service is really good. The lady attending you will deal very nicely and patiently with the visitors and also she will solve all the queries one have. She helped me alot in guided me through all processes and the further things to happen.

Very good service for passport
The post office houses the POPSK Jadavpur on the first floor, use the main entrance and follow the board for the exact location. The waiting room was small and the wait time was high (had a delay of 1:30 hours). But the lady working is extremely efficient.
My verification procedure took 15 minutes.
We can get all type of postal services. Service and staffs are helpful. There is also a passport verification center on its 1st floor. The lady is very efficient and helpful to her job.it situated on main road, easily visible from vehicle. But no wheelchair accessible entrance or parking lot is here
