Five Mad Men is located in Sector V, Salt lake. The place is a little difficult to navigate but once you enter the place you will find beautiful interiors. They have two sections of seating, the first section is well designed and beautifully lit and the second section is a little dark with the mad bar in it. They also have a games section which makes even more appealing and live cricket streaming also happens on a huge screen.
We ordered the MIXED SAUCE PASTA which was served with a piece of garlic bread on the side and was topped with some basil leaves. The pasta was really nice in it's flavor and had very little of the vegetables. The quantity and quality of the food was also really apt. Their drinks are also really refreshing and the presentation is also very unique. They serve hard drinks as well.
All in all a really nice place to have a party and hangout with friends. The servers are really are friendly and the ambiance is wonderful. It is just worth the visit.

My very first visit to this mad place. A sports themed bar and lounge, serving some of the tastiest cocktail in the city of joy, Kolkata. It is one of those rare place where you would find space and detailing on the interiors on top. The entire ambiance is chic and gives a good vibe.
Please try their Kadak Tea aka Jager-chai shot. You will go mind blown by the taste and it's highness. Recommended for all cocktail lovers and foodies.

One of the very few sports pub in kolkata and probably the best too. Right from the ambience to the food to service, everything is impeccable. There is a separate section for people who want to sit in the dimly lit section with loud music and others who want to sit in a calm well lit area. There is a pool table, foosball table, carrom and air hockey table where you can play as much as you want. Coming to the food, we ordered:
1. Beer batter calamari: squid rings batter fried, well seasoned and served with a dip which is a great pairing. Although the taste was great, a bit too oily for my taste.
2. Bacon wrapped prawn: absolutely amazing. Tender fried bacon with prawns rolled in it. The prawns were cooked to perfection, neither undercooked, nor overcooked. The seasoning absolutely on point and the dip elevated it to the next level. An absolute must try.
3. Bhoot jolokia wings: Bhoot jolokia, probably the spiciest chilli is notoriously known for its heat. The wings were perfectly made, however the masala on top hid the flavor of chicken. The spice was not too much, although intense a bit.
4. Frozen Malibu: absolutely delightful. Fried ice cream was a good match with the coconut crumbs and the white chocolate and white rum sauce. Altogether, it was a hit. Recommended.
5. Coconut panacotta with lime zest: probably one of the best panacotta I've ever had. The lime flavor elevated it up. A must try.
6. Cheesecake: the cheesecake was absolutely delightful and the sweetness was well balanced. The texture was amazing and the flavor was amazing. A must try.
All over, it was amazing and I'd definitely go back again to try their desserts and mains. The staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous, which made the experience memorable. A highly recommended restaurant.

Take a little bit of discotheque, a pinch of pub, a tub full of space and a lot of good food, you get 5 Mad Men.

Really nice ambience, music played is a little bit on the loud side making conversation a little hard but tracks played are good. The courteous staff makes you feel comfortable and are really friendly. I was waited upon by and personally taken care of by Rajdeep, a great guy.

The games section is just another USP if you are with your gang. All in all looking forward to my next visit soon.

They are taking proper precautions keeping in mind the pandemic and that's reassuring. They have two dining areas out of which only one is open now. The pub has this garage kind of a set up with a huge screen and live music to groove.
On my visit to this place, I had ordered Keema Pav which tasted nice but could have been spicier. Next was orange glazed chilli pork ribs. Quality of the pork was good. The right amount of ingredients made it scrumptious and mellowed inside the mouth instantly.
Could not resist but order Baked Pina Colada. It served both as a cocktail and a desert and a must try for all. Came back home with a happily satiated tummy 😊

I went to Five Mad Men on a whim, right after a pampering session at the salon next door. The restaurant is maintaining all safety standards keeping the pandemic in mind and that is kinda reassuring. Out of the two seating areas though, only one is open and on a weekday evening when i went, it was quite empty. The decor is pretty and the place has quite a nice garage jam session vibes. Live music has started again yet so i settled down with some beer and keema pao, surprised to find it in the menu of a Calcutta restaurant and since I was missing it badly, having been away from Bombay for the last six months. Since I'm pretty finicky about my keema pao (ask uncle at Kyani's), I found this one to be a little lacking, lower on masala than it should have been. However, the orange chilli glazed pork ribs that i ordered next made up for it. The quality of the pork is good and it was quite juicy. Overall, a fine balance of flavors. The surprising element of the meal was the Baked Pina colada, essentially a cocktail, but could easily double up as a dessert. Full marks for this one.

Five Mad Men is a very popular place for dine in and drinks at saltlake sec 5. It is located right opposite to RDB boulevard and a very spacious one. The ambiance is super cool, it is sure to lift up your mood as you enter the place. The staffs are very friendly. One can also find a decorated bar counter that serves a veriety of drinks. I visited this place on the occasion of Valentine's Day. The ambiance was just too beautiful. Coming to my orders, I ordered these..

The presentation was out of the world. The quality and quantity was also very good. The mango Kasundi wings was delicious. Cocoa surprise was the best choice ever. I opted for non alcoholic dishes, one can also try their variety of alcoholic dishes. The price was affordable. All total a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to visit again once the pandemic is over.

Located opposite to BBQ Nation at salt lake sector 5. The decor and ambiance is amazing and photogenic too.

I went there for the first time. The food was great. It was very tasty and healthy too. The staffs are great and specially dj was playing some real good music. Music was fantastic I waited there for more 30 minutes just to listen. Awesome concept of a sports bar. Their sitting was really commendable. All in all-a must go to place!

Five mad men the largest sports centered gastropub in the 1st floor of Omega building Kolkata . Good for young party animals and old school revealers. They themed the best sports matches of India's largest pub screen I.e 200 square feet. All of this this served the tastiest appetizer , delicious main course , irresistible drinks and eye catchy deserts

I visited the place few days earlier . And I saw they perfectly maintained social distancing and thermal checking. When I entered the restaurant checked my body temperature and sanitize my hand. In the restaurant they clean all the tables and all the equipments clearly. So it's the hygienic place in the pandemic situation.

Now what I have tried
Mist salad .. which is full of vegetable and sprinkle with salt and pepper and dressing with their signature sauce

Bhetki skewers ...one of the best dish from this restaurant... mostly tried

Beer batter calamari ...calamari is a kind of squid which is dipped into beer batter and then deep fried and served with their signature sauce

Steel fried pork sausages which is heavenly delicious

Bourbon flamed chicken wings ... five mad men special which is glazed with Bourbon

Vegetable creole burger .... The Patty is so delicious and full of spice

Minced lamb burger ... this is very much tasty and the lamp battery is so much tender

Pav bhaji.... I generally like pav bhaji so the pav bhaji in five mad men is truly delicious and the bhaji was so smooth they served with some onion and green chutney

Among all this they also served a veg platter which is full of burger , tacos , sweet corn salad , blueberry cheesecake

And are non veg platter with stuffed naan, galouti kebab , chicken kebab , two types of chicken curry dish and gajar ka halwa

Then the most interesting part is desert
I tried
Lemon cheesecake ....which is the softest creamiest cheesecake in the planet

Blueberry cheesecake ....this is the mild flavour and so little sweetness

And the caramel pudding which is truly good

Then we came to the shakes

Oreo overloaded which is basically a shake of Oreo biscuits and chocolate

Mad mango this is the signature shake in five mad men which is prepared by mango juice it's tastet like a smoothie and garnished with some mangoes and pineapples

Mad beery which is based on strawberry shake and garnish with cashew nuts and raisins

They also three types of mocktail

Offside which is served in a coconut glass. It's a watermelon and coconut punched juice and served with watermelon and mint leaves

Foul ... It's served in a glass which is look like a boot and it's a kind of lichi best mocktail and served with lichess

Red card ... kind of spicy mocktail with pineapple and lemongrass

And five mad men served their signatures premix cocktail

These all were just heavenly ♥️

Basically I'm glad that in Kolkata this subject image of good food and good ambience in this horrible situation. Do I enjoy a lot and requirement all of party animals for this place and go get fun ♥️♥️

Five Mad Men is a big name in the Kolkata Food & Pub Industry. So I was super Excited about being there on 15th August.

Location : Sector 5 Omega Building 1st Floor

Safety : At the entrance, we were given Hand Sanitizer and they checked our Temperature. At the time of our presence they sanitized the pub completely, twice. The Cleanliness & Hygiene is properly maintained.

Now About This Gastro Pub, it was a concept of 5 People with their Mad Idea of Creating this awesomeness to celebrate Para Cricket. From Having the largest pub screen to have Renowned Bands Performing, Live Performances, with some good food and good beer, aah it's indeed a happening place.

The whole Pub is sectioned in 2 parts. One part is the Cafeteria, decorated with hanging bulbs, wrought Iron Chairs and Quirky Wall art about Sports. The Another Section is the Bar. There are many games in the Gastro Play Pub. From Cricket Bats, Hockey Sticks, Jerseys, Cards, Skateboards hanging from the wall, to Billiard Table, Carrom, Foosball, Hand Soccer etc, perfect place for those who love sports.

Now Let's come to the Food we had,

Now I personally loved 4 Of This Dishes,

|| Beer Batter Calamari ||

It was my first time having Calamari (a type of Squids), and I have to say this was an amazing experience. Calamari Rings dipped in Beer batter and 5 spices, and then deep fried to beautiful crispy fries, served with green chutney. Recommended!!

|| Bourbon Flamed Chicken Wings ||

Another beautiful classic dish with a modern twist. Chicken Wings, tossed in Bourbon Whiskey Sauce and then Flamed to give it the beautiful sour and sweet flavour. A beautiful view to watch and an amazing dish to have.

|| Thukpa ||

Thukpa is one of my Favourite from Tibetan Cuisine. A perfect Thukpa is the combination of Noodle Soup with veggies and meat(optional). Spiced & Flavourful Thukpa with minced meat and shredded veggies, it was so goood.

|| Peri Peri Veg Pizza ||

I am a huge Pizza Lover, and I have always been accustomed with the idea of round Pizza, though here we got a Square shaped Pizza with thin crust and toppings of Veggies in Peri Peri Sauce. It was so good, crispy, cheesy and I LOVED IT!!

Apart from these, we tried the Veg and Non Veg Combos too. I specifically have to recommend the Non Veg Combo, having Stuffed Kulchas, Butter Chicken, Kebabs ,Fried Chicken, Gajar Ka Halwa, Fries and Papad. More than Perfect for 2.

Now coming to The Mocktail Section, I had,

• Foul

• Red Card

Presented in a boot shaped Glass, it was basically a Litchi based Mocktail. Fresh & Refreshing.

It sounds spicy, obviously it have to be spicy too. Basically a pineapple and chilli based Mocktail decorated with red chili powder and lemongrass. I never thought Spicy can be so refreshing. Well every good things have it's start :3

|| Offside ||

My Favourite!! Well don't think I'm biased cause I love Watermelons but it was actually beautiful. The combination of coconut water and Watermelon, served in a coconut shaped pitcher, Perfect!!

Now I tried two things from their Mad Section,

|| Oreo Overload ||

If you love chocolate, it's for you. A huge glass of chocolate and oreos, what is not to like there? And just for the texture, it's recommended. Try it!!

|| Mad Berry ||

Not a Berry Fan, but It was actually really nice.

Now from Signature Items, I tried

|| Mad Mango ||

A big jar of Mango Smoothie and Cream, sounds good? It had a nice creamy texture.

Now for Cocktails, they are now serving premixes, which makes the whole situation easy as we can now have it while staying at home. The 5 premixes they are serving are

Situated in 1st floor of Omega Building, saltlake sector 5 Five Mad Men is a one of the best places to hangout in saltlake. It has a cafe section which is decorated with different kind off sports jerseys and pictures and a large bar section where you can chill with your friends. The gastro-pub is well decorated, spacious, the bar section has a big screen where you can enjoy your food and wine while watching sports.

In this pandemic situation they maintain their restaurant hygenic and clean. Everyday they sanitize the restaurant. Before entering the restaurant you have to sanitize your hand and your temperature will be checked, from this you can understand how much they are cautious about the safety of their restaurant and their customers also. So it's safe to visit here.

We tried here,

Grilled Bhetki Skewere (recommended) : Spice sprinkled vetki fishes grilled to perfection. So tender, so juicy just loved this ❤️
Beer Batter Calamari (highly recommended) : These are calamari squids coated in beer batter and then deep fried. Crispy, flavourful 😋 This is a must try dish.
Stir Fried Sausages ( Pork ) : Soft and juicy pork sausages tossed in tomato, onions and salads.
Bourbon Flamed Chicken Wings (recommended) : Fried chicken wings dipped in bourbon whiskey sauce and flamed. It was truely an amazing sight to see. Tasted so good 😍

Minced Lamb Burger : Soft, well minced lamb patty made the burger delicious. Liked it.

Peri Peri Veg Pizza : well this was good.. Topped with lots of cheese in flat thin crust.

Apart from these they now offer veg combo and non veg combo platter.. Go for it.. Those are amazing and enough to fill one fully.

Mocktails:
Oreo overload: looked stunning, the delicious Oreo milkshake topped with whipped cream and oreos with a choco stick. 😋

Mad Mango : this sweet, smoothie like mocktail was lovely garnished with whipped cream and raw mango and with mint leaves topped on it. 😍

Now the most heavenly section :
Lemon Cheese Cake
Blue Berry Cheese Cake
Caramel Custard
Each of them was just extraordinary.. Loved those so much..😍 If you're going to Five Mad Men you must have to put one of these in your menu.

Also they're now offering 5 types of pre mix.. So go and enjoy!

Overall it was a lovely experience.. Will visit there again soon!

Five mad man restaurant situates in Omega building in sectorv kolakta.this restaurant divided in two parts one is Cafe area and another one is bar area. Walls are also decorated with cricket equipments which are beautiful.there is also indoor games.staffs are also friendly and well mannered. Ambiennce is too good. Foods are awesome ❤️. quality and quantity is too good.i am falling love with the dishes. We ordered redcard, Oreo Overload, OFFSIDE, thukpa,bourban Flamed Chicken and etc.Five mad man is the best restaurant I ever visit. Should visit this restaurant. In this covid situation they follow safety first .

2. Bourbon Flamed Chicken Wings: Wings were tossed with bourban sauce and flamed with bourban whiskey.
3. Peri Peri Veg Pizza:The pizza was really good, loved the thin crust .The taste was savoury with the right amount of cheese.
4.Stir Fried Sausages:Stir Fried Sausages was made with onions, tomatoes stired with porks. The quality of the pork was too soft & juicy.
5.Caramel Custard:Yummy custard to wrap up the round.The custard was rich & creamy.
6.Thukpa:It was so filling, soothing and authentic. Thukpa was really wholesome and can be easily shared by two.
7.Red Card comes in a boot-shaped glass made with pineapple and fresh lime juice, red and green chillies.
8.Oreo overload:This heavenly gorgeous glass of Oreo Shake was decorated with choco chips,Oreo cookies,topped with chocolate sauce &cream.Just fall in love with this amazing madness of Oreo Shake.

Located at the first floor, Five mad man is basically a joint venture of five people who came up with an amazing concept of portraying the para athletes and provide them the exposure they need. You can walk into any pub, chances of seeing a mainstream sport events like football, tennis, cricket are maximum but this gastropub have six tv sets inside and one gigantic sized screen, all of them beaming the para sports events. To the people who don’t know what a gastro pub is, it’s a place where you can eat decent food while drinking good beer. Most likely people ought to think that pubs only serve good alcohol not food, but this one is different.A small amount of 10/- is added after your bill which is basically to sponsor a para athlete but that’s completely voluntary.This was the concept of “Five Mad Men.”The ambiance is really beautiful.I’ve visited yesterday. While people are scared to eat outside, these people have taken all the precautions and measurements to keep everyone assured that they’re safe. As soon as I stepped in, I was given sanitizer and my temperature was measured thoroughly to check if I have fever or not. They hygiene was properly maintained throughout.

Five mad men has been in my bookmark list for a long time and finally managed to visit this place in weekend.
It is located in salt lake sector 5 and is quite easy to locate. The moment you enter the place, you are struck by the decor and ambience of the place. They have put in a lot of thought to create a certain vibe for this place and they have succeeded.
There are two section of seating - one a bit quieter and the other which is more open with bar counter, DJ console and section where there are pool tables , darts etc. Loved the low lighting and the wall graffiti all around.

Coming to food - we ordered paneer bhurji bao, cheese stuffed mushroom, crunchy kulcha chole and Frozen Malibu in dessert.

They have an assortment of interesting mocktails- we ended up ordering berry blast which was really really good and "Captain" - it was water based and quite refreshing.
The service is good and we had a great time.
Hope to visit again once the bar also opens !

Ordered food from 5MM today...there are few things I would like to point out:
1. The taste , quality and the quantity is simply awesome.
2. If anyone likes spicy food, they must try the Bhoot Jolokia wings
3. The continental cuisine is at par with Kolkata's best. Maybe it's the best in the city. Last eto bhaalo continental Marco Polo te kheyechhilaam.
4. The packaging was also very good and food was pretty warm when it arrived.

Sanitization is taken care of decently.
They check temperature, provide hand sanitization, and sanitize phones before entering. Menu is provided over texts so no contact there.

Spaghetti pasta is one of the best I've tried ever
Blueberry shake was tasty, but not upto the price.
Pizza was cold. Luckily they packed the food and we were able to heat it at home. Which tasted oke-ish with lack of salt and flavouring.
Dessert section has a lot of variety to offer.

Another thing that affected our visit was dripping water from the vents. They offered to change tables, that was fine.

Ambience! Yes, the ambience in this Gastropub was way beyond my expectations! In fact, this restaurant is also very specious with different sections. They also have games, live music and other staffs. I ordered Hookah (Mint flavour), Chicken Pizza (With a little vodka twist), Mojito (Rum based), Daiquiri, Brownie Batter, Oreo Overload. Everything was really good. But they have win my heart with friendly behaviour and beautiful ambience.

Decent place to sit and chill.
Nice and ok service.
Hookah is pretty good too.
Food quality can be improved and I wish a better presentation would be made.
I have tried few cocktails there which are absolutely great . no complaints.

I must say they always have some online offers going on to attract customers. Pretty decent going :)
Will surely visit again.

'Five Mad Men (5MM)' is loacted at SDF in salt lake sector-v,just opposite building of Pantaloons.We have visited here with my friends two weeks ago for dinner.Ambience is little classy.Atfirst we ordered here 'Orange Mojito',it was tasty.Then we ordered here Chilli Chicken Bao,Lemon Grass Chicken Kebab,Chicken Pahari Kebab,Fish and Chips & Bhoot Jolokia Wings as starters,all starters are delicious,must try Fish & Chips.Then we ordered here Chicken Hakka Noodles,Chicken Fried Rice & Chilli Garlic Chicken,Chicken Ghee Roast with Paratha as main course,it was also tasty.Atlast we ordered here Cocoa Surprise,I don't like it,because it is a mixture of alcohol.overall very good experience.

Yes the gastro play pub in Saltlake Electronic Complex, is a actually a gamer's paradise. The sprawling space divided into two section, offers a swell time with gaming live streaming matches, tasty food and heady cocktail, live gigs. The mad bar ensures that you don’t have hard time in getting drinks.
Everything over this place is very attractive and highly recommend for everyone.

Wow wow wow!! This was my 5th visit here but here goes my first review on zomato!! The ambiance is mashallah nothing to talk much about just visit n see 😍 Mad hours are from 4pm to 7pm where you can get handful of snacks priced 75 125 and 175 , hookahs rs 255 and cocktails are fab priced all below 300Rs.... A must visit don't give a second thought and yeah about staffs!! Damn 🤗 they are a family indeed :) just in love.... Thank you 5MM

Amazing place, fabulous ambiance, delicious foods, great staff service.

Mad Spice and Fielding (Mocktails), Mango kasundi mad wings(Starters), Meaty loaded pizza and Cocoa Surprise (dessert).
Mocktails were good. The starter was superb and perfectly coocked. The pizza was also great. Lastly, the dessert was fabulous. The way it was presented to us was amazing. Would love to visit the second time.

Five mad men is situated in sector 5, salt lake. It is a very friendly place for youngsters as well for old age group. This places has lot of games which we can play. It has its differenr smoking zone. Also the dancing floor is soo big and the dj's are amazing. One of the best pub in town.

Went to this place with our old college friends group of 4. The place has got a nice ambience but when we reached after 8 pm, the music was getting louder. This is something that pubs in Kolkata need to understand - there s a thin line between music with good tempo but you can still converse and super loud music where you cant talk at all. There 's a nice dance floor as well. Food was good, many of the drinks however seemed to be out if stock. There was hookah too. Very costly unless you go during happy hrs
