I always love Indian food more than any thing. So love to try Indian dishes ( mostly biriyani :p ) in different places. So the ambience and was ok for me actually. But the food was great in taste and price was also affordable actually. Biriyani was nice in taste and smale, the rice the potato, the meat was nicely cook. Overall great dinning experience.

The taste and amount and quality of food is really amazing . There's a wide variety of dishes available . This place is a pure seafood restaurant with some amazing thai dishes also . The ambience although is not so impressive but that won't hamper your dining experience at all since the food is an absolute wow.

I tried the kori gassi for the first time but I loved the other two so much from nu first visit that I could not think of ordering it again!! The food was lip smacking of course and their safety precautions are also notable. They do thermal checking, hand and body sanitizing and also they take care of social distancing among the customers.
Overall, it was a FANTASEA-tic experience 😃❤ and I am glad that I chose this place for eating out after such long time as well as during this tough time💖💖

They have been on my to visit list for a long time. Finally ticked them off. Went there on the last Sunday of August. There were two other groups visiting. We ordered Chilli Squid, BaanshPora Mutton, Jadoh rice and fresh lime soda. Each of the items were delicious. Bansh pora Mutton was impressive. The quantity of jadoh was too huge for the two of us. Hence we packed it home. The total bill came to 1118rs.

Bamboo mutton were Mizoram baked fish very delicious. The scorched bamboo shoots spread on the mutton added such an unique Savannah essence. Very healthy, oilfree easily digestible dinner.

We went there yesterday for lunch. Just on entering thermal screening was done and a self disposable hand sanitizer was kept at the entarance. On sitting they again cafe and cleaned the table using a alcohol based spray. All the staffs were wearing mask and convered with us from a safe distance. Felt super comfortable to eat here, everything was clean. The place is relaxed and laid backed. Loved the vibe of it. And the waiter was so friendly, he guided us through the menu and even helped us customising our order.
Now coming to the food we ordered Bansa pora mutton, Soru chakli, Seafood plater 2 (a portion of chilli fish, oriental octopus, smoked crab, and jumbo prawns) and Malaka fried rice.
Soru chakli with banspora mutton is amazing. Very subtle spice and distinct taste of the mutton. Loved it.
Now coming to the seafood plater, it was huge quantity and we took our time to finish it. Smoked crab was heavenly. Its a must try. Crab was fresh and the sauce has keffir lime and lemon grass on it. Absolutely aromatic n pleasule to the senses. Oriental octopus was quite different from the crab and was very soft and tasty. Loved it. Chili fish and the prawns were good too. Prawns were of good size. Very very recommended.
We also ordered malaka fried rice, which had mushrooms and mixed seafood. Very flavourful and delectable. Goes really well with the platter.
We ordered tribal dessert chameen kheer (prawn kheer). Loved it. Even though i was super satiated and full, i couldnot resist myself from finishing it up. It was that tasty, gave us a feeling of ultimate satisfaction.

⚜️ Bansa Pora Chicken: Chances are you have heard people go on and on about how good this unique smoked preparation tastes. I would just like to add that they were not wrong. See for yourself. This is specialty of Odisha.

Starting from Jadoh to Bansa Pora Chicken everything tasted perfect. All the items were delicious and too much tasty, and they give very quantity. 😋 We visited this restaurant to taste their seafood but ended up savoring their trendsetting tribal cuisine.

Last night I thought of having something unique like tribal food and so for the family dinner and after going through Zomazto, I found this wonderful restaurant's name which I visited a year back for in house dining but that time I did not try their tribal preparations. However yesterday when I saw their menu in Zomato, I made it a point to have something in tribal and then I called up to the given number which turned out to be the owner Mr. Saha's number and he humbly guided me with his recommendations for the tribals dishes which turned out to be very unique and obviously gave a swing to my tastebud.
The dishes that were suggested by him were Wild Red Fried Rice, Sikkim Kukhura Ko Masu Chicken, and Bansa Pora Macchi. I must say each and every preparations had a unique taste and I am very much grateful to Mr. Saha for making it obvious for me to come back here time and again as I do love to try different cuisines. The quantity of the dishes was fare and with two rice, one chicken and one fish we four had our dinner nicely.
Furthermore, he himself made it a point that my ordered food gets delivered with the utmost care and also gave me an additional discount which was really a sweet gesture from his part.
If people who have not tried their tribal preparations I will definitely recommend all of you to either visit or simple order from them if you want to have a real taste of authentic suburbs. They are also running a promotional offer in Zomato so just hit on this restaurant.

Nice restaurant located near Golpark Anjali jewellers... I went with my colleagues around 3 months back...this restaurant is especially famous for seafood... We had ordered 🦑 squids and noodles and one fish 🐟item... The squid and octopus were so succulent that one could never have enough of it.
The smokiness of Bansa Pora Mutton was beyond comparison. The smokiness surrounding all the senses with every bite.
The Fried Ice Cream was as unique and delicious as the other dishes.
Highly pleasing experience, though I wish the Lime Soda was a little better.

One of the places serving the best sea food in Kolkata. The Makau golden fried rice laden with sea food with an egg coating is marvellous in a word. The smokey octopus is a must try followed by the best dessert item Chemmen kheer which is a delicacy of Kerala. The ambience is beautiful and mere words would fall less to compliment the service and stuff behaviour.
Santa's Fantasea is undoubtedly the best sea food resturant in entire Kolkata. Me and my friend went there today. We ordered Tom Yum soup, Garlic Pepper Octopus and Bansa Pora Mutton. Foods were really delicious. Embience is also great. Looking forward to come again here.

Finally, after hearing so many beautiful feedbacks and after reading so many marvelous reviews, I visited the restaurant.
This outlet is situated in Golpark, near Anjali Jewellers. Proper place.
The place is not much spacious. The decorations are so beautiful. Based on tribal decorations. The wall art the chairs and tables the glasses plates all are based on the tribal theme. That is why the cuisine is too based on tribal cuisine.
I hated that the place was not much spacious and the two chair seaters are also like too small.
Also, the servicing time is too long.
The staffs are really polite and helpful and warm.
The food was worth the wait. awesome and delicious foods with much sufficient quantity. The price is reasonable, not so expensive but OK. Especially I fell in love with their famous Korean rice that consists of fish, prawns and squids and their Banshpora Chicken (Bamboo roasted chicken). They are amazing and I can wait a whole day long for these foods. The cost is really worth it. You can spend some money on these fantastic foods.
They are really famous for seafood dishes, especially octopus and squid dishes. The mocktails are good too.
Overall if you are a seafood fan then you must visit this restaurant and have to try their dishes with your family or loved ones. To me, everything was great except for their servicing time and their space is too small, otherwise, they are perfect.

1. BBQ Prawns (Must try. Big pieces of prawns dipped in BBQ sauce)- Finger licking.
2. Crispy Fried Fish in Chilli Corn Sauce - Little bit spicy but the taste is too good with the corns. Big pieces of fish.
3. Korean Rice - Most Recommended dish. Consists of Prawns, Fishes, and Squids with some chunks of eggs. Green in colour and the taste is heaven!
4. Bansh Pora Chicken - Must-Try dish. The smoky flavour and delicious chunks of chicken.
All with My favourite Thumbs-Up in Matir Bharer Cups.

Recently I visited this outlet with my friends. It is located at Golpark near Anjali Jwellers. We tried crab and octopus there. Taste is amazing. Ambience is good. Location is also good. Service is prompt. Over all very good experience. Will visit again.
Food is great with a nice tribal theme if u want to have seafood this is your go to place.Rice is nicely stuffed with mutton balls and the most important part it is also pocket friendly.
The viral videos of steaming hot bamboo biriyani being poured out on to the plates had certainly grabbed our eyeballs and finally we decided to try out tribal cuisine for ourselves....on panchami this year. The restaurant was relatively empty considering it was panchami...the person who attended us suggested us very good options.
We ordered:
Barbeque prawns- Deep fried prawns tossed in spicy and sweet barbeque sauce with lots of garlic.
Bamboo Mutton- I dont think it needs any description.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Jadoh- It is basically a rice dish from meghalaya , red rice cooked with lots of small mutton chunks

This place is near Golpark area. It is very good in terms of sea foods. The Bamboo chicken, Wild Red rice and the Chilli Octopus that I had ordered were amazing. There are also a variety of fishes cooked in different styles. Would love to visit it another time.

Kerala mutton soup : Creamy in texture, taste is very unique and awesome .
Sanghai crab & hot garlic crab : Both dishes are spicy and truly delightful.
Egg chicken noodles : is very average in taste.
Ambiance of "Santa's fantasea" is so beautiful with very good behaviour. Taste of food is also good. We tried Octopus and Lobster. Both were fresh and mouth watering. I Must say about the wonderful complimentary tribal style drink. Highly recommended this place.
It's a cosy place to dine with family. The food is a 5 star! The octopus was the highlight of the meal. It was clean and didn't have that fishy smell, the squid was a delight. The bamboo biryani was aromatic and flavourful. The staff were all very hospitable. All in all it was a great experience!

Visited today. This is our third time visit here. As usual the quality was great!
The lobster festival is going on right now but I knew that I wouldn't have that huge portion so didn't go for lobsters. They welcomed us by a drink that was made of rice.
We tried -
1. Bansh pora mutton - as usual this was our anytime favourite. But it was feeling less salty, they could have added more salt. Hence we added salt, vinegar and a little black pepper. God it tasted like heaven then!
2. Malaysian rice - rice made of Korean chili paste and full of seafood, mainly squids. Delicious !
3. Bok choy delight octopus - now this was the thing I absolutely loved. The other times whenever we had octopus here, we went for spicy and pungent options. So I was a little hesitant at first. But I absolutely loved it. Bok choy flavour gives a really delicious sweetness yet a spicy aftertaste.

Its a very unique restaurant offering you tribal food. The food quality is awesome. The best tribal dishes to try are soru chakli, bash pora mutton, jadoh. Also you can have sea food like squid and octopus. Sea food dishes are also awesome. The people over there are helpful in suggesting food items.
I've been here to this place twice and I really liked the ambience and the food. It has a great range of tribal and sea food and also has items like bamboo biriyani, which we tried and felt was really good. We tried the Wine Chilli Octopus, Bamboo Biriyani, Shanghai Squid and Honey Chilli Sesame Fish. The Shanghai Squid is a must try for anyone visiting. It is the best squid item I've had in quite a while. Overall a good experience. However I do feel that the place is a bit small considering where it is located.
If you a sea food lover then please visit this restaurant. This is highly recommend restaurant for food lover. Try pomfret fish. Food is also delicious and fresh. Their service is also very good. Affordable price.
I have visited this place many times and this is one of my favourite seafood restaurants. Yesterday, I went again for lunch. At first they gave welcome drinks. Ordered Shanghai Squid, Smoked Fish and Korean Rice. Every dish had their unique taste and they were well cooked. Not much spicy. The service was good. Being a Sea Food and Tribal Cuisine restaurant, it has both the Tribal and Marine themed interior well balanced. I will definitely suggest others this place for trying sea foods and tribal delicacies.

Accidentally I broke a glass for which I thought they would charge separately and that would have not been wrong. But they did not charge. It was a sweet gesture. Great place for lunch/dinner. Tried their Bamboo mutton and bash pora biriyani. Also the Pattaya prawn was too good. Soumen was too good at his service. A must place for all food lovers
Great atmosphere, inside decor.... Good service... Tried Baans Pora Chicken, Baans Pora Biriyani, Jhupu Pisi's Mutton and Prawn Kheer.
The Baans Pora Chicken was ok ... Just boneless chicken with a smoky flavour.
The Baans Pora Biriyani was biriyani with smoky flavour but the taste of biriyani could have been better.
The Jhupu Pisi's Mutton, a Nagaland tribal dish, tasted more like Chinese..and the mutton was not well cooked either.
The Prawn Kheer was something new and was kind of perfect.
Went there once long back in 2016 and remember a different taste of Jhupu Pisi's Mutton. And, that time taste of food was much better compared to now.
Quaint place with a beautiful ambience and the food is just like the cherry on the cake. Absolutely a must visit! 🤍

When it comes to seafood I always like to visit this place. They serves delicious Seafoods and Tribal foods . Recently went to this place to try some of the chefs specials which were really good and are highly recommended to try
Stuffed Squid- This healthy fusion tribal delicacy, is prepared with squid cubes stuffed with chicken, onion, fresh ginger, chopped garlic, green chilli, all steamed together for an exquisite touch of flavour.
Prawn Wrapped with Chicken - Marinated with Santa's Fantasea chef's special spices, the chicken filet are wrapped around freshly steamed tiger prawns and baked together to make a unique mouth watering combination.
Honey Lemon Prawn- This simple yet enchanting dish is prepared with a few ingredients. Tiger prawn, honey, freshly oozed lemon juice, amalgamates with green chilli, sesame seeds and coconut powder to give it an oceanic pleasure.
Pot Rice- When the chef himself picks the assorted herbs to cook Rice with mushroom and chicken bits in a single small pot to offer the tribal aromatic uniqueness, it only happens in Santa's Fantasea.
Hong Kong Noodles- Authentic Hong Kong Noodles tossed in special sauce, roasted cashew nuts grown on the coasts of India, and a touch of authentic Hong Kong sauce.
Chicken Mochiko- Chicken is marinated with organic rosemary and origano, deep fried for the crisp and served with extra special sauce for each serving of Chicken Mochiko
Chicken with Almond- An offbeat dish, the signature of the restaurant where chicken is served with sauce made from butter, coconut milk, herbs and green olives, along with assorted pieces of almond.
Chicken Mapo Tofu- This unique delicacy is served with soybean tofu, small pieces of chicken and distinctively flavoured sauce.
Chicken Nest- This eye-catching dish comes with a potato nest magically prepared by the chef and served with lovely tribal red chicken pieces.
Now lets come to the Ambience . The ambience is really well decorated with a theme of Ocean and Tribal section and it have a large spacious seating arrangements.
Highly recommended if any one is a seafood lover.
Must try their bamboo chicken and bamboo biriyani .. they are so delicious you'll love this .. and also the ambience is tooo good ..
