Pabrai’s has seen us through our childhood as one of the pioneers in the Kolkata ice cream. Whereas you may have seen many of their outlets disappear, they’re officially back in several locations. Whether you favour their tender coconut we sure do! or their Gondoraj lemon, you’ll always leave feeling happy and, in most cases, nostalgic.
I ordered watermelon tub. It was simply yummy. Lot's of cream flavour in it and lots of watermelon slices inside it as one can already see in the picture.

Ordered a there new flavor muskmelon . It tasted a bit of watermelon and bit of orange . And oviously tried their special nolen gur ice cream . Which was undoubtedly the best .
Heaven on earth!!! Specially their famous Nalen gurer ice cream. The flavour is something beyond this universe!! Really really good quality and great flavour.
Superb place to try natural ice cream...there was no chemical flavour...I tasted their chocolate and hazelnut flavour and chocolate and vanilla flavour...both of them were awesome... I'll like to have more and more of them:-):-)
I was told to try the Nolen Gur ice cream from this franchise and I am officially a full time fan now. Shall try the others to ascertain my loyalty to the brand but the first scoop of my takeaway and I'm a fan.
The gentleman serving deserves a mention for his enthusiasm in explaining what's on the cards. He's interactive and makes it a point that even a takeaway with him does not go unnoticed.
Pabrai's ice cream has turned out to be one of my favourite place for having ice cream and in south city mall's basement in Spencer's is located one of their outlet. Staffs are really nice. They offers a wide range of sugarfree and non sugarfree ice cream flavours. All are mouthwatering flavours. Here in this outlet I tried south Indian coffee flavour and their famous nalen gurer ice cream. Both were good and I just love their mouth melting nalen gurer ice cream. It's incredible. It has become a must for me whenever I visit pabrai's.

Yesterday we had a sudden craving for ice-cream, we couldn't think of anything else other than opening Swiggy app. While filtering the different ice-cream parlours, we came across Pabrai's. Trusting Zomato's reviews, I went ahead and ordered a few flavours and Boy! I was pleasantly surprised.
All the varieties were of a superior quality, be it the Anjeer ice-cream or the choco chip flavour. The Tender Coconut flavour was in it's purest form- not too sugary with actual coconut scrapings. It was delicious! The Watermelon ice-cream was also quite good with a mild flavour of the fruit. But the clear winner was undoubtedly The Nalen Gur ice-cream! It had such a distinct flavour with the pure sweetness from the Nalen Gur. It gave me an immediate Winter feel, coz it's only in this season that we get Nalen Gur flavoured items. Heavenly!!
The only thing that bothered me was the portion size - the quantity was too less even for a small scoop!
Other than that, full marks for the toothsome taste and packaging. Give it a try folks! You won't be disappointed.
Situated in the basement of South City Mall, near the food court in Spencer, it is one of the best natural flavoured icecream retailer in Kolkata.
I tried a scoop of tender coconut and paan ice cream which was for ₹80 each, which I think is a bit pricy considering the size of the scoop. The tender coconut was ok but I really loved the paan flavoured one. But the best icecream that they offer has to be the Nolen Gur flavoured icecream. I bought a small tub of it for home and it included a Nolen Gur syrup for dressing. The combination was perfect.
This outlet is located inside the Spencer's of South CIty Mall. It is a small Pabrai's kiosk displaying only a delta part of the total franchise's collection. We took a 500 ml Nolen Gurer Ice cream from this outlet a week back, and quality-wise it is at par with the other outlet. Pabrai's, as a brand, always boast of Nolen Gur flavor as their flagship ice-cream and one should definitely try it to feel why they say so. According to me, the Nolen Gurer ice cream of Pabrai's is arguably the best Nolen Gur delicacy I had ever tasted.

This is Kolkata's own "Natural's". Uniquely tasty flavours, colourful vibrant decor and not so high prices are it's speciality. The molten Gur flavour deserves special mention.
Unique flavours and actual taste! Had scoops of Tender Coconut, Anjeer, Nolen gur flavours. All were great specially the gur. Will try others nxt tym.
I am in love with this place and that is only because of their huge variety of ice cream. I tried sitafal and could not get over the flavour as it is so delicious. Recently I tried 3 flavours
Paan: very refreshing unique taste and and a taste of gulkand in it.
Tender coconut: best flavour cannot explain .
Nolen gur: very tasty ,true essence of nolen gur and served with liquid gur on top.

I love this brand. They serve some delicious ice creams which will fill your heart with happiness. Recently i went to this outlet for a takeaway of Tender Coconut Ice Cream. Totally loved it. My parents too loved it. It was like having chilled coconut. The softness of the ice cream with the coconut bits was trully amazing. It was perfectly balanced one. In one word, it was yummmm.
Nalen gur is a delicacy at every Bengali home and today I had pabrai's nalen gur ice cream.It was one of the best ice cream I have ever had.The taste of the liquid gur (jhola gur) as the topping will remain in my mouth till I have it the next time.
This is the best ice-cream you can get!!! Had tried their very famous Tender Coconut flavour... It was totally mesmerizing... With small flakes of sweet coconut flesh in every bite... It was mind-blowing!

This outlet of Pabrai's is a kind of a kiosk in the food court of Spencer's, South City Mall. I have visited this place a couple of times and both of my experiences were good. They don't really have a seating arrangement that is dedicated to them so, one has to find a table amongst the ones present in the food court. This might be an issue at times since there are quite a few number of such food joints who have their kiosks in Spencer's food court. I had ordered Pabrai's Nalen Gur and Paan. Both are the amongst the best products that you get in Pabrai's so there is nothing much to tell about these two flavours other than the obvious fact that these two are the must-try items for everyone. There isn't any considerable difference between this outlet and the Paddapukur one except for the difference in the ambience and the availability of all the flavours. This outlet doesn't have all the flavours so there is a scope of facing disappointment in case you find your favourite flavour unavailable here. Nevertheless, the Nalen Gur and the Paan flavoured ice-creams were a pure bliss to devour.
Just uff...... Nothing seems to be wrong with this place humble staff and nolen gur ice cream is heavenly and Devine. Must visit for all. Heaven on Earth
Pabrai's Nalen Gur ice cream is probably the best ice cream i have had till date.Brownie with ice cream tastes heavenly too. A highly recommended place for ice-cream lovers.
I've tried a few flavours of ice cream, but the one real standout is the nolen gur ice cream which is delicious. Topped with a drizzle of liquid gur. Perfection! Deserves a full rating for this flavor alone.
I had heard of Pabrai's ice creams since a year but couldn't get around to visiting an outlet because they are far from were I live. Today I chanced upon this outlet at Spencer's South City Mall and was thrilled. I asked for the Nalen Gur ice cream without even looking at the menu as I had heard a lot about it. Calling it good would be an understatement. It was amazing! Perfectly flavoured gur ice cream with jhola gur or liquid nolen gur drizzled over it. Probably the best ice cream I have ever had. Looking forward to trying more flavours from here.
This is a small kiosk inside Spencers, South city. Tried their Nalengurer icecream with liquid gur as topping. The icecream is good but pricing is high for the quantity. They should increase the size of scoop. Nothing to mention about the ambience and service

This outlet of Pabrai's is located at the basement of south city mall, to be more precise, at the food
court within the premises of Spencer's. Two days back I had visited the Pabrai's paddapukur outlet and instantly fell in love with their ice creams. And as I found on zomato that they have an outlet at south city mall, which is pretty close to my home, I couldn't stop myself to go there and grab a scoop of their ice cream. I wanted to have the rose ice cream but that was not available. The boy on the counter was really helpful. I had the paan ice cream on his suggestion and it was beautiful.
It's not a decorated and spacious outlet like the paddapukur one. But you can sit at the food court and enjoy your ice cream. They don't have plenty of flavours to offer like the paddapukur one. But still a decent range of flavours available.As it's my exam time, I had to stop at one that I had loved. But as soon as this exam season is over, I would try other flavours too.. The best ice cream in town, that too with a nice price tag.
Every time I visit this place I plan to taste different flavours of ice-creams which is their speciality - natural flavours but end up buying Nalen Gur'r ice cream :)
Nalen Gur ice-cream served with jaggery syrup is just heaven and one of the best inventions :P
Other than Nalen Gur ice cream they have many more but i have only tasted Gandharaj Lemon (you will get the full flavour of Gandharaj - Aromatic Lime and its good too, Rose and Shahi Kesar Pista

Ah Pabrai’s!!! The ultimate place to have natural ice creams without going heavy on the pocket. I had no idea that there was an outlet at South city. Was randomly checking out new places on Zomato and found it. Well ice creams might not be the best choice of dessert to have during the winter but the flavors of ice cream Pabrai’s offers is sure to blow your mind, Winter or not. Had the 3 most popular flavors. Paan, Nolen gur and tender coconut. All 3 were delicious and one scoop of the paan flavored one did not suffice my craving as a result of which I brought back a tub. You can actually taste the minutely chopped beetle leaves in the creamy texture and the mild texture of paan masala adds extra zing to. Both Paan flavor and nolen gur flavors were equally good. Topped with real jaggery the nolen gur flavored one was super creamy and extra points for the generous helpings of each and every flavor unlike other dessert parlors. The topping of the thick nolen gur changes the total flavor of the ice cream. I have had nolen gur flavoured ice creams before but I daresay that this is the best of them all.#Tender coconut was okayish. Sugar content in all the ice creams are very low so you can taste a number of flavors without getting that sickly sweet sensation.There were a good many flavors to choose from but do not expect to get the exotic flavors. The counter is manned by a single person who is very helpful in choosing the right flavor in accordance to your liking. So a 4.5 till the next time I try out other flavors.
One of the best place to have deserts!! I'm happy to see the outlet in Hyderabad as well!! Nolen Gur n pan flavoured icecream was the best over hre!
"my heart goes Uummmmmmmmmmm" this is the feeling you will have while having Pabrai's Nolen gurer ice cream. Just one spoon and you will feel like heaven. They make their ice cream with natural ingredients and the flavour is awesome. I can bet that no one can eat it just once.
Although I'm a great fan of there's... but can't give it more than 3.5 because... they don't have much varieties over here... I tried there my all time favorite Nolen gurer ice cream... and it was excellent... Will try these out again... till that time take it...

It's a tiny joint located inside Spencer's at south city mall (ground floor). Go for their famous nolen gur and paan flavours! They'll surely leave you wanting more. A must try if you love sweet, creamy,decadent, flavourful ice cream.

Finally pabrai in our area. Now we don't have to go far away to have a nolengur ice cream . As it's a small outlet @Spencer's Southcity it has a small space. All the flavors is not available but still you will easily get there signature flavors here .
Fresh and quality ice creams. Price is decent as well.
