Located in E.m. Bypass is an American theme based restaurant.
We know that this place is well known for it's deep dish pizzas. But the desserts here are equally tasty. We tried almost all the desserts here but thought of this ULTIMATE SEVEN LAYER CHOCOLATE CAKE to be the best tasting dessert.
It can easily be shared among 4 people as it is insanely large. Served with some whipped cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream as the sides. This is something you must try at UNO's.
It is our most favorite dessert and so we are starting our page with something as sweet as this.
The staff is very courteous and the ambiance is really nice. The place has outdoor seating and is very spacious and comfortable.
Also stressed spell backwards is desserts. So don't get stressed just eat lots of dessert ๐.

After lockdown I had the most amazing time at uno Chicago's. They followed every safety measures. Place was hygiened. We were provided sanitizer.

If u r a burger person, I can guarantee u will have the best burger there. Taste was amazing. Fries were a little bit dull but otherwise it was good.
To be frank , my expectations related to the desert didn't meet. I actually not a great fan of rum cake. So this cake blends with the taste of rum cake. It wasn't totally a pure chocolate cake.
Pizza was good. Cheesy , tasty.
I want to recommend one thing that one plate of food is extremely enough for one person. Because they actually don't compromise with there taste.
So I recommend everyone to go there and have a great time.
Everyone should try their outside seating, specially in monsoon. Awesome food and humble employees.

Well I went there in like december , a late review Ikr. Anyways we ordered a deep dish pizza and a stuffed chicken spinoccoli (don't mind the spelling) Mind the food , which without a doubt was great. But a little pricey. But the restaurant's staffs are very very courteous and the ambiance is just perfect. Do visit the place and try their chicken spinoccoli , it is awesome.
Went yesterday, had their meat market deep dish pizza, it was the best pizza I ever had. I portion size was huge and filling. It was enough for two people.
This place is huge and their ambiance is nice. Loved their outdoor seating. It was spacious and very pleasant.
The staff was courteous and the service was good.

'UNO Chicago Bar & Grill' is located just beside of Swabhumi near Kadapara stoppage at EM Bypass.We visited here last week with my friends for dinner.First of all ambience is good.Food service is too quick.we ordered here 'Orange Mojito','Tender Chicken','Chicken Skewers','Crispy Chicken Wings','Chicken Quesadilla','Fish & Chips' as starters,all starters were tasty except Chicken Wings,must try their Fish & Chips.During Covid-19 their menu is just shorted.In main course we have tasted their 'Chicken Meat Market Reg Pizza' & 'Chicken Mac & Cheese Pasta'.Pasta is just average & pizza is good.Atlast we have tasted their Dessert :- 'Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie',it is average.Price is high.
After nearly 6 months of lockdown finally we got out for a dineout. UNO happens to be the first choice because of it ambience and out of the league food๐๐ items. Complete hygiene and proper safety protocol are being followed over there.
Now i tell you our list of items.
1. Cheesy loaded ๐ - after long time had authentic cheesy fries. Potatoes were even cooked and seasoned.
2. Blood orange Cosmo - This is a cocktail๐ธ. One can taste good balance of flavours.
3. Chicago meat market - this is the signature dish of this place. Fully loaded with chicken and lamb. A full Satisfaction for meat lovers.
I would love to visit again for trying other authentic American dishes.๐๐
We ordered Deep dish piiza , chiptole chicken skewers and ice cream sundae. The food quality was good. And the ambience is also very pretty.
Broke my lockdown with a visit to UNO and it really worth it๐.The ambience was fabulous and considering the fact we went for a lunch it would be even better @night when the live music would be running.Hope to make up on my next visit๐. Coming to the drinks we took Simba beer which tasted very much like Simba!!The food was delicious.We took a prawn starter and then continued with a salmon and a chicken dish.The salmon tasted great and the chicken platter was marvelous considering the variety of chicken preparation offered in the platter.A thin crust chicken pizza was also ordered which tasted great and by the time the pizza session we ended we were too full hence missed the desertโน๏ธ. There's always a next time though.It was raining hence missed the outside sitting experience also.All in all a great afternoon after a long long time.
I think this is the best places I have visited after shifting to Kolkata. It's a little expensive but it's becomes worthy once you taste the food here.
The ambiance is compliments to your every mood and also if you are going here grilled chicken is the dish you must try.
Mind blown, absolutely awesome. I think this place serves the best deep dish pizzas to have ever existed. I am in awe and in love with the place and despite having rated other places a 5 star this place steals the show. I'd like to point out that it's actually quite a nice and trendy place to visit and the staff is very courteous . You can actually taste the freshness of the ingredients. I'm normally a big eater and can manage a medium pizza with a couple of sides by myself but couldn't really do that here. A tip - the pizza is best eaten right there.

I have now visited Uno Chicago twice in 2 weeks and both times the service and food have been amazing. The staff is very courteous and prompt. The food is great, especially the prima pepperoni deep dish pizza which goes best with a cold wheat beer. The ambience is perfect and the music is lively keeping the atmosphere upbeat. All in all value for money and time. Cheers!!!

Uno Chicago had been on our bucket list for quite some time.
Upon arrival we were stunned to see that such a busy eatery is almost empty.Its a really well decorated place with humble and courteous staff.
We were seated after following the usual safety protocols.
We thought of ordering about 3-4 dishes in total.However,the server was really sensible and told us to try their special deep dish pizza and advised us that it'll be a large portion and henceforth,to order the remaining items after finishing the pizza.
We opted for a Chicago meat market deep dish medium pizza and a pinacolada..
The pinacolada tasted like any other pinacolada.๐
What we were not prepared for was the enormous deep dish pizza. Yes,it did appear expensive at first glance. But after having a slice,I can easily say that 2 slices would be enough to satiate most diners.
We barely could finish half the pizza and logically asked the remainder to be packed.
The staff was polite and respectful. Service was prompt. Yes,I have a thing against restaurants that compulsarily add service charge. Probably a star less only for that reason.
Definitely a must visit to try out their deep dish pizza. Would visit again to taste the other delicacies on offer. ๐
An amazing place for sure. Food is absolutely amazing. Went to this place three times and every time I fall for it more. From its ambiance to food to staffs everything is more than perfect.Totally loved it. Highly recommended. And we try jamaican jerk pizza and then insanely large dessert both were amazing.

I have been to Uno's multiple times before Lockdown, now after lockdown visited last Sunday, they're following all the guidelines to ensure social distancing during dine in too, Food was excellent, ordered Fajita Fire from Uno's signature Deep Dish Pizza, Tandoori Chicken Burger, would visit again.
One of the best Restaurant in Kolkata , this is my second visit I found they are very professional in term of follow the restaurant guide line , when I enter the 2 ladies standing on host desk they came with the thermometer scan to do my temperature which I feel safe , all staff wearing mask and shield during order taking .
As this is my second visit food was as usual good and delicious .
Will definitely visit again and recommend to others as well.

Had ordered a Chicken Extravaganza thin crust pizza and deep dish pizza from UNO to my place yesterday to treat my friends and they actually took me by surprise with their way of packaging and quality maintained. Loved it and would order again! The best outlet in Kolkata I know of now, delivering Deep Dish Pizzas!
Order recently from the Swabhumi outlet. The delivery was on time and delivery guidelines were followed strictly! We tried : Honey BBQ Chicken Strips, Chicken extravaganza (Thin crust) and the deep dish Chicago meat market.
The BBQ strips were amazing and the Extravaganza was good as well but the Meat market takes the cake. It was absolutely heavenly and LOADED with different meats and sausages (highly recommended!). Generous serving of meat would be an understatement, to say the least! The thin crust was crispy and topped with flavorful toppings and meat. All in all, I loved the food and would definitely order in , in the future.

This is the first restaurant we visited after the lockdown. Great safety measures at the entrance that included noting down names and contact number of each and every person visiting the place. Staff were very courteous and very helpful and friendly. Everybody had a mask and gloves on them and the place was being sanitized regularly. Coming the the ambience, it gives an old school kind of feeling. The flooring has chequered black and white tiles and the ceiling had wooden panelling thus adding to the old school vibe of the restaurant. Another thing that I noticed was that the chairs were placed 3 feet apart to maintain social distancing. Coming to the food now, alcohol isn't being served as of now. We ordered mocktails and iced tea and lemonade. All of the drinks tasted very refreshing. We ordered two thin crust pizzas. One was Windy City Works and the other one was Jamaican Jerk chicken. They tasted delicious and the texture of the pizza was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Overall the food was good I'd say. Now coming to the price, I'd say it is a bit on the upper side. The mocktails are priced fine but the food is a bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall it was a great experience dining there with a great ambience and the courteous staff.
Very professional in maintaining quality of food and delivery timing even during these trying times. Kudos to the entire team.

Right beside Inox Swabhumi, this place looks really gorgeous. It has a beautiful ambience and outdoor seating arrangement too. It has good music and young crowd especially at the outdoor area. Coming to the food, their Pizzaaa is just wow.. Infact everything that we had was amazing be it garlic bread, pasta, nachos.. Cocktails has a room for improvement though. I have already visited this place twice and would definitely visit it again โค๏ธ
Atmosphere is great definitely gives pizzeria vibes. A bit pricey but the food is definitely worth it, I loved their onion rings for starters and great burgers and deep dish pizzas. Thereโs outdoor seating and indoor seating as well.
Atmosphere is very smooth and cozy. Interior is decorated with thoughtful senses. Prima pepperoni is deep dish pizza is excellent. Chicken cheese pasta and tex mex prepared with rice having Spanish flavor was very tasteful.

UNO Pizzeria & Grill is just adjacent to Swabhumi. It's an awesome place to spend relaxing time and rejuvenate with your friends... must mention of the food here... they serve Italian, pizza, and finger foods. Every item is lip-smacking, especially the Chicken Tenders, Baked Stuffed Spinoccoli, and in desserts, the Deep Dish Apple Pie, among the others that we ordered. They also serve alcohol and have good options for cocktails. Highly recommend this place to have great food and enjoy with friends. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it's a bit overpriced.
Deep dish pizza are unique and usually not seen anywhere else in the city. Other dishes like Mexican, American food are also quite delicious. Decoration and ambience is noteworthy. There are outdoor as well as indoor sitting. Sitting space is available on ground floor as well as first floor. Entrance is just next to Swabhumi Heritage plaza. One has to walk a few stairs before entering the restaurant.

I was so impressed with my food this evening ! I tried the Tomato pizza and my friend got the loaded fries. We both were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. Our wait was sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Good quality food but costly.
For drinks, we had Liit and Berry berry plamer. For main course, We had Beachside seafood sampler where it had grilled shrimp (4 pcs), fried calamari and fish finger (4 pcs). Similar to this, we had Assorted Chicken sampler which had Chicken Quesadilla, chicken skewers (2 pcs) and chicken wings (4 pcs). Next we had Super Roni Pizza which is basically a pepperoni pizza. Instead of slices, they cut into small pieces. And lastly for dessert, we had apple pie which was really a treat for the tongue.
The quantity was filling for one person and the quality was top-class. There is a balcony where you can smoke.
Conclusion: If you don't care about the price, then this is a very good place to hangout with your friends and loved ones and listen to some good quality music.
The outdoor area is obviously larger than the indoors, so the indoors get filled too fast. Although the outdoors are nice and would be preferable during cooler temperatures. The food was really good. Tried the chicago deep dish pizza and was pretty satisfied with the taste and quality. The drinks were also very nice and refreshing. The atmosphere and ambience was one of a kind. Like it. Overall a nice place with amazing ambience.
If you're looking for a place to party with your friends, then this is definitely the place to be. Last week, I went there for a late lunch with my friends and had a great time. The decor is classy & there's also live music performances happening every other day. There are multiple seating options from bar stools to private corners. The service is prompt, and the staff is also professional.
was going through the Zomato awards section of my profile and this one showed up among the best pizza section. Was in the mood of trying out some pizzas and placed an order for thie Hand stretched Pizza Windy City (389) . I can say it without a doubt that this is one of the best pizzas I've had in a very long time. I think I'm gonna stick to Uno Pizzeria & Grill when I wanna go for some pizzas instead of Pizza Hut from now on. The quantity of toppings, the taste, the pizza crust, everything was just perfect. Beautiful colour combination and interiors. Wonderful staircase to the 1st floor. You can sit outside in the courtyard though there will bo no air conditioning systems. You can enjoy the live DJing there. Had good choice and collections of music/songs ๐ต. It can be loud if u are on the ground floor outside. Foods ,pizzas are just awesome . It's one of the best in town. Alcohol is slightly over priced. You can visit this place again and again. You will fall love with this place .

A very cosy restaurant with a calming environment.
We went there on Nabami. There was no crowd, and quite a few tables were available at the ground level. The upper level was almost full though.
We decided to order the Chicago Deep Dish pizza. It was scrumptious, with enough pieces of lamb, chicken, and cheese. The pizza dough was very tasty too.
Then we had Deep Dish Apple Pie for dessert. The taste of apples in the pie was evident, and the combination of the vanilla ice-cream with the apple pie and caramel was very harmonious.
The pocket pinch was decent. Neither too high, not too low. Customer service was prompt and polite.

The service has become extremely lackadaisical . They don't bother to clean the tables properly, they forget to clear the plates before bringing the next course, and they chat about customers, pointing towards them and making faces, behind their back. It seems like the staff have been changed since our last visit, and the standard of the waiters has become significantly worse.
The food is great just like it used to be. No complaints on that front.
A very good place to hang out with your friends. They have huge space, 2 floors and a small outdoor space as well. Food quality is good. We liked everything except the dish pizza, which is overrated. They have 1:1 happy hour from 12 pm to 8 pm every Monday to Friday.
This place is located just besides Rajkutir, near Swabhumi Inox. Also, there is ample parking space. A good place to hangout with your friends.
