I had come here for trying out the rolls from the Roll Factory by Sanjha Chulha. They have some unique rolls and the pricing is kept quite reasonable ranging from INR 45 to INR 135.
I was quite impressed with the idea of providing lipsmacking unique rolls at a reasonable rate. If you're low on pocket, one can quickly snack this up and will keep one filled for quite long time. I myself quite enjoy flaky mughlai paratha roll at times and they have made it the same way.
Some of my personal favorites here would be:
1) Mayo Chicken - The Mayo chicken was kept on the sweeter side. People who don't enjoy much spice can go for this one.
2) Mayo Paneer - Mayo paneer was quite good as well.
3) Irani Roll - I somehow loved this roll. It was Irani kebabs inside the roll and tasted heavenly.
4) Chicken 65 - It has strong flavors of south indian spices and if you're a person who enjoys the flavor of chicken 65, don't even think twice before ordering this.
5) Khada Masala Roll - It was the spicy version of roll. I guess I had the chicken one and they did justice to it.
All in all, I quite enjoyed and had a great experience. I would want to come again and maybe grab a roll on the go if I'm near Moulali Area.
Been coming here since last year but recently made a different visit so figured why not finally write on the place.
Speaking of Ambience, the place has a relatively spacious w/ most seats oriented towards large groups. Decor is pretty & in general, the place has a nice atmosphere. Service too, is usually quick & apt.
Coming to Food, I recently tried their Rolls but in general I love their Menu, especially their Kebabs. Recommendations would be their Chicken Special Biryani, Butter Chicken, Chicken 65, Mayo Chicken & Mutton Seekh. Among Rolls, I loved their Soya Nugget Roll, Mayo Chicken Roll, Chicken 65 Roll & Mutton Tikka Roll.
What I've had :-

These Rolls are one of a kind with Juicy Seekh Kebabs, Malai Kebabs and Spicy Chicken 65 tossed in curry leaves one could never have imagined having these widespread flavours rolled into a Kathi Roll.
The ingredients used were fresh and each of the rolls had a distinct flavour.
Must try: Chicken 65 Roll, Irani Roll, Mutton Tikka Roll, Chicken Mayo/Paneer Mayo Roll.
Prices range from INR 30-135 !
Available for delivery & takeaway.

I love their Tandoori Chicken ❤️
Its highly recommend if you visit any of their outlets
It has a comfortable seating area with family environment
Coming to food the Biriyani's quantity is really good ,one plate is enough for 2 people
And the way they serve the food is good pretty good.
Overall you will have a good experience there😍
This is a good place having a nice ambiance and also the food quality is good,I really liked their dhaba style of ambiance
It's a popular student friendly joint in the area. Coming back from my workplace, I had sudden cravings for rolls and thought of trying this renowned place.
Tried their Egg chicken roll. and it was good! like really good and had a distinct flavour than any other roll joints. The amount of was stomach filling and they use chat masala or similar spices for some tangy flavour to the tastebuds.
But the only drawback is they don't provide any sauce and not even if you deliberately ask for it.
We always ordere food from here. There food is just amazing. Its a regular place for us. I just love their food. We ordered Kadai Paneer, butter tandoori roti and Masala Kulch. The food is always tasty and the packing is also good.
Kababs and biriyani both are awesome and finger licking.. Ambience was also good.. I went there on choturthi 2k19 for having lunch
Well, Sanjha Chulha honestly doesn't require an ode or a tribute but a big thank you to the team to help punctuate our lives with such delicacies and hospitality. Highly recommended.
I have not eaten so much food in Sanjha Chulha but I have tasted their rolls. They are really amazing. I'm giving 4 star because I have not tasted so much as I said before.

Main dish
1)paneer khulcha
2)cheese khulcha (highly recommended)

#Since the food was so tasty I forgot to click pics.
All the dishes were well cooked. It was very yummy. The khulchas were melting in mouth itself. The best was fish 65. We will come soon to taste their different Kebabs. All the dishes were worth the money. Do give it a try and I am sure none of you will get dissapointed with their quality and quantity of food. Good luck, Happy eating :)
It's a nice place for good North Indian food which is both pocket friendly and yummy to eat. You can enjoy the ambience there or order from home. Enjoy!!
The ambience of the place is very good. The interior decor is amazing. The staff were very cooperative. We ordered Biryani, and the food was pretty good.
Good, clean, tasty food.
We had the bestseller Methi Shahi Paneer with Butter naan delivered. It was as tasty as referred in their zomato page and it is definitely a highly recommendable dish for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike! The only thing I would suggest here is to serve a little more quantity while delivering, last time it wasnt fully served.
Apart from that we have also tried the Tarka dal both with and without egg. It tastes really good as well.
Very good food with great ambience..Service persons are very polite..we ordered butter tandoori roti, fish butter masala, chiken tikka butter masala...Each and every dish was very good..
Ambience is very good and staffs are politie.
Food quality is good but not great.
To quench your thrust you can order moctails which are quite good.
Most important part : price is reasonable
It's a warm and cosy place . With a very quite ambience . The staff is also very polite. The food menu is deliciously good . You should visit this place if you love northern Indian food cause they serve a huge variety and appetising North Indian food .
A very cozy place is CIT road. They serve awesome rolls too. I love their baby corn 65 too. The place is quite reasonable however a few times the food has been inconsistent. The food is however great.
Dined in.Had the Schezwan Chilly chicken and Edd noodles.Loved it.Quite affordable.Good serving quantity.Nice ambience. You can just give it a try
Been there with my friends a week back. Ambience is good with wooden chairs and walls having wooden architecture. We had chicken biryani and mayo chicken roll. Taste was quite good but the food is over priced. Staff was good enough.
It has a amzing north indian taste.. few days back oredered dal makhni, paneer butter masala, and few bread. The taste of dal makhni was so amazing. That till date cannot forget its taste.
We had taken a egg chicken roll and a double chicken roll. The rolls were very filling and the taste was also good. The only thing that I found to be lacking was sauce. It seemed as if the roll did not have any sauce in it
Ordered food from here. I had chicken tikka biriyani and phirni. Delicious!!!.. quantity of food is really good. Surely I will order from here again.
Opposite ladies park. They have authentic moghlai cuisine. Britain is very good. Less oily. Side dishes are yummy also. The have excellent collection of kabab too. They serve special dishes during the time of Ramadan.
We visited this restaurant for a lunch treat and I must say they didn't disappoint me at all. The ambience is quite cozy and the staff are well-bred. Now coming to the food, we ordered murgh tikka biriyani, butter chicken , butter tandoori roti , and murgh bharta and each of them tasted very well(special mention to the murgh tikka biriyani - it was damn appetizing). And last but not the least, kudos to the staff that they didn't let us wait for the food and served the food on-time. Overall it was perfect.
We paid a visit to this place very recently. The ground floor was under construction. So we were taken to the first floor which is basically a hookah lounge. You have to take off your shoes and sit on seats laid on the floor . The takiyas along side give a homely feeling. The waiter was very polite. But service time was really long. We ordered mutton biriyani, garlic naan, butter naan, chicken bharta, murgh polao, rumali roti , dhabe daal and lassi. Lassi was too sweet even to a sweet-lover like me. Dal was ok. Nuns were soft and good. Biriyani was average. The bharta was not at all good. The very small chicken shreds were smelly. Murgh polao was long grained rice with cubes of over-coated over fried chicken. Not recommended. Price is not justified.
Sanjha Chulha, yes you have heard of this name. Yes, you can trust this brand of taste anytime. Needless to mention, chicken Butter Masala, Special Mutton Biriyani and Tandoori Chicken were delicious as ever. If you are a first timer and haven't been there, well now its the right time to give your tongue the best flavor.
The rolls are tasty and decently priced. The decor is nothing extravagant but the quality of food is good. The menu is elaborate and you have the option of choosing from an array of choices. With other mughlai veterans in the area this place seems to be a bit lost. Would recommend foodies to try out this place in lieu of big mughlai names in the market.
Great ambience ....small place for dining in..mainly people come here to take away food...food taste avg..behaviour of staff avg..price not high..
It is one the affordable places which is frequently used mostly by college students and good for takeaways as well. It is situated opposite to the Ladies Park, and hence easy to locate. The dining area is upstairs, and has a very different seating arrangement of bengali style baithak, with cushions and sofas, which added to the charm of the place.
We had butter naan, masala kulcha and kandahari chicken as the side dish. We finished with a round of firni which was enough for 3 people.
Butter naan 4/5
Masala kulcha 4/5
Kandahari chicken 3.5/5
Firni 3.5/5
Overall the food was worth the money and definitely demands a second visit. The waiters were very attentive and helpful. The ambience was homely and well designed with lights complimenting the earthly feel.
Went here with a friend. Though close to my place, never got the chance to visit it. My first visit here, wasn't disappointing in fact it really pleased us to the extent that we also ended up tipping them.
We tried :
✔Geelafi seekh Kebabs
✔Biryani
murg tikka biryani is realy mouth watering.
Went in for a lunch with a friend. It's located on the main road near bus stop. It has comfortable sitting along with a simple and nice decor. We ordered-
Geelafi Seekh Kebab-The Kebab was really different and tasted quite good. Soft and well cooked.
Chicken Biryani- The quantity was enough for two. It tasted really good and the meat was well cooked.
The staff was courteous and provided a quick service too.
This restaurant is not well decorated ,nd doesn't have much foot fall in the evening ...but in front of the restaurant is a roll and kebab counter which is always moving .Food over here is really good egg chicken roll is just wow ..one roll is enough to fill urself...briyani is served in a small handi, tried tandoori , biriyani ....it tastes really good ...nd is really reasonable 2 ppl would cost around Rsbe800 with tandoori ND biriyani ..should try once ..
Ordered Ramzaan special Mutton haleem .
Taste was awesome and home delivery was quick too. But the only thing is that it's not available through out the year, you will only avail it during the month of Ramzaan.
Rating: taste 4/5
Few weeks back went with friends had tandoori prawn, chicken bharata and tandoori roti. Honestly the taste was good. I have tried before their veg dishes too. Those were amazing too.
Today, I had ordered food from here and I am happy to see hot food delivered to me in timely manner. The quality and quantity of food was very good. Thanks to sanjha chulha staff for the preparation and packing of food.
chicken angara tandoori was good but the salad n green sauce was stale... plz take care of it in future if u want to retain ur customer..delivery boy was good
good food. but they did not give spoon inspite of telling several times.
I ordered a double chicken roll from this place. It was indeed very tasty. Food was served timely and the price was quite reasonable(double chicken roll at ₹60 ♥️).
Will surely visit this place again to try out other items.
Biryani was great but the salad was just not enough for us.
the taste of the food was great but it was minced chicken in place of shredded one which wasn't mentioned earlier (usually chicken bharta is shredded chicken) but the taste was great

A beautiful roll affair.
Sanjha Chulha having great variety of roll offerings made our day yesterday. We opted for Double chicken roll and Egg chicken roll. I must say everything tasted quite different and tasty. Specially the egg chicken roll is what you would love to have. The punch and tangy flavours will be enough to have a great food affair. Situated in C.I.T road this place is not so big although will not create any problem. We didn't go for dining so, could not give you the review for that. Anyways, hygiene is well maintained as it seems in upper hand. But the hygiene at the entrance of the restaurant could have been better as there are litter all around. Happy rolls 🗞️
THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST GOOD IN THE TOWN!!
MUST RECOMMENDED TO ALL. 💕💕
One good place where i liked the Mughlai food.
It was our TFBA Awards meet there and it was my second visit to this place.
Biryani was lip smacking and the kebabs served were very nice. Daal was well complemented with Nan and the Tikka lababdar i guess was so smooth and thick with the taste, a perfect balance of flavours. Ended with desserts in form of Cake and Gajar Halwa.
Overall a good place to dine in. They also have Banquet hall for you.
Sanjha Chullha is located at Park circus. It's a quite spacious restaurant.

Sanjha Chulha has come up with a variety of sizzler dishes for their sizzler festival for the month of April (9th to 30th, April 2021).
From Paneer 65 sizzler to Royal Sizzler to Seafood Sizzler, there’s many amazing platters on offer. Breads like Naan/Tandoori Roti/Lachha or a choice of rice with a choice of Dal is available with each platter included in the price.
Yes I am a love non-vegetarian. But here in this Sizzlers festival, everything is fair game! The charred food with smoky flavour does add to each and every item on the menu. I liked the vegetarian Patiala Sizzler. The vegetables are perfectly spiced up and tasted good. The Malai Fish and Tandoori Prawn in the Royal platter was very delicious. The fish was flaky and soft and lightly spiced. The seekh Kebabs need a special mention here specifically because they were soft event after being in a sizzler (as well as in a tandoor).
The Dal and the Lachha is a very fulfilling accompaniment. I have always liked Sanjha Chulha’s use of aata instead of flour in the breads (Lachha roti). The creamy texture of the Dal rounds up the meal very well. It is much recommended. The Sizzler Festival is available till 30th April. And visit any of their outlets and enjoy a fantastic meal.
This Ramadan, make your every Iftaar more special at Sanjha Chulha 😍
Sanjha Chulha is already in many of our favourite restaurant list for their perfect Mughlai and North Indian food. Every year during the auspicious month of Ramadan, they try to bring something new, special and delicious to us- so this year, they have brought their Iftaar special menu.
🔵Location- Sanjha Chulha has total 4 outlets in Kolkata, Park Circus, Uttar Panchannagram, Behala and Southern Avenue
So coming to few of their Iftaar special items-
Mutton haleem,
Chapli Kabab,
Chicken Tangdi kebab,
Chicken lifafa,
Fried chicken,
Chicken 65,
Falooda,
Firni.
Apart from those, since they are some best biryani in the city, so Biryani is must try if you are going for main course.
If someone say Ramadan special dish, very first dish comes to our mind is definitely Haleem- breaking fast with a bowl of hot mutton haleem is always heart warming.
After haleem, of course it's kebab time, whether be it chapli kebab made with minced mutton or some juicy, chatpata Chicken tangdi kebab- Mughlai cuisine is incomplete without kebabs.
Now if you want something crispy then there is fried chicken, if you want something spicy and crispy then there is Chicken 65 with a beautiful aroma of curry leaves.
Chicken lifafa is spiced minced chicken wrapped in crisp paratha, quick to munch.
Lastly, every festive meal needs a sweet end & during Ramadan, falooda and firni are the best to sweeten our mood .

This is the first time I tried out Roll Factory by Sanjha Chulha and I absolutely loved it. Firstly, the packaging is superb. I loved it. Then, the taste is really good. I tried out their Chicken Rolls. The roll is not very spicy and loaded with juicy chicken pieces. The paratha was quite crispy and perfectly made. The prices are quite reasonable too. Will surely recommend it.👌
Fantastic food. Decent atmosphere. Good Service.
Try Cheese Kulcha.( Reminds me of cheese burst pizza.)
