Located in a very convenient place, right opposite to Ekta heights, this oriental kitchen offers a plethora of asian/chinese/tibetian/Burmese/Thai dishes.
I tasted konjee crispy lamb, shredded chicken in chilli oyster sauce, pan fried noodles and golden fried prawn.
The taste is really authentic and the ambiance is pretty interesting because you can actually experience the work in progress if you keep visiting.
The service is pretty good and the staff are very hospital. The outlet is clean and the meat quality is excellent!

After my visit to Thailand, I was craving some Massaman curry.
So I stumbled upon this place, and wanted to try it out.
It was amazing,very close to the thai flavours provided the perfect spice balance. My respects to the Chef.

I recently went and had a semi dinner this restaurant, it was my second time at the restaurant but I have ordered from this place multiple times. We had honey sesame chicken it was exactly the sticky and crispy deliciousness that you want from chicken paired with honey, served with their in house sauce it was altogether an amazing affair. I was decidedly apprehensive about the wontons because a lot of the times they are soggy or doughy, but these wontons were delicious, crispy,golden and melting in your mouth. I suppose the pork one's would have been even more juicy, alas it wasn't available. Even though it was a pre-dinner thing I can never resist a good Dan Dan noodles. I ordered the pork one and it was spicy and tart with loads of loads of pork. Though I miss the actual pork mince in the authentic Dan dan noodles it was still a good replica. Now for the main event, I had actually decided to visit because I absolutely love their darsaan,its flavoured subtlety honey and cardamom with the perfect amount of sticky crispness served with a large scoop of vanilla icecream. Its especially enjoyable to eat because of the temperature difference of the hot crispy noodles and the cool icecream. The only bad thing about it is that you cannot order it from home.

Had high expectations from this place. Momos disappointed us a little. Was not satisfied with the sizes of the momos. Both the momo dishes tasted exactly the same. Man Chao soup was amazing. Both the rice dishes were good. overall a good experience.

Ordered a lot of dishes. Each and every one of them were simply amazing. Special mentions in starters were Chef's special spicy lamb and Chilli garlic pepper prawn. The nasee goreng and mee goreng were beautiful. Chiang mai pad Thai was simply outstanding. The chilli basil noodles were a bit unique and different from regular Chinese food. Side dishes which deserve a shout out are fish in oyester sauce and general Tso's chicken. The fried ice cream failed to make a significant mark. But the darshan was served hot with honey glazed ice cream and made up for the ill represented fried ice cream. Total bill for 7 people came out to be Rs 5890.
Overall, pocket friendly and good food. Beautiful ambience and courteous staff. Though service was a bit late.

On his way home from work my son has taken food from the sector 5 outlet and my expectations were damn high with this location as well because he always used to tell me about the food.
On a fine day while visiting a dear friend he decided to take home Ho Faan Noodles, Sanghai Chicken and Grandma's Wantons.
The noodles were flat, very very rich in flavours, cooked el danté, just perfect. The chicken was a bit spicy but complimented the chicken beautifully. However, the Wantons. The Wantons. The Wantons. The starter was the show stopper. Yes. If you are ordering or visiting chez and you're not trying this out, you are missing something big. Lip smacking!!
The thigh curry I had there was amazing. The pork was just mouth watering with some amazing combination of Asian flavours. Do try out this place when you visit, baghajatin.

I have been to this place 6 times so far and I intend to keep going back for more. It's a beautiful, cozy restaurant serving Oriental cuisine. For anyone who is thinking of moving on from the regular "Indo-Chinese" cuisine, the same old chilli chicken, fried rice, noodles, should definitely visit this place. Food is of great quality, main course item portions are satisfying. You get fresh, flavourful, spicy, delicious food. The staff is polite and knowledgeable about what's on the menu. Any random item I pointed out on the menu they were able to describe how it is, level of heat, portions, etc. Price is reasonable I think, and Zomato Gold is applicable too.
*My recommendations : Khao Pad Thai Fried Rice, Spicy Chilly Basil Noodles, Dan Dan Chilly Garlic Noodles, Chicken Gyoza, Midnight Chilly Fish, Chilly Chicken, Shredded chicken in oyster sauce, Ta phin Dao chicken, Canton style mixed fried rice.
*Just a few cons, there are only three dessert options on the menu (of which the peanut butter roll and Icecream one is good)
Almost every item on the appetizers comes for 6 portion, which is sad as I'd be more satisfied if I got atleast 8 or 10 gyozas. This should also be thought for big groups as only 6 pieces of something is not always desired.
I had ordered a pork main course, which was disappointing. The dish was well cooked by the chefs as the gravy was just perfectly balanced, but the sad bit was that there was hardly any pork meat. All lard (fat).

This place is one of the favourite place which serves good Asian cuisine based food.
I ordered veg ho faan noodles which contains good amount of spices and it's taste is really addictive. And ordered Shanghai chicken which contains little sweet and spicy taste which perfectly goes with the hofaan noodles. The chicken portion was quite generous.

Now directly come to food (because everything else was good) : The variety they have is tremendous, mind blowing. Tried the chef special spicy chilly lamb. I never imagined something like mutton/lamb could be this interesting. Tried pork fried rice, basa fish in oyster sauce. There was nothing, not a single part of the dish that did not amaze me. The tenderness of the meats, perfectly balanced spices. The oyster sauce was genuine unlike a lot of places who make the same sauce for all Chinese items. Highly recommended.

Recently visited this lovely eatery located in Baghajatin, at a walking distance from Sulekha. As the name suggests, this place has it's expertise in authentic oriental cuisine, and serves wholesome Asian dishes at very affordable prices.

Would love if they maintain this quantity and quality both.
I also want to highlight the fact that this place is really easy going on our pockets and affordable which is added bonus. Would definately visit again and will update you about the other dishes.

Tried out some new dishes from their menu.
Starting with Oriental Manchow Soup which had veggies and seafood with proteins. The consistency was so good.
Vegetable Lumpia was crispy spring rolls though a bit oily but the combination of veggies inside was too good.
Thai Kafir Lime Chicken is a must try devoid of any sauce,steamed chicken slices were tossed with bell peppers and a hint of kafir lime. A very flavorful dish.
Lemon & Chilly Prawns,loved this dish as well,crispy outside with a thin coating tossed with chopped garlic.
Phuket Chicken Hunan and Hot Celery Fish with
Canton Street Fried Rice and Hakka Rice Noodles were perfect combinations.

I was at this place, just a few days back. As usual, the food is really amazing and so is the dimly lit ambience. The quirky decors and the wall paintings, speaks for itself. I tried, the kafir lime chicken, veg spring rolls and the darsaan with ice cream.
Talking of the kafir lime, it was really tangy and was well infused with the chicken and the broth. The chicken seemed well cooked on a slow flame as it wasn't chewy at all.
The veg spring rolls were quite crispy as they were deep fried. It is served with a sweet and sour thick paste, rich is garlic and tomatoes, bringing out a different flavour. The veggies were well stuffed inside and brought about, a burst of flavours.
Their speciality is the Silky Noodle that they serve. It is really gentle on the tongue and is so well cooked that it neither melted and got sticky, nor was raw. It was the first time, I tried such noodle and I just loved it.
I absolutely loved the food. Looking forward to visiting this place again.

The place has a quirky decor inside with proper seating arrangements. Quality and Quantity served is quite good. It is much pocket friendly with well behaved staffs. Indeed a hidden gem. One of the best place for Chinese lovers like me!
They serve good food. I love their momos, very much juicy. Ambience is not that huge but well decorated. Staffs are courteous, service was fast. Loved it.

✓ Vietnamese pork ribs : loveeedddd itttt!!!! so tender and juicy, well cooked meat and fat. they serve two medium pieces of ribs. delicate and delicious!! exact of spice!! I'll visit this again to have this particularly again.
✓ Oriental basic noodle bowl (pork) : though it says it serves for 1, but it is sufficient enough for 2 with low-medium appetite people. it's low on spice and the pork is kinda on tangy side. i loved it as well.
The place has quirky pictures to click picture with and the light is soothing.
Only thing they really need to look and improve is their seating arrangement. it's not much comforting to those iron chairs without back cushion and hard to adjust with the table while eating.

I loved their pork dishes. Probably the best place for pork lovers. Lime Chicken us a must try dish from the starters. Nasi Goreng Fried Rice, Lamb dishes, Pork dishes were amazing. I am definitely visiting this place again. Also the quantity is good. And pocket pinch is not high as well.

I ordered shezwan rice noodles. First of all the delivery was good. Now coming to the noodles.. they taste really nice and the quantity was more than enough for a person. It was really nice to see that they even provided chopsticks. Overall it was a good experience. Their staffs are also very polite.

Mostly i ordered through Swiggy so donot know about atmosphere. But the taste of the food and service os really very good.
Updated on 07.06.23 : Today we have gone to the resturant for dinner. The ambience and decoration is very basic. We have ordered indonesian drums and Koh Kong fish rice bowl. The taste and portion of the food, and service is damn good. So I cannot reduce the star rating for ambience. Because to me taste of food and service is everything 😆
I haven't visited the place as I have always ordered food from here by Zomato. So I don't know about the ambience. But the foods are tasty. I love their Masaman Curry. Also they serve very nice chinese foods.
The restaurant got shifted to a new place near Baghajatin and the ambience isn't so pretty as the last one but the quality of food as per the price is just awesome!!!

I visited this place few days back, located close to Baghajatin.I have fallen in love with their food.
This is my second visit and they have impressed me with their quality,taste and service.
Tried out some new dishes from their menu.
Starting with Oriental Manchow Soup which had veggies and seafood with proteins. The consistency was so good.
Vegetable Lumpia was crispy spring rolls though a bit oily but the combination of veggies inside was too good.
Thai Kafir Lime Chicken is a must try devoid of any sauce,steamed chicken slices were tossed with bell peppers and a hint of kafir lime. A very flavorful dish.
Lemon & Chilly Prawns,loved this dish as well,crispy outside with a thin coating tossed with chopped garlic.
Phuket Chicken Hunan and Hot Celery Fish with
Canton Street Fried Rice and Hakka Rice Noodles were perfect combinations.
The best Hunan chicken I've ever had.
The fish was so tender and fresh.
I loved the rice noodles a lot.
Made with minimal oil and a lot of veggies I would definitely recommend it.
The food here is highly recommended.
The prices are moderate but the food is definitely worth the price paid.
This place is located opposite to Ekta heights ....Easy to locate after crossing the Baghajatin Road. It's constructed after taking the ground floor of an apartment. It's a medium sized restaurant and the walls are beautifully and colorfully designed. The ambience was peaceful and quite relaxing. The service of the staff was quite appreciable.
Coming to the food menu.....the menu is xeroxed which might seem a bit backwards. But the quality and quantity of foods will dominate it. The restaurant offers oriental Chinese dishes.
All the foods ordered were brilliantly prepared and they tasted nice. The plates served were having a different look but did the suite according to the ambience. We ordered:
Chilli Garlic Pepper Fish
Burnt Garlic Mixed Fried Rice
Lamb in Chilli Garlic Sauce
Caramel Peanut Roll
The quantity was excess so we packed the leftovers and their packing was also nice.
Would suggest people to surely visit once and we would like to visit again.
We had Hakka Chicken Noodles, Chilly Garlic Fried Rice and Chez Special Chicken..
The quantity was enough for Four people and the taste was really good,
but the sauce of Main Course can be little spicy

With cosy and beautiful interior this place can accommodate 25-30 people at a time. Few days back visited this place and tried out some of their dishes.
Oriental Munchow Soup- Served with Chopsuye this soup is really appetizing.
Vegetable Lumpia- Veggie stuffed fried spring rolls served with a sweet sauce.
Thai Kafir Lime Chicken- Thai style stir fry chicken with Kafir Lime leaves.
Lemon and Chilli Prawns- Jumbo Prawns having chilli and lemon flavours. Highly recommended.
Phuket Chicken Hunan- Succulent pieces of chicken with white gravy .
Hot Celery Fish- This dish was very spicy and full of flavours.
Canton Street Fried Rice- Fried rice cooked with lots of veggies and egg and super spicy.
Hakka Rice Noodles- One of the best items. Light and flavourful rice noodles that can be paired up best with Hunan Chicken.
Darsaan with vanilla ice cream.
Overall a great experience. Great service and food. Will surely be there again.

Wooden furnitures placed strategically to accomodate a huge crowd in this quaint eaterie is one thing that'll totally amaze you. Visited this easy to locate jewel recently for lunch & was left awestruck by the taste of the delights they offered from their wonderfully curated menu.
Greeted warmly at the restaurant, we grabbed a seat according to our choice and went through their eclectic menu which will satiate your soul and set tongue rolling. We started off with their delicious appetizers!
• Chow chow Babycorn : Just another 'crispy babycorn' delicacy that we had here. Not much different from the regular delicacies of Crispy Babycorn that we try out though. The notable thing about the babycorn was it's freshness and juicy nature!
• Chicken Gyoza : Being an avid lover of dimsums, this variant was an absolute stunner! Loaded with delicious chicken mince and cooked to perfection, this well presented dish tasted brilliant.
• Pan Seared Chilli Fish : Spicy to the core, this preparation had a smoky aroma to it. Tossed in signature sauce, the fresh fish fillets was extremely soft & irresistible. We loved it.
• Honey Glazed Pork Ribs : One of the best Pork Ribs delicacy that I've ever had in the City of Joy. Blissful & soothing, the pork was of top notch quality. Priced at ₹260, these succulent pork chops what they serve was heaven on a palate. The caramelized glaze made with Vietnamese umami stars like hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce had my mouth watering. Succulent meat coupled with a flavourful juicy filling oozing out of the chops was something not only drool-worthy but something that I'll surely crave for more and more. Ingenious & delicious indeed!
From among their Special Rice Bowls, we opted for one their bestsellers.
• Kafir Lime Rice Bowl (Shrimps) : A wholesome, soulful & lipsmacking dish are the adjectives that the Kafir Lime Rice Bowl deserves. It was a healthy option with a asian touch along with the best of the flavours! Presentation was point with a fried egg on one side and the shrimp(gravy) on the other. It was delectable and indulgent. We enjoyed it thoroughly.
They have a special segment for curries. As suggested by the staff we ordered :
• Thai Green Curry (Chicken) : Who doesn't love Thai Curry? I'm sure everyone does. Definitely a paradise for all Thai food lovers out there. Rich in Consistency with a thick gravy, the thai curry tasted fantabulous. Coupled with plain white rice, it was heavenly. The succulent pieces of chicken comprehended the curry wonderfully. Surely, a filling dish, yet again.
Last but not the least, from their Asian Special section, we opted for their signature dishes :
• Mee Goreng (Mixed Noodles)
• Sambal Udang
Amazing essence of spices & well balanced flavours added wonder to these two items. They both had an unique essence in themselves and totally made us crave for more. The Sambal Udang deserves special mention for it's tantalizing aroma and thick gravy. The shrimps they used in it were of good quality and quantity wise it would suffice two hungry souls easily.
Overall, the experience here at the oriental kitchen was a very nice one. They've maintained the authenticity of all the Asian dishes. With soothing flavours, delectable taste, appropriate pricing, prompt service & a homely ambiance, this place has all the potentials to be the number one Asian cuisine in that locality. Perfect for proper lunch and dinner scenes with friends and family over good food & gossips.

One word, Excellent. Recently went to try their lunch buffet, they serve a bowl of soup, a plate of dumplings, in main course you have choice of rice or noodles with a varied range of side dishes.
I tried:
Hot and sour Soup
Bhutanese chicken dumpling
Tausi chicken with capsicum Rice
Diced chicken in pepper sauce.
The soup was yummy. You could feel all the veggies was fresh and an the chicken was moist with a lot of flavours. The taste was definitely spicy with a bit of sourness.
The dumpling had a nice essence of lemon. Filled with a lot of chicken in it. It was so flavoursome.
The chicken in pepper sauce was so hot and spicy. Place is a must visit.

Well the name suggests that this is an Asian, Chinese Thai food specialist..
You will have to search this place on Google maps otherwise it's a little difficult to find.
Once you find it and enter you get the Oriental feel. The walls are nicely done with unique art works.. perfect lighting for a cosy ambience..
Now coming to the main part the food...
⏩ Chow Chow baby corn.. it was very crispy and the taste was simply great
⏩ Pan Seared Chilli fish was also very soft and fresh and tasty.. the sauce used gave it an amazing taste and the soft fresh fish was killing
⏩ Honey glazed pork Ribs. Highly recommended. One of the best pork preparations that I've tasted recently. It was soft Perfectly cooked.. the fat didn't melt and the meat was soft and could easily be cut with fork.. and the added flavour just won
⏩ Kafir lime Rice bowl. It was amazing.. with fresh shrimps
⏩ Thai green curry was amazing the gravy was awesome.. it was very creamy and buttery with soft chicken pieces in it..
⏩ Sambal udang.. I don't know why it is called so but I know that it's amazing.. the coconut milk.. the rich flavour.. the fresh prawns.. highly recommended dish. You just can't resist yourself from finishing the gravy by yourself.
It's a joint that serves great food. Rather very delicious food.
Just that their service time needs to improve. Though they have many deliveries running but customers waiting long for food is a negative impression.
However would visit here again and again for their pork ribs and the fish preparations..

A friend of mine suggested me this restaurant, later I checked this place is very popular among food bloggers in Kolkata. A ton of good reviews and professional photos of their dishes doesn't made this restaurant look new on social media.
I felt difficulties finding this restaurant, as its located in a lane opposite to Ekta Heights. When reached rather enjoying their beautiful ambiance I got confused by their menu card.
This place is truly an oriental kitchen serving a large variety of dishes so its really hard to decide what to order. Now don't get confuse them with Chowman, because their logo looks very identical.

Fish in black bean sauce is my personal favourite from Asian cuisine hence ordered the same here. They gave this traditional dish a twist with colourful bell peppers. Fish slices were melting in mouth, those were that super soft. Gravy was ample for 2 people.
This place should really be considered as hidden gem. Their food quality to quantity to ambiance to service, everything was satisfactory. While talking about Oriental Cuisine I might put this place after my personal favourite Asia Kitchen and Mamasan.

The service they provide is unbelievable. All the staffs are tremendous and are really well behaved. Now coming to the food, the quantity they serve is excellent and the quality is well maintained too.

Nam Prik Pao Gai : This was an amazing starter that was served to us. The pieces of chicken was really well fried and tasted damn good.
Ho Faan Noodles : The Noodles tasted damn good. It was flat noodles with chicken and prawn. The dish was very well made.
Aromatic Pork : The pork was really well cooked. This item was medium spicy and tasted brilliant.

Just a walk of 5-10 minutes from Sulekha to Baghajatin,keep a look on the right hand lane and you'll spot it.
A place for about 25-30 people with eye catching graffiti, impressive at first sight.
♡ Honey Glazed Pork Ribs:
Lost all worldly senses for a while after this absolute stunner. I absolutely forgot i travelled more than 2 hours to get here after a bite of this. The perfect proportion of fat and meat,this is a must try.
♡Chicken Gyoza:
Fried momos with ample chicken filling. Loved it!
♡Kung Pao chicken with noodles:
This bowl comes with a fried egg,the chicken had a tangy and spicy flavour,and noodles with chicken. Quantity may suffice two. Beware of the chilli flakes though!
♡Khao Pad Thai Pork Fried Rice:
With loads of pork and veggies,this has a strong coconut flavour. Tasted amazing and the quantity will be more than enough for two hungry souls.
♡Sambal Udang:
A Prawn curry that will surely give you the Chingrir Malaikari vibes! This too as all the others tasted great.
Do make an estimate of the menu before ordering as the quantity they serve is huge,also very reasonably priced. Travelling this far was worth it for sure. Will be back for the pork ribs and also to try other dishes.
The food quality is amazing. Have always ordered home but recently visited the place and every dish I have tried was excellent. However service could be better.
