Vegetarian restaurant. I had cheese plain dosa. But my small apetite couldn't even finish half of it. So i packed it for home with sone extra coconut chutney. I was already late, the packing time was a bit much. Other than that, was a god experience. I sat in the ground floor which was non ac. Staff behaviour was good.

This outlet of Garden Cafe is located near Exide bus stop. It is of two floors, 1st floor is air-conditioned. They serve some amazing South Indian cuisine.

Shakes were soothing. All the dosas are crispy enough. Family dosa is family pack in true sense as it was so big that 4 people minimum required to finish it in one go. Dosa platter was with three types of dosas- dhaniya,cheese and plain. Topi/topy dosa was presented in form of cap. Cheese pizza dosa was basically dosa with pizza toppings. Pizza here was basic but soft and tasty. Dahi vada was amazing and soft and curd was fresh. American ice cream soda tasted like kulfi or falooda. It was soda with ice cream on top. It looked beautiful. Sambar and all other condiments were mouth watering. Their aloo masala of dosa is not boiled with water,rather with milk.
So overall South Indian foodlovers give it a try,you will love it.

A great south Indian joint for all south food lovers!! This place is gud with its sitting place and food tastes real amazing!! They have an expertise into their fooding of over 50 years and so there's no compromise on taste.
We tried bhaji dosa which was too gud nd unique with it's taste. Also we had paw bhaji which was nice truly. Also we had strawberry and vanilla milkshake which was great!!
Overall a nice place to have casual fooding with ur friends or family!!

South Indian food lover it is the best place for you... I am not a big fan of South Indian food... But believe me now I just loved this place... Located near rabindra sadan metro station... Easy to locate... There are two sections... A.C section and non A.C section... Ambience was nice... Now coming to the food...

Family Dosa was huge... Really a family type dosa quality and quantity was great... Dosa platter was unique there were three types of dosa... Shakes was awesome... Topi Dosa was crunchy and delicious... Cheese Pizza Dosa yees a new type of pizza that was unique and excellent... mixed cheese pizza was also good... Now the star and my most favorite was dahi Vada... Vada was soft and dahi was so good the whole thing full of chilli, ginger, curry leaves uff just mind blowing... Service was good... Price was pocket friendly... Overall great...

One of the best and reasonably priced place to try some good South Indian food in Elgin area . If one wish to eat some good dosa , idly or vada and around this place they can have it here. Have good options of dosa tried there regular masala dosa and chai . Dosa batter was fresh and very crispy . Chai was ok

Must try the cheese mushroom dosa. It is the best. And the sambar is too affictive
We enjoyed the hot served Dosas and pav bhaji....it was quite a good experience.
Nice South Indian food and pretty reasonable. Parking on Sunday evening can be an issue. Very well located and Annexed to Woodlands Petrol Pump. Service is fast and despite being crowded they manage to provide service within a reasonable time. Not too many people can be accommodated in their limited space. However one can sit in their vehicles and enjoy the food.
Good food in affordable prices. Mainly south indian & fast foods available here. Atmosphere of the cafe is very good. Staffs are very helpful & polite. I love to have ice-cream there mainly. Location is very good & nice locality. Shopping at brand factory & meal at garden cafe, A perfect combo :)
I have the the best south Indian food from this place. Their dosa are just outstanding.
1. Topi Dosa: This was very crunchy and tasty. The Sambar was very tasty.
2. Pizza Dosa: The pizza Dosa was fantastic. It tastes totally liked pizza and the Dosa was crunchy. So the combination was outstanding.
3. Dahi bada: The Dahi bada was the best dahi bada I had till now. The flavour of the bay leaves and ginger was awesome and the green chilli flavour just made it the best dahi bada. The spicyness of the chilly with the sweetness of the yougurd was fantastic. (Highly recommended)

Garden Cafe has been serving authentic South Indian food for more than 50 years now. This restaurant is located very close to the Rabindra Sadan metro station and has both AC and Non-AC seating arrangements. Service is quick followed by warm hospitality. The prices are very nominal and the taste is amazing! Coming to the food, we had ordered:

• Dosa Platter - it consists of a Dhaniya Dosa, Cheese Dosa & Normal Dosa
• Topi Dosa - the dosa comes in the shape of a topi

Excellent south indian food. Easy to locate during traffic. Service exellent. Quantity of food served also good. Always served the food fresh.
They are also selling some of the product of art of living. Car parking nearby on fee parking basis. Street is one way south bound upto 1pm after that north bound.
