Orkoss is situated in a very odd place but the interior was very good..The staff were very helping and welcoming..I found the food tasteless and it was cold too...Though there were a variety of options but the food was very tasteless nd was served cold too...The ambience was nice and lovely though...

I had their breakfast buffet... And I'm pretty impressed with the spread of the buffet... Also the quality is quite good... The staffs are very courteous and helpful... The ambience is colourful and vibrant... They have plenty of seating available... So you need not to fight for it... I just felt that the kitchen service can be improved... Because most of the times you have to wait for the food in the counter... They refills but takes a bit more time... Pocket pinch is quite reasonable here...
Went there with parents for a rice ceremony party, they opted for the dinner buffet, it was a Monday. Since I went there late after office so missed the starters😢....heard that they were yummy, there were four types of starters, 2 veg and 2 non veg. So sadly started with the salads, there were 3-4 types of salads, one was dahi aloo, another with chole and there were few other. There were different types of pastas.
In mains :
There was pulao,plain rice, fish, mutton, veg manchurian, mix veg, chhanar kopta, nun, veg noodles, aloor dom, kachori, max items were veg and very few non-veg.
Loved the dessert section :
Ice cream, baked rosogolla and mihidana and didn't remember may be gulab jamun.
There were 2 drinks, may be included in the buffet, both were equally good.
Later discovered there was also soup,but didn't try.

This is one of the best multicuisine restaurant here on Kolkata. Ambience was very awesome. Had mixed noodles and hot garlic chicken both the dishes taste awesome totally worth the price.

This place located at Kasba. I basically went for a stay cation at this place with my friends. The hotel orkos has got a huge rooftop swimming pool.
Coming to the restaurant part the staff is very helpful they are very much concerned with the customers.
I loved the Paneer sizzler and the kebabs.
They also have a buffet which is very reasonably priced.
On the whole this is a very idle place for a night out with friends
Went there for dinner buffet. The staffs are courteous and supportive. I would gladly love to mention about the staffs rather than foods. They tried to make a beautiful arrangement for a birthday surprise..
The foods were good. The non veg items were less in number compared to veg items. But they offered non veg biriyani that was included within the package but not within buffet menu.
The dessert items were very less to mention. Just gulab jamun and ice cream were there.

The ambience was nice and I liked the presentation as well.The behaviour of the staff was way beyond my expectations,nd they really made me feel special.Coming to the food,they were perfect.Given the price point of the Durga puja special buffet (Rs950 AI),they had ample number of options which included Bengali cuisine,prawn, biriyani nd others.The biriyani could have been better.The food was not very spicy,so that's a plus point.I loved the mutton kasha,which almost melted as soon as it went inside the mouth.The desserts were too good, especially the baked mihidana and komla bhog.So I would like to revisit the place without any further thoughts.If u haven't tried this place,go ahead, u'll surely like it.

The first thing i liked about this place was its ambience. Extremely courteous staff ensured a very neat dine out experience. Food is quite good considering the price(650 post buying a deal from nearbuy). Kebabs and mocktail was nice. The only thing negative about this place is the location. Located just behind the hustle bustle of the Acropolis mall this place is a bit tough to navigate through without local knowledge of the area. But still considering the overall experience i would suggest everone should atleast once try out this hidden world of narnia!

In buffet kebabs are the best in class. It is a nice place for family gathering or hang out with friends.

The food served was hot n delicious except a few . The Dahi vada is a must have . Uff loved it . They have a widespread buffet . Easy to locate . Pocket friendly prices . Great service .
Tried the All day Buffet Lunch at Regenta Orko's, Kasba Restaurant.
The ambience is simply mind blowing and the food specially the Fish fry and the Chicken Hara Bhara Kebab was simply superb.
Apart from their 5-course menu (welcome drink, soup starter, mains and dessert) , they offered a plate of Veg Pulao (as their complementary offering for Nearbuy.com customers).
I missed their Dinner and wish to have their Mutton Biryani (which is complimentary along with the Dinner).
Mr. Imran Khan is very professional and cordial in his approach and he was very prompt in offering all the support one can look for while having lunch or dinner.
Though this was my 2nd visit, I would like to visit this place many a times and would recommend you all.

This is basically a hotel, in Kasba, with full fledged restaurant, banquet halls, buffet and bar facilities available for the visitors. We had no prior bookings, but a reservation will get you some discount. They have an offer for drinks (1 complementary for 2 large 60ml). They were also kind enough to offer us with a discount of 10% on the buffet.
Now coming to the food, the buffet arrayed 2 veg (paneer and spring roll) and 2 non-veg (chicken hariyali kebab, fish orly) starters, fruit salad, plain rice, veg fried rice, dal, mixed sabzi, palak paneer, fish manchurian and methi chicken. To sign off they had ice cream, gulab jamun, mango moose and patries for dessert.
To summarise:
Pros:
1. Great starters.
2. Good service. Very polite.
3. Main course was not neglected. Unlike most buffets, they were really good in this section, (except the fried rice).
4. The price was very pocket friendly.
Cons:
1. Ambiance was good (though had some issues with the air conditioning).
2. The location - its a wee bit off the navigating roads. Anyways you can check with the maps.
To conclude, I would highly recommend it. Keep up with the good work!

I visited with my friend and enjoyed dinner Buffet. The food was absolutely wonderful from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the Mutton Biryani. All the foods are very delicious. The ambience is also very beautiful.
We went for the buffet there. Their main course was good. Specially Mutton Biriyani was really tasty. The meat of the biriyani was soft and juicy. They welcomed us with mocktails which we did not like that much. They don’t have a great variation of starter. There were one fish item, chicken lolypop, veg spring roll and harabhara kabab in the starters. The fish item was good but we did not like the chicken lolypop. The veg starters were also good. We did not try soup but they have kept both of chicken and veg soup in the buffet. The dessert section was also good. Overall it was good experience.
Celebrated my son's 7th birthday here.. the service was top notch with mouth watering food. The manager Mr. Imran is doing a fabulous job there.. kudos to the team. Will visit again soon 🤗🤗

Had been here for my Dad's Birthday. The hotel is placed a little interior, but easy to locate. The ambience was good. Coming to the food - they served us a welcome drink and 4 starters - 2 veg and 2 non veg. All of them were very delectable and we loved it. But the rest was a little disappointing - compared to the price of the buffet !! There was not much options in the main course and the dessert section as well. Mutton was missing from the whole buffet, until they served us their special mutton biryani on the table - it was very good but we had already filled ourselves up. But, waiters and the manager were extremely polite, great at service and just wanted to do everything to make us enjoy our experience. They went out of their way and buffet menu, and served us ice creams and cold drinks - that was really sweet of them. And they also arranged a beautiful 0.5 kg cake for my Dad !!!
I would have rated them 3; but thanks to their wonderful service - I couldn't quote them less than 4. But they surely need to work on the main course and desserts. A few more options in the dessert section would be good and the main course needs some choiceable items - plain and herb rice (both looked the same !!) could have been changed to plain/jeera rice and egg fried rice or something, according to me. Looking forward to experience the changes.

Coming to the taste I would especially mention that the pulao and the chicken preparation in the main course just stole my heart. The daal and posto were so beautifully cooked , you could not tell whether they were not homemade.
The starters tasted luscious specially one could drool on the chicken kebab and fish item.
But these were not the only heart filling tastes , the show stealer was the caramel custard . I can surely tell it was so perfectly made , neither too sweet nor too heavy , the whole portion was soft and yummy. Gulab jamun were perfectly fried and there usual choices of ice cream. Loved it.
It was the best and most satisfying experience ever . Kudos to the staff.

This has been one of the top restaurants in my wish list. Finally, we paid a visit there last night, opting for the dinner buffet at Rs.699 + tax.
Coming to the menu, we were welcomed with Blue Lagoon. Then, there was 2 non-veg starters (Fish and Chicken) and 2 veg starters (Spring Roll and Harabhara Kebab).
Non-veg starters were absolute bang-on preparations. We repeated couple of times.
In main course, they had Vegetable Soup to start off with, followed by Nun roti, Chana Dal, Plain Dal, Veg Hakka Noodles, Kaju Pulao, Ginger garlic fish, Chicken Kasha, Mutton Biryani and a number of salads (both veg and non veg).
If you're planning to have buffet meal, surely keep space for their Mutton Biryani and Chicken Kasha. The fish preparation was so soft and yummy!
In dessert section, we were provided with Hot Langcha (was expecting hot Gulab Jamun though), Chocolate Mousse and Chocolate and Vanilla flavored ice-cream.
Just one small suggestion to the management, some items were not displayed in the buffet corner. For instance, mutton biryani or Nunn or ice cream which we got to know about much later. For someone who is visiting for the first time, it's a bit confusing.
Talking about staff courtesies and hygiene, I would rate them 10/10. Very impressed!
Manager was also very nice. He gave us 10% discount on the grand total.

Paid a visit to Orkos Regenta yesterday its was indeed the contentment of my mind.We opted for buffet dinner.we arrived at the restaurant at about 11 o clock.We didnt know the buffet was suppose to close on 10:30 but as we arrived they welcomed us and gave a comfortable seat.Restaurant was occupied by only few customers as it was bit late by then.We enjoyed the calm environment and had our time😊.
First they will provide a complimentary mocktail blue mojito on your table.There would be 2 vegs and 2 non vegs starter which will also be provided on your table.I must mention the waiter guy Bijoy,he was very polite and helpful.The entire buffet section consist of a veg soup,Pulao,Hakka noodles,mong dal, chicken kosha,hunan fish, special muttom biriyani,some paneer dish and other veg items name I cant recall right this moment.Each of the dish tasted very well.The dessert section was adequate for the price you pay.Gulab jamums were really good as well as caremel custard.I would suggest anyone to go there and try their food for once,you won't regret it.All of this costed us only 1325 rupees for two including taxes after receiving 10% discount.Looking forward to taste their food again.

We had a breakfast at Regenta Orko'ss on Tuesday. It was a nice experience.they had a nice spread of buffet including brown & milk bread, boiled egg, chicken,upma,idli,paratha,alu Dom, cornflakes,milk, porridge,baked mihidana, smoothie,fresh pineapple juice, fresh orange juice,dosa,eggs to order,donut,pastries,fresh fruits.
The chicken,the upma,the smoothie,the pineapple juice,masala cheese omlette were really nice.most importantly the courtesy of the stuffs are really appreciated.

I celebrated pre-birthday evenings here, many a times. All the cuisines are equally tasty I must say. Though it is a bit on the higher price side, the place is nice and decent. I will look for their buffet menu ofcourse.
We have been here for lunch buffet. The staffs are really good and very well trained. The mutton birriyani are lip-smacking. The hot Lancha was also an added bonus. The fish quality of fish finger and fish curry was very satisfying.

Hosted a rooftop pool party and it was such an amazing experience . With lovely food and the chicken of the biryani was almost melting as soon as one was putting it in the month . The staff were extremely courteous and so was the food. The taste of every item was perfect with a delectable mix of all the ingredients. The banquets are spacious and well decorated. Nowadays lot of restaurants in Kolkata are offering buffet lunch and dinner and Regenta Orko's is one of them.Located near the Acropolis Mall,Kasba near Ruby.The ambience of the place is mindblowing as it is only small section of a 3 star hotel.We went for the Dinner Buffet after a lot of discussion.They first provided us the complimentary drink of Blue Lagoon.Next they started serving the starters one after another.In the starters they provided-Paneer Kebabs,Spinach Rolls,Chicken Tikka,Fish Fingers.Each of the starters were brilliant and really tasty.They served a bowl of Mutton Biryani which was really delicious and full of boneless meat pieces.After having our stomach so filled up we took Chicken Butter Masala,Garlic Fish,Corn with Peas.Each of the above items was good.We missed Butter Naan,Hakka Noodles,Dal Makhani,Shahi Polao because we were already filled up.Atlast,they didn't have the variety in desserts so we got sandesh,halwa and Ice Cream.Overall,really value for money as the entire bill was 1300 for two persons.Special mentioned,the staffs were really polite,generous and took good care of us.Happy eating experience.We will definitely come here again....☺️☺️☺️
Had gone there for my bestfriends wedding yesterday and was surprised at this hidden gem. It was just awsome. The decore was mind blowing. The food arrangements were great. I could not stop myself and forced my friend to introduce me to the banquet manager Mr Sujoy, had to compliment him for the sucess and excellant arrangement. Will definately recommend this place to my friends and loved ones.
This is my second visit to Orkos Restaurant located near to Acropolis Mall, Kasba. Its a hidden Gem. Perfect ambience of the place. Interiors are very nice. Liked the lighting work of Restaurant. Big list of menus almost everything is available here whether it is Indian or Chinese or Tandoor or Continental. Service of the staff is very quick & friendly. The portion they served is good and also quality is perfect. I have asked the Restaurant Manager, they also doing a Good preparation for Pujo. Thanks Orkos for made my day. Will see you in pujo.
It was my first visit to the restaurant and being an anniversary, it was an icing on the cake.
The main course was yummy delicious. The cheese fritters were to good as starters.
The staff was more than courteous and hospitable, their gestures overwhelmed me.
One of the hidden gems located near Acropolis mall,this place serves amazing Bengali & North Indian delicacies ,Ambience is excellent,staffs are courteous and the most important part the food comes in a large buffet spread with very competetive price tag.

Even though the location is a bit offbeat, this place is grand. Ambience is excellent. We had ordered a pizza and mocktails. The staff are courteous. There was a bit of unprofessionalism during making the bill but in the end it was sorted out. Price is on the higher side.
Roof top swimming pool is an amazing experience. Service is good. Food is good. Perfect day out with family and friends.
We went there at 7:30 which is not exactly the time for this place to start their business. We heard from the bar attendant that the bar has it's peak crowd at around 1 AM or so. Maybe for this reason, most of the cocktails weren't available. However, the cocktails were decent, the chef's special cocktail was the highlight among all the other cocktails. Ambience is nice, would love it more there even more if the DJ plays something other than bollywood too.
The arrangements were really amazing. The food was exceptionally good and kudos to the team for pulling this out in just a day's notice. Thank you to Mr. SUJOY BHATTACHARJEE for making our special day all the more special. Since it was in the middle of a pandemic, the staff took extra precaution on sanitization and making our guests feel comfortable and safe.
Each and every item was too good. The service was also very nice.

gneta Orko'ss Located in Kasba, near Acropolis Mall. This is one amazing hotel / restaurant , the food is amazing and soo much in quantity. Great ambiance with fresh and yummilicious food. We were welcomed with a refreshing soft drinks. The restaurant is specious enough to race towards buffet place. The desert counter consisted of numerous items.

Its an awesome restaurant to be in.. :) There is buffet and most importantly its a tailor made buffet.. Mr.Imran,the manager is a superb person and do find him there to get the most special treatment..!
