Everytime I visit South City Mall the smell of Cookies attracts me . Cookie Man is famous for its choco chip cookies and brownies as well as walnuts cookies and brownies which are my favourites , even the hot chocolate and cappuccino here is amazing. They let you try and select the cookies, plus provides complimentary cookies along with beverages.

I had the choco chip brownie from cookie man. I liked the taste of it. The brownie was quite soft the only negative point was the pricing

I have been their fan from the time the shop opened probably some ten years back. This was probably the first outlet in the city. Everytime I visit South City Mall, I buy jars of these cookies. And they come in wonderful wraps. The smell is as good as the taste. If you are on the floor where the shop is, you can't just miss the heavenly smell.

Both the cookies were ooeygooey and mushy on the inside with chocolate oozing out from the cracked and over heated crevaces. The staff heated both the cookies on request. Both of them were moist and chocolatey. I devoured the cookies and was very very satisfied. Will definitely remain one of their happy customers and keep visiting them for more time and again.
Me and my friends ordered for 3 lattes which came with 2 complimentary cookies each. The cookies of cookie man are really nice and luring. The price is reasonable which makes it affordable for a lot of customers. Overall satisfied.

If you are brownie fan do visit this place.. they have varieties of brownie like red velvet brownie, fudge brownie etc.. and it’s tempting!! Cookies are on choice few are good few I didn’t liked it.. but yes it’s pricey!! Even they have sandwiches which I haven’t tried!!
After doing a lot of shopping me n my friend went there for a refill. We had odered 2 cappuccino n masala french fries. They also provide 2 cookies with each cup of coffee. This is a nice place and quite affordable.
Located beside coffee world and opposite to starmark at south city mall Cookie man gives you a wide range of cookies to choose from. A friend of mine suggested me to buy cookies from here. The smell of freshly baked cookies will make you mad. Coming to the varieties one will get confused what to buy and what not. I had brought chocolate cookies and the cookies have perfect crunch. Would really like to visit the place again and try their other varieties. The only things that made me upset is that the staffs were abit slow.
we ordered 3 pastries, Black forest, chocolate, choco cracle, all of them were delicious. but the price was too much for such small pastries. still I loved the taste, it was soft and the sweetness was perfect. each one costed 80₹

After a casual walk around the South City Mall, I walked into the Cookie Man outlet based in the 3rd floor of this mall. The staff was polite enough to offer me a sample of chocolate cookie. They were also running a few combo offers on sandwiches / tea etc. I bought a masala chai (priced 70 bucks) and received a couple of free cookies alongside - 1 strawberry and 1 other - both were pretty crispy and tasty.
I generally don’t enjoy vending machine-based beverages – but this time I did. A masala tea bag dipped into milk was served in a big paper glass along with a sachet of sugar, the tea was pretty delectable!
Seating area is pretty big, so is the customer base evidenced by the huge crowd! Everything’s pretty good, including ambience, quantity, quality served, price tag etc.
The hindrance to this 5 star experience was that the attendants behaviour completely changed when I went for the modest 70 Rs item – which is completely unacceptable. Behaviour should not be linked to the MRP of the items ordered and my earnest request to the Management to look into such matters and ensure these are never re-iterated!
USP of the place is their great variety of cookies, ice creams, sandwiches etc.

Since the inception of the mall, the wonderful aroma of freshly baked cookies compelled me to visit this store though all I have tried from here are cookies and coffee. The chocolate based cookies are pretty good but are quite expensive. Now the store has shifted to the second floor after the renovation of the mall and I'm yet to try from their new menu.
Located in south city mall, this place can be recognised from distance due to the beautiful aroma of coffee and the strong scent of freshly baked cookies. They serves so many varieties of cookies like pineapple, chocolate chips, almonds, etc. They also serves different types of brownies with a options of ice cream topping as well.I love their cookies and also looking forward to try their brownies as well.

What i ordered-
1- Paneer tikka sandwich - tasty paneer tikka was sandwich between white bread & was perfectly grilled.. 1 sandwich is enough for 2 people..
2- double choco chips brownies- one of the best brownie I had..no more comments
3- butterscotch cake- it was too creamy & I didn't like it much
4- mango shake- it's was good..& taste like usual mango shakes.. Nothing new but good..
After ordering all this the bill was about 550 so I got a complimentary cookies packet...
& trust me I became a fan of their cookies.. There were 6 different types of cookies (I don't know there name) & All of them were so good..

I went to south city mall with my friends. Being tired and not having any place to sit, we decided to have a seat in this place.
we sat and were gossiping. Felt hungry so we ended up ordering hot coffee, choco lava cake, chocolate thin shake, and a chocolate pastry. they served the food very fast and they also provided a plate of cookies with the coffee's as a complimentary food.
we were very impressed with the taste of the cake and coffee. the service was very fast and very good.
at the end, they also provided a packet of cookies as a small token of gift. I'm not sure whether they provide to every customer or not, but we got one. and we were quite Impressed with that behavior.

The aroma of the freshly baked cookies and brownies from Cookie Man compel me to buy them everytime I visit South City. The store has now shifted to the 2nd floor of the mall after the renovation. Now everytime you visit get ready to be tempted by delicious cookies and cakes. They're worth it. Really delicious and flavourful.
My favourites are the Double Chocolate Chip Cookie, their brownies and red velvet brownie.
Didn't quite like the white chocolate raspberry cookie as the raspberries tasted really bad. Overall, loved their chocolate based stuff.
To be frank I didn't intend to visit this place but was waiting for someone and thought to pass my time over a coffee.
Ordered Cappuccino and they give two cookies free along with the Coffee which is pretty awesome. (Had to write about this free stuff before anything :P) and obviously the coffee was pretty good.
The staffs were pretty decent and courteous, you can order from the counter or they will ask you to take your seat and they will come for the order.

I am crazy about this brand. The aroma of their goodies drives me crazy. Their brandy snap is the hot favourite of the whole family. I love their double chocolate cookies, sesame cookies and what not to love. Their other items though expensive are really yummy. Cookies are sold by weight and usually has interesting offers tempting me to buy more and more goodies.

The yummiest cookies in town!! I absolutely love the cookies that these guys make. Call it a little on the pricier side to buy cookies at 650/kg, but mark my words it is totally worth the money. Buying cookies from here over the years, I have found my personal favourites in Black current, butter, chocolate and Brandy snap. Even the macaroons are worth a try, but black currents rules my heart.
The fun part of this outlet being that you can see the freshest cookies coming right out of the oven and then being packed as per your order. It simply cant get fresher than this!! Plus you get to taste a few cookies before you buy if you are confused by the wide array on offer...

What's not to like about this shop that sells several varieties and flavours of cookies? I never knew cookies could be so different from one another based on textures and flavours!
Once you walk close enough to the shop (Ground floor of South City Mall, next to Pantaloons) the whiff of freshly baked cookies will always pull you towards it effortlessly. It has never failed to draw the attention of passers-by and shoppers.
I am very fond of their Chocolate Brownies. The cappuccino is also good. The coffee is always served with complementary cookies which is always appreciated.
This January I bought a bag of cookies (the names escape me) which are delightful and filling. The cookies were quite classic. They make a pretty good pairing with a classic cappuccino and/or a cup of tea. They have so many baked goods I am looking forward to taste each of them.
P.S After placing my order I always tend to temporarily forget about my surroundings as I admire the production of the fresh cookies in that small machine placed in the middle of the shop. Maybe that's why I can't remember the name of the variety of cookies I bought.

The strong aroma that hits you the moment you're loitering around Pantaloons on the ground floor of South City Mall can be traced to a small shop located right beside it - the Cookie Man. Dressed in white, you can see the chefs preparing the delicious delights as you stare in wonder at the different varieties of cookies they have on offer. Their hide list even comprises Cinnamon, Coconut, Sesame, Almond, Raisin, Peanut cookies and I assure you none will disappoint you. However my personal favourite remains their Chocolate Cookies. You can get a mixed bag as well. The crunch doesn't fade over days and the taste will transport you to a totally different world. You can also have a go at their Brownies and muffins, which are equally excellent. I haven't really sat down to eat here (mostly because the few number of seats are almost always filled) but I have heard good praises of their coffee as well. Overall, this is a delight for people who love baked goods.

You can easily locate this place just by its strong and deep smell which instantly reminds you of those old farmhouses in storybooks where grandmothers used to bake .Though sometimes when I am not well the smell feels ridiculous , still i have tried many of their bakes , one cookie for 150-250 bucks ( okay try them , ill male mine at home).
This cookie shop makes almost every kind of cookies. I love the fact that the cookies are freshly prepared and served. And the people at the store behaves really well. They suggests different varieties according to taste. When I asked them for coconut cookies they offered me three variants to taste before buying. They have low calorie cookies too. I loved their oats cookies. Just as you enter the lane of the store you will love the smell. And one of the reasons that make me visit this place again and again is that they don’t sell stale and bad products. Sometimes the demand is such that you have to wait till the cookies are baked as it sells really fast. The largest store in Kolkata I guess of them ! Seating facility also available here.

I have been a regular visitor of South City Mall during my college days which was more than half a decade earlier. Just like any other teenager, we often used to visit and roam around in shopping malls doing nothing and ultimately eating in stalls outside the mall.
During one such visit, I happened to come along and roam on my own. As I was roaming around the place, I was attracted with the fresh smell of baked delicacies like other days. But, this time I could not resist myself and put my step in.
I went inside and ordered two items (the name of them, I forgot now) and crunched my way out. The fact that I am writing this review suggests that I loved it and hence still remember it.
Qs) Why have I rated them 4.5 stars and not 5 stars?
Ans) Because they could not control the fresh aroma of cookies which makes kids (which I was earlier) restless and burn their pocket monies ;)

As soon as I enter South City the smell of Cookie Man draws me. The small coming due to baking of their Cookies can be smelt almost every corner of Ground and 1st floor.
Been here many a time. I have tasted almost all of their Cookies and each of them is good of their own. The Chocolate Donut is another of my favourite. Very nicely made.
And if you love Brownie don't miss their Brownie. They make really good one.

The aroma will hit you when you are near this store which is located in the ground floor of South city mall, but that's more of a marketing strategy to trick your brain. Nevertheless, those cookies are really delicious. Favorites include the rum cookie, brandy snap, coconut cookie.
The aroma coming from this small cookie place is bound to catch your attention and alert your taste buds. I haven't been here as often as I would like to be. Recently I tried their white chocolate chip brownie and it was so sooooooo good!! The brownie wasn't gooey but it was fudgy and soft. Had to share one with three people so didn't get much and I regret it sorely :-(. Plan to bring some cookies for home soon.

I have a gigantic sweet tooth (unabashed), and whenever I am in South City Mall, the strong smell of cookie dough draws me to this corner where Cookie Man is located. The place is spacious with seating options for a quick bite and sip! ( coffee options available and are good!). I love their classic chocolate chips, brownies and tradionial oatmeal. The fruit based cookies are a delight! They also stock other confectionery items and my favorite are cupcakes, though the donuts are good i have had better ones.
A perfect cookie crumbles in your mouth and is creamy in texture and well cookie man makes the best !
The only place in the city which boasts of such variety and taste!

Just as you enter the south city mall, the smell of hot cookies would drag you to the cookie man store. Their cookies and cakes are no doubt excellent but are bit overpriced.
Every time I am going to Pantaloons, this place simply pulls me to it with its smell of freshly baked cookies. Its very hard to control, and once or twice, actually thrice, I gave into my desire to have some coffee, warm brownies and cookies. And I was not disappointed in any way. The coffee was quite good, the brownie was warm and soft enough, and the cookies were literally little drops of heaven. On one occasion, I even got 500 gms packed for my girlfriend's house, and 250 gms for my own. Would definitely love to visit again if they have something new for me. Or else will be satisfied with the mesmerizing effect of the existing items on offer.
One of the best dishes inherited from England is cookie. Yes and I love to eat cookies. Thinking about cookies makes me remember cookie man. Probably the oldest shop of Cookie Man in town, located at the ground floor of South City mall. Whenever I get inside the mall, a strong aroma of brewing coffee and baking cookies, drags me to this little joint and I end up having couple of freshly baked cookies. They bake muffin, brownie, doughnut as well. Price is little bit on the higher side. A piece of cookie will cost you around INR 40-80. Muffins and brownies are priced around INR 120-150. However, considering the taste , every penny worth!

Freshly prepared Australian cookies that melt in the mouth when devoured...even with ur eyes closed one can easily distinguish cookie man cookies with the rest! I am a regular visitor because my family keeps munching on them! White chip chocolate cookie,brandy snap,butter short bread,californian,choco chip, coconut macaroon, coffee walnut are the list of cookies I will recommend with their taste scaled in decreasing order! I have also tried their coffee which I would recommend it's v creamy and rich!! Must try for the coffee lovers...their brownies are good but not the best. Milk chocolate donut is a must try! They also have many jars where u can get the mixed variety of the cookies-thats a good buy!

This place is just beside coffee world which is situated at the second floor of South City Mall. Really good place for trying different types of cookies. The smell of cookies is just everywhere. Seating arrangements are there. Mainly specialized in cookies, sandwiches etc. Tried double choco chip brownies and oat cookies which were really awesome. Water bottles are available. Online payments are accepted here. A must visit place for all the cookie lovers!
Must visit place for cookie lovers. The best cookies I have had and so so so many varieties. Their grilled sandwich, wraps are also a must try, so are the brownies. Yum! Coffee, hot chocolate also available. Seating arrangements available, you can cosily spend time sipping coffee and chatting with your friends.

The cookies r soooooo good!! Fab... Just one thing.. Other than cookies everything is a bit costly.. A cup of normal tea costs 100 rupees.. Cookies r awesome❤

The best place to get cookies. It is situated on the second floor of South City Mall, near Starmark. There is a variety of cookies available here. Often, they have great offers. Somedays, when the demand is very high, then, it may take some time to get your order. Otherwise, the service is really great. You can buy cookies to eat there or as a take-away. You can also get the jars for cookies here, though you have to buy cookies first. Overall, really amazing. Would definitely recommend others to visit.

There is a range of options to choose from and each cookie is better than the other. The Brandy dipped coconut cookie is definitely one of the most underrated but delicious options to choose. The double chocolate is another delicious option.
Absolutely loved the cookies we had. Freshly baked,hot and delicious.We also had a chocolate brownie and it was great. A small and yet comfortable sitting arrangement is there.
First thing you smell when entering south city mall is the smell of freshly baked cookies. Its a really nice place if you want to try some fresh cookies alongside a cup of tea/coffee.
As per theirs request I took grill mayo sandwich,it's really awesome.
