The Lords, one of the best places to hit if you're in lake gardens area, The Lord's offers you a great variety of Chinese and Mughlai delicacies. A good place to visit with family and friends. The ambience and hygiene make it worth your while.
We had Blue Lagoon which tasted perfect. Later that we took Naan & Amritsari Masala Kulcha with Fish Lajawaab, Murg Methi Masala, Mushroom Kadai & Murg Tikka Masala. The fish was fresh and that dish particularly is the best of all that we ordered and the Murg Methi Masala was outstanding the methis aroma and the cream inside the gravey was just amazing. Mushroom Kadai and Murg Tikka Masala tasted good too but previous twos were the best of all. And the best part about this restaurant is all the items of this are cooked in olive oil. So that's good for health also.
As always this has been the pocket friendly destination in Lake gardens area this is a must-visit for all foodies out there.

One of the best places to hit if you're a foodie, The Lord's offers you a great variety of Chinese and Mughlai delicacies. Choose from among reshmi kebabs and chicken butter malasa, chicken biryani and chicken fried rice, butter naan and tandoori roti among others. The perfect place to hang out if you're a student on a budget, the ambience and hygiene make it worth your while although the quantity can definitely be improved.
Really Great and Tasty Food at absolutely reasonable prices... Sober Ambience... Quick Service... Polite Staff....I like it alot... My go to place...!!

Located on the 4th floor of the south city mall...this place is perfect for friends with beautiful ambience....staff members were courteous....food served was mouth watering....especially dahi cheese kebab its a must try dish...!😊

We had noodles and chilli chicken there and along with that we took paneer Tikka and chilli fish also.The fish was fresh.and the best part about this restaurant is all the items of this are cooked in olive oil.So that's good for health also.

This was a sudden visit , and my experience is pretty good . We ordered egg fried rice and chilli chicken . Quantity of fried rice was really good at this price point , it was flavourful and testy . And the chilli chicken was lip smacking , it got 12 medium sized chicken and the sauce was perfectly balanced . Interior was nothing special , but good . Stuffs were helpful . The owner also came to greet us . Overall great quality food in reasonable price .
As always this has been the pocket friendly destination in Lake gardens area. Ordered tandoori roti, Kadai chicken and burnt garlic mixed rice, all items were yummy and the quantity was of God size. A must visit for all foodies

From last 8 years we are ordering food from this resturant. And now we are in the stage we can't compare this mouth watering food with others. And its my guarantee no one can compete with this. I wish that this resturant grows until my last breath.
I visited this place many times, it's a reasonable muti-cuisine restaurant which serves delicious food. I tried there,
Schezwan Mixed Fried Rice, Reshmi Chicken Kebabs, Mixed Fried Rice, Chicken Biriyani, Chilli Chicken. All the items here is to die for. Will definitely visit them again.
I tried a lot of items here. The food is good here. The price of the dishes are also reasonable. We had crispy chilli babycorn, Schezwan fried rice, gravy noodles and Kung pao chicken. All were good but the kung pao chicken was too spicy.
On 1st january we went there after returning from science city, during pujas because of large crowd many times we were left isolated from this restro but on new year eve we executed our plan well. We ordered smoked fish, kung pao chicken, mixed rice with a lime cooler. All the stuffs were good noteworthy was the fish, delicious., the ambience was also good. But the bill amount came very high.
The restaurant is quite beautiful ..I Order mutton do payaza and tandoori roti and green salad.is very nice.the do payaza is very delicious...I just love the food

This is my favourite place to dine in 😍... Not only that I eat a lot here! Their biryani is my favourite. They serve food that are of God quantity and quality, but their service takes time. The price is approx ₹700 for two people!
The old and famous value-for-money outlet of The Lord's is not very pocket friendly nowadays.Their food items are not upto the great taste as it was before.Food was okeish not at all on the greater side but must say quality was decent.Would say not one of those outlets that foodies would visit nowadays.
The food is awesome over here, me and my wife visits this place quite often and also ordered food at home. The staffs are friendly, the food is great and most important the price, I doubt if you can get this great quality of food within your budget in Kolkata.
Have been very regular with this place since last 3 years. This is a small restaurant with small capacity and dim lit ambience. Service is no doubt really fast.
Food- The quality of food has gone down really bad over the years and also, the price against the quantity for most of the side dishes is pretty unbalanced.
Indian dishes here, won't disappoint you any way.
The biriyani you get here is good at the price.

Ordered food from here for the first time being alone in home.I ordered egg biryani which was nicely packed,garnished with barista.It was provided with a boiled and two fried eggs and a good sized potato.A mixed pickle was also given which surely complimented the biryani..
Now coming to the food,the quantity is good enough for a person with normal apetite and the quality was quite good too,very light biryani with nice taste,not laden with oil and spices.
Definitely recommended..
(Since I couldnot have three eggs together,gave one egg to my brother and the potato was still burried under the biryani when I clicked the pic)
Eat all you want without thinking of the price. This is truly a hidden gem. This is a very late review as I've been here more than once since it's birth. Located at Lord's More, this is very easy to locate. Service is fast and polite. Don't think twice before going in. Takeaway also available.
A good place to have food ...their food is good both quantity and quality wise ...I tried the charcoal chicken kebab which was the best that time ...all in all a good place to have food.

tasted their chicken fried rice.it really tastes nice with big chunks of chicken.the taste was a pure delight.moreover,the quantity was sufficient.
We had ordered 2 Chicken Biriyanis from them yesterday n one chicken kassa directly coz they don't hv any tie up with Zomato or may b we cudnt find them on the app. The food was great. Loved the quality n quantity both. Can't wait to order again.

All for the positive reviews and reviews I visited this restaurant. I have a mixed feeling about it right now. I ordered a very simple dish "Veg Fried Rice" and I was pretty surprised with it coz the garnish was really nice and it tasted amazing. Such reaction for a Veg fried rice explains everything about the quality of it. But then I ordered the Honey Lemon Chicken along with the rice and personally that was a disaster for me. The chicy was soft, tender and juicy but the gravy was too sweet for my liking. I guess it wasn't a good combo all together but you could feel that there has been lots of honey put in making the dish coz the gravy was slowly turning thicker as with time.
The ambience was below average. It was dimly illuminated and I visited the restaurant at the mid of the day. I wonder what happens there at night. The staffs are decent and polite and serves you well.
It's pocket friendly and not a bad place to have your lunch/dinner but if you haven't tried honey lemon chicken before then please don't give it a try you may not like it at all.
Located at The Lord's More , this place is an ideal pocket friendly restaurant that you would prefer if you are on budget . This is not so well decorated but an ideal restaurant with dim lights which we ideally prefer for dinning . The staffs are also well behaved and serve on time . There is no tax for food which makes it pocket friendly . They serve almost everything from North Indian to Chinese all at one place and its a quite old restaurant . I usually visit this place quite often and usually order for North Indian Cuisines. This time we ordered Masala Kulcha with Chicken Tikka , Chicken Biryani and Fresh Lime Soda .
This place might not have any themed ambience but they have not sacrificed with the taste which makes it one of an ideal food hub.

I loved their malai kabab. It is delicious. We ordered biryani and a chicken side dish. Every item was very yummy. But starter was very tasty.
We had been visiting there for quite few times .Place is a lil bit small but neat and clean.Food is good.Ambience is quite good.Service is good.All over I can say it's a good place for hanging with friends and family

We had opted for the place during puja's. It's located just in the junction of lords( near South city), thus it's easy to locate. They serve some pretty tasty dishes with an average pocket pinch. Good for easy grabs.
The place is quite famous and it has an entire bus stop to its name. It was a family outing and an evening well spent.
We ordered-
pepper honey chicken
Veg fried rice
Fish in garlic butter sauce and
Lamb in hot garlic sauce
The ambience was quite ordinary as one can see in the pictures. The place has a very low lighting and a television for the guests. The seating arrangements were quite normal with iron sofas and chairs.
The service was average. Some of the staffs didn't knew the menu and it's items except the one serving us. That guy had a good knowledge of the menu.
The veg fried rice was very good with lots of vegetables and the preparation was perfect.
The honey pepper chicken was quite a tasty starter and both my parents loved it. The fish was also good but the main showstopper was the lamb. It had a smookey flavour and the taste was exotic. The lamb was fresh and prepared well.
The bill was only Rs 1080
As a whole the place is good and quite pocket friendly.
Okayish place! Went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were a group of around 10 people. Ordered a wide range of food. Service was quick. Food was alright. The problem with this place is the space. It's small for a restaurant in a posh place. This place is a one time visit.
