Best food at a cheap price.
I have ordered special thali and the food quality was owsm!!..also the delivery was on time..Great place to order food online if you are near burabuzaar area👍😊
The taste of food and its quality has been the same for years. Best place to visit if you want to eat food which is best for your tummy and taste buds.
Coming to this place from childhood old iconic restaurant at Heart of Barabazar. Visit if you are nearby to these must try out items are Dal Tadka, Dal makhni, Matar paneer, Malai kofta, Tandoori roti and Masala kulcha. Best food in a good price.
Have ordered food 'n' number of times from here since I was maybe 4 years old. The Paneer Butter Masala, Alu Dum, Paratha, Yellow Dal and Plain Rice are my personal favorites from here and highly recommended from my end.
It's a nice place of fooding for those who love less spicy and hygiene food .........Always use to visit there with my family whenever I am out for dinner or lunch....Luv it
A small outlet with good veggie options...khir a must try item, apart from paneer butter masala and missi roti, my alltime fav items....

The food was really good and hot.
I have always had the food to go here.Never had a chance to dine in, it aint a place where you can bring your family for a casual lunch. Mostly they take care of office orders and delivery. I do love the simple veg food here. Their daal is nice and so it the mix veg and paneer butter masala.
Try it if you are shopping near bara bazaar.
The food is good. And it was a best restaurant for having Indian food in a very cheap price and to get it early you people can go for this only. Have a great meal!!!!
In love with their daal fry and aloo do pyaaza.. never visited the place though so cannot comment on the ambience.. but the food quality is good... a must try..
The food i ordered was actually something you can call "Good food" just the potato in alu do pyaza was not eatable. It was somehow rotten or bad.
good...but the comparison is less than that of the old thakur mahal's food...
Good preparation
Fare price
Good quality
Must try place
Best food delivery app I have come across. excellent service before time delivery
Good quantity good quality of 1 full plate dal rice fare price
delivery on time very good service
it was really very tasty!!
all orders asked to be without onion but there is onion in the rice
Very old place with veg only dishes. Though it was pretty hot and humid inside as there is no AC, the fast service and super tasty food supplements the negatives. We ordered for Pulao, Malai Kofta, Naan, Alu Paratha, Mixed Veg and Kheer. All tasted so good and at such a basic price.
Nothing can beat Thakur Mahal's service speed. 😂
One of the prime restaurants in Burrabazar with amazing food. It's almost filled the entire day and sometimes you need to wait outside for your turn.

Amazing food as always. Must start free delivery service atleast around 2kms radius. Super fresh quality food for Vegetarians. Always suggest
Went to this place with my family and it has nice food which has a flavour of home cooked food in it. Although the place is small in terms of sitting but it is advisable to eat the food in the place when it is served hot. The prices of the food is also very reasonable.
decent vegetarian food for the price. i took a thali and the staff was courteous enough to replace roti and curry with other options from the menu. aaj the dishes i tried were quite good. raita, paneer di pyaza, onion missi roti, pulao.
the quantity was also good. i was unable to finish 1 complete thali.
the place was fairly neat and clean.
the access to the place is slightly narrow... gives you a typical burrabazar like vibe.
they even accept gpay, unlike so many other big establishments in the city.
there was a big queue of zomato delivery orders just showing how good the food is among the vegetarians in the area.

It is deep inside Bara Bazar, so can be difficult to find. They don't have a pool of variety but whatever they have, does the job. The price is reasonable and food quality, taste and quantity is good. Overall, it's good restaurant
Food quality maintained and taste constant for years, management not so polite but you get value for money and no gastro problem rest assured. Onion missi roti,Mix veg fry, veg pulao n kheer are must for first timers. Rice daal is like just simple home food.
Parking is ur headache.
The food is good. The chapatis were not fresh but the best is that the staff let us know before hand so we ordered tandoori rotis instead. Finding it is a headache.
Food is great..visited for Vegetarian food and it was good..a little bit pricey but was nice ..has to wait for ten minutes though to enter .
The food is okay. It is a place very near to Burra Bazar and thus you can come here anytime between your shopping for meals. Offers decent food.
Often has a waiting of 10-15 minutes.
This is in the heart of badabazar.. a veg person will always be happy to visit and try their food .
A typical old/famous/family owned eatery in the old bylanes of burra bazar. Hygiene is good and being non air-conditioned its quite well ventilated.
Quiet good food at reasonable price with Indian Taste.
A simple easy on pocket vegetarian restaurant. Suitated at a walking distance on opposite foot or Burrabazar Police Station, within a typical Burrabazar Ally .
Though menu size is limited, the items served were fresh and does justice to homely vegetarian food.
The no onion no garlic items also tastes pretty good.
Thakur Mahal is by far the most authentic North Indian food in Kolkata. Very reasonable rate with courteous staff
Food was awesome and value was bit high but affordable. So go for it.
A lip smacking vegetarian north indian food. To eat there and as well as parcel
