Went there on saptami.. ordered a mixed fried rice a veg fried rice a chicken Manchurian a salad....quality was good...but prawn on the mixed fried rice was not properly boiled and fried..all-over good experienceš
Gd place nea sodepur railway stn. One can enjoy hygienic food at a very cheap price n awsm taste. Their lunch thali is one of the best thing I have tried . Excellent Bengali food served here for lunch and dinner alongside Chinese and North Indian food at very affordable price...The egg rolls and chicken roll here are the best in Sodepur. Its value for money and the quantity served is very good. Service is fast here as people have trains to catch which is just opposite the restaurant at Sodepur railway station...Will visit again and again

One of the best restaurants for excellent Bengali food in Sodepur- Panihati area....bang opposite Sodepur railway station...good quality food served in a minimal ambience at affordable prices...the mutton Biryani and the chicken chaap we ordered were yummy....Paneer butter masala and veg pulse was also food....now they have started mocktails and coolers too...The individual attention and the service is praiseworthy...I have been ordering at home also but will definitely visit soon their outlet once again.
Best biryani in Sodepur and excellent egg rolls and chicken rolls served here. Although the kadhai chicken was a bit spicy but it was very tasty. The restaurant is clean and food preparation is hygenic as it has a open kitchen which can be seen by the customers. Will celebrate my birthday party here with my friends as I stay in Sodepur only.
Gone to this restaurant as I heard they serve good Bengali food and really was not dissapointed at all.... Reasonable prices with quick service is appreciated.
Had ordered Fish Thali along with Lav Chingri and Muri Ghanto....food was piping hot and fresh with sufficient quantity....They also serve mutton and chicken Thalis....Will surely visit again

Would recommend you to try the Balti chicken, crispy chilly chicken and Mixed fried rice...the quantity served is generous too....please keep up the same. The pĆ rcel i got of Chicken biryani had 1 pc. chicken, egg and Aloo too...for Rs. 120 only....surely best in Sodepur area presently...

It was renovated recently and additional items on the Menu too have been added. The food served here is Bengali, Indian and Chinese cuisines. Moderately prices with quick service is its trademark. The steaming hot lunch thalis start from Rs. 50/- only. This is perhaps the only place in Sodepur and adjoining areaa where Biryani is served with one Piece Egg and Aloo with either chicken or Mutton.

Nice ambience and the most important part is that I am enjoying their quality foods since my childhood. Still today they have maintained proper hygiene, delicacy and food quality and the behaviour of the staff is friendly and decent.

On 22/10/2020, I was at Sodepur and hungry. Just walked into Penguin . Order Butter Nun and Butter Chicken. Food was delicious . But I amazed to see their Covid response, Single use plate& spoon and half lit bottle (no glass or Jug). Minimum contact ensured
