The customer service was quiet good, the service was fast. The prices are bit high but quality wise it's reasonable. The ice creams also tastes good. Generally crowded during evenings. A visit is recommended. I've tried the Cuppacinno Swirl of Rs 180 (for small cup) it's quite nice.
Though I have seen this outlet of Swirl uncountable times whenever I had visited New market, but I had never tried it until this Durga Puja.
