This is my all time place. I visit this place every single day. The coffee is super amazing with perfect amount of sugar. Tea is best in the morning. Food is also cheap. Overall a good place with perfect vibes ♥️

This is a regular for me.. I keep going there for tandoori chicken ,chicken tikka, paneer tikka.. Has healthy options of no butter or oil..
Its quite reasonable and food is tasty.. Service is also good.. U can park your car and order, you will get service at your car which gives you a proper dhaba feel.. Its a good place to hangout with friends for a tea or roll or some tikkas
Sharma has been a favourite for 20 yrs now. I always felt their food is better than Azad Hind Dhaba

SHARMA DHABA
Sharma Dhaba is a very popular place for tea and snacks. It’s located in ballygunge circular road just opp to Army campus. Their Tea, Samosa, rolls and appetizers are very famous. I have had their:
1. Chicken Tikka Roll which is made of Rumali Roti and stuffed with cut up pieces of Kebab and veggies. Though it is expensive for a roll I get it why it is famous. It is delicious and very different. They have other rolls of reasonable price as well.
2. Biryani- Their Biryani is light and less greasy but the classic taste is not that evident. The aroma is very light.
3. Crispy Chilli Babycorn- I don’t like this dish. It is spicy but not in a tasty way. The dish is not crispy even if the dish is freshly served. The taste is not that great either it is more to a sour spicy side.
4. Their Tandoori Chicken is good but they should spread the marinate equally. All the masala was stuck into crevices.
5. Chicken Butter Masala and Chicken Tikka Butter Masala are good, their gravy taste almost the same with the exception of one dish has chicken tikka the other one doesn't.
6. Corn palak- Their Corn Palak is okay, it doesn't have that creamy consistency.
7. Kadai Paneer- Their Kadai Paneer is a hit or miss. The gravy of it is good but the taste of paneer itself is not good.
Their staff is good and friendly. This place is good if you wanna chill with your friends. The ambience of the place is not that great. It is an open type restaurant so it gets really hot.
Quantity+quality+price= sharma dhaba!
One can order and eat outside in their car too.
They manages the car n the service is too good. So is their taste. I love their chaa, . I tried their keshar chai also. I m in love with the egg mutton roll n chicken cheese roll.

The food quality was amazing,though I am veggie I did not tried the mutton but according to my friends the mutton was great quality and taste both were awesome,same goes with other items too.
Here I would like to mention about Thandai that was amazing and we ordered their thandai two times because of the quality and taste it was so amazing.
The restaurant is light on the pocket and budget friendly, we 4 friends have made a bill of around 1400 and we felt that it was worth the money.
The ambience is quite good staff service is average and talking about location, it is situated in Ballygounge where the other whole night eateries like Azad Hind Dhaba and Balwant Singh Dhaba is also situated.

I have always loved this late night joint. Serves tastes of north india with delectable and zesty flavours. If u are looking for a food joint at night this place is a must visit. The rotis and chicken bharta are a bliss. Service is really very quick and prompt. Comfortable and cozy sitting area.
Great kebabs as well main courses. Sharma stands out as a popular hub in kolkata. the tea and lassi is awesome and it keeps calling me for another sip.

Sharma dhaba is a place I have been visiting for years and its main attraction is their chicken bharta with naan.
Haven't really tried other items, but will try in future.
Have been to here many times for late night dinner. This place remains open for 24 hours. The place is having seating areas in ground floor and first floor. First floor is air conditioned and well maintained.
Some of my favourite items here are Chicken bharta, Kashmiri aloo dum, Kadhai paneer, Dal makhni and tandoori roti. The service is not that good the staffs are always busy.
One of the unique combination of "24 hours open" and "pocket-friendly prices" make this place stand out from others. We went there at around 4 am and ordered Chicken malai kebab, masala cold drinks, butter naan, and chicken bharta. The chicken malai kebab was delicious and to make it even better, they gave a bowl of curd mixed with mustard which really complemented the kebabs. The butter naan and the bharta went well together.
Would love to come back soon.
One of the thing that surprised me is how fast they are bringing our orders. Loved the service. I recommend everyone to take the AC floor.
Food quality is good and the portions are also generous even the service is fast overall good but outside the restaurant hygiene has to maintain very dirty.
Well known for its tea, i haven't tasted the other items here but yes during university days, from professors to students all i found to be very fond of sharma's tea
Sharma Dhaba serves the best aloo paratha I have ever tried till date. Also the Raaita they served was amazing !
The best thing about it is it's opened 24 hours and is very easy to reach from any place.
So if you are in South Kolkata, looking for a place to eat, try this out.
Food is tasty and not at all expensive. Ambience is convenient and people here are friendly.

I ordered Breakfast on Tuesday and I must say I loved the taste and quantity of the food.
Good sized paratha with a brilliant amount of filling in it.
Taste wise, it was perfectly cheesy and the chicken had a good taste as well.
A good quantity of Pickle and the Curd wasn't plain curd but a spicy one, which was awesome
Sharma dhaba located at Ballygunge just opposite Ballygunge camp is a moderate place that serves really good food. Service is quite prompt.
The environment is really very noisy and the place is mostly crowded. Overall good place to enjoy food.

I personally like the aloo paratha without oil , lassi and tea from this shop . They have an ac restaurant upstairs. They serve good chicken bharta. The fulka is also very nice. It is a nice place to eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner at a reasonable rate. Happy munching dear folks.

The place is open all midnight and you will get chai till 2am midnight. The best route is to go via camac st. Sitting arrangements is there but a normal ambience. The foods are a bit costly for example 100rs for lassi 60 rs for chai. I had a big matka kesar tea at 120 rs. Perfect place for midninght chai sutta. The people and service are great. A positive vibe is there. There is ciggerette shop just beside which is also open late night. Best place for groups or with best buddies. Online payments is acceptable so no hastle for midnight cash.
I have ordered chicken Tikka masala Peas+ palao+ papad+ gulab Jamun combo from swiggy, taste was very good and gulab Jamun was heaven 🙂
Old food joint of Kolkata.. Large Range of foods are available.. Both a.c and non a.c sitting options are there... Tried their parathas and chai... Both are very tasty... Prices are little bit on a higher side in my opinion.
Needs quite some improvement.. if one chooses to eat in the car itself then the experience is pleasant. Other than that not much .
It is a good place for chilling out with friends. They serve good food at a reasonable price and also they do online delivery which is almost busy. It opens for 24 hrs and closes only if it's a national holiday. The best part of this place is the tea and coffee which you get at a very affordable price. It is recommended to try the tea and once you try it there's no going back.
Well there kebabs are awesome.... Also their tea is famous...(little overpriced) what I recommend is their zomato combo.... If you want to eat a great food with affordable price.... This is for you. Also I love their chicken tikka butter masala.
