The go-to place in Salt Lake Sector 5, just bang opposite to RDB Boulevard. The most reasonably priced placed in this neighbourhood with good food. With their space revamp, the new ambience is also fabulous.
Must try: Fish Finger (with chilled Beer π» ;)
One of the perfect location to hangout during weekends. service is really good.
This place is serving liquor at a very good pricing... Also they use to run good offers on liquor too... I used to love their food, specially the fish fingers... Their Green Peas Masala is also my favourite... The staffs are friendly and helpful too... But the ambiance is not that great... Decor is so so... Although they had plenty of seating available... So, never have to wait for long... Pocket pinch is very friendly keeping the location factor in mind..
A well known place for having rolls located opposite of RDB sector 5 , saltlake. I had -
βοΈEgg roll βΉ32
βοΈ Chicken Roll βΉ45
Both were very tasty.
Go where to burst your stress after a long office hour? Go to go where. Great ambience and get huge collection of hard drinks
Good place with less crowd and cool ambiance. Price is ok. Haven't taste the food yet but will try some day. Located just opposite to rdb mall.
Visited this place with office colleagues. Tried a number of dishes like chicken tandoori, fish kebabs, a couple of veg starters, garlic naan, karayi chicken etc. Food quality and quantity are good. Staff are courteous and above all, price is very reasonable. Definitely a place to visit frequently.
Fish fingers are love. Soft crispy. Quantity and quality is good.Good ambience. Good food.good offers.pocket friendly. Perfect for hanging out with your friends.
Had an awesome experience there. I am gonna visit every month. Liked the food most. A big round of applause to the cook there. I would recommend you to visit after 6 pm so tht u can try tandoor and fish sate.
Awesome place. Reasonable price. Nice ambience. Good food. Good offers on beverages. Cool place to go with friends during weekdays and weekends.
Nice place. Yummy food. Has almost all the options in Beer. Quick service. Cost wise not that hard. Ambience wise good. Quite Spacious. Good experience.
Awsome staff and delicious food.pan fried chicken Tandoori chicken Fish Finger best at this place.Liqour is also cheap than anywhere in sector 5. enjoyed. But please clean your washrooms
The place is very close to my office, and is an excellent place to spend Friday evenings with colleagues...the food is good, ambience is nice, with the dim lights setting the tone for the evening...the drinks are really light on the pocket...the only problem is they don't restock on drinks regularly, and you may often find that your preferred beer is unavailable.
Overall, if you are looking for a pocket friendly place to hangout with friends, this place is the one for you.
I had visited with my friends. Ambience is very good. Seating arrangement is very good. Overall food quality is good but quantity is not up to the mark. Restaurant staffs are good but their services are little bit slow.
Overall a good experience.
I love this pub as this is very near my office. Food is also good. Drinks are affordable. In sec V SDF more this bar is a hot spot for all office goers. Usually it's difficult to find a place in Friday evening. So make sure you go early and reserve your seat. Gragon chicken, Pan Fried Chicken , Tandoori chicken are my favourite dishes. Specially tandoori chicken is cheap among other places. Can't miss chicken tandoori chicken and beer combination.
A bar cum restaurant with a perfect ambience. Pretty safe for girls and women and much less chaotic. With s separate smoking zone as well. And pretty friendly staffs too.
Good Luck.
Go Where offers a pocket friendly menu and happy hours ob drinks which is definitely a lookout for college goers. Placed just at the opposite of RDB cinemas, this place attracts a lot of visitors even in weekdays. Staffs are very courteous and assistance from the manager in any problem is quick. A must visit!
One of my favourite bars. Little cheap compared to other bars in sector v area. Ambience is not very good but i love the food quality. Service and hospitality may not reach your expectation.
Go Where in Sector 5, is not a very fancy pub unlike the other pubs in the same area. Tried chicken tandoori and pan fried fish. Pan fried fish was tasty. Also the prices are relatively lower than the other pubs of Sector 5.
We used to go there for a long time. Located beside RDB in sec V , this place is hidden gem. You can hang out over a beer with great food.
Must try: chkn preperation ( chinese and kebabs). Well decorated.
Staff: good ploite staffs.
Overall good.
Went to this place after about a year. Noticed that the area adjacent to it was added thereby making the ambience more spacious along with a large sports-screen.
Now about the food...We ordered our usual Fish finger, Mutton Keema and Indian Breads...and it all lived upto it's mark. All in all once again a good experience.
Best food and reasonable price....best place for hangout...waiters are also good polite...best ambience...enough place...smoking area is also abailabe..
November 2018 i visited my hometown.. That time i visited this place because after office hours my friends are not atall in mood to go somewhere else.. Lazy persons ended up at Go Where.. ππ
We ordered : Carlsberg Elephant, Kingfisher Strong, Crispy Chilli Baby Corn, Hot Garlic Chicken
Quality : Quality was fine.. Both the two dishes was tasty..
Quantity : Quantity was not upto the mark according to the cost..
Service : Service was very slow..
Ambience : Typical Bar kindof ambience.. I was not atall comfortable visiting here.. Smoking area was so conjusted, small.. We all can hardly move there smoking freely was kindof dream that time.. ππ
It's my 1st time in kolkata that i visited some bar.. As i visited bars in bangalore but ambience really not like this place is having.. ππ
It was very awkward for me but overall nice experience as i visited with my college friends.. π
π
One of the most cost effective pubs in the sector 5 area of kolkata. The prices are low and the food is good. The place almost always stays crowdy. Visited the same with my office colleagues and was highly surprised by the ambience and liquor on offer. If you want a chill scene with some cold beer in pocket friendly prices after office then this is the most ideal place for you!
It has been a lovely place to visit. Best place to hangout with your office buddies. Food was good.. Drinks are affordable. Staffs are good and polite.
Nice place to sit back and have a long adda! Dry chilli chicken was so delicious! Waiters are polite. Looking forward to visit again!

Loved the ambience of this place very well decorated and easily located everything is good food location environment ambience only thing disappointed that we have to wait for 20 mins for the bill otherwise no issues with the place
We went to this place on a Saturday afternoon. It is situated just opposite to RDB boulevard movie hall in sector 5 area. I have been to this place after around 6years and this place just had a super makeover. It is not the same Go where we visited 6years before.
Ambience is good and perfect for friends to hang out. Coming to the food - before going to this place, a friend said the food is not that good.. so why at all go to this place? But I was highly satisfied with the food. We ordered crispy chicken and salt and pepper chicken for the starters. Both of them were good. In the main course, we ordered butter nan, kadhai chicken, mixed fried rice and chilli chicken. The butter nan was super soft and very well made. It was the best thing I had that day. The mixed fried rice was also very well made, with enough amount of prawn, chicken in it. It was not at all oily like made in many other Chinese restaurants and I liked it. The kadhai chicken was so so compared to the other dishes.
Now to drinks. They have a great stock of beer. They served Bira white and blonde both. We also ordered a pinacolada in cocktail and it was the show stopper.
The only thing I was bit disappointed with was the serving time. It was a bit on the higher side. May be because we went during the lunch time of the staffs. Overall had a great time here.
This is a huge place with alot of space and comfortable sofas to be honest. Try the schezwan chicken and the pan fried chilly chicken, both tastes great and are spicy and perfect sides with your drinks.
They give an ice bucket along with your drinks and it contains enough ice for 4 pegs atleast.
This place also has a separate smoking zone.
Overall nice place, great ambience and good staff.
Drinks we're fine. Ambience was nice. Overall a good experience. The service was pretty quick to get us our food and drinks.
We ordered the following items:
1. Old Monk Rum, 30 ml
2. Royal Challenge Whisky, 30 ml
3. Roasted Papad
4. Drums of Heaven: These lovely chicken drumsticks were cooked to perfection and the sauce it came with was spicy and aromatic. (5/5)
5.Afghani Tandoori Chicken: Ordered half a plate and wasn't disappointed at all. Well cooked and beautifully presented with green chutney and salad on the side.
Now the trouble of going outside the restaurant for a smoke has been taken care of too as there is a smoking zone inside the restaurant which is right next to the washrooms.
The prices were reasonably good and if you want a pocket friendly experience then this is the place to be.
Nice place to chill after work. Price is reasonable,it's sector 5! Food is really great. Serves everything that is in menu. Overall will visit again.
This is one such place where you can perfectly hangout with your friends even if its the end of month. I love the draught beer tower over there. Can club with spicy dragon chicken or crispy fish finger along with mayonnaise. Special mention : For sports lovers, they do arrange for large screen to telecast matches, so that you chill with friends while you dont miss the IPL matches :)
Been today this place.
I loved the ambience.
I ordered cheese shot and beer.
Cheese shot was tasty, one should tryout.
I would suggest to try finger food specially as it have varieties available.
Service is slow.
But good thing is giant screen for watching cricket or looking at the videos that is good for entertainment.
Overall good place to chill with beer and finger foods.
This place is good. Since its newly renewed its blue ambience gives a perfect atmosphere for cool evenings. Service is slow however quality of food is not bad. Can improve on their service. Otherwise a good hangout joint
Nice decor and ambience. Food is very good. I ordered chili fish, it was yummy. very spacoius with a theatre giant screen showing dance and music of latest bollywood hits, a good chance to have your joint at smoker's zone includes with some marvellous pictures hanging out.
Situated just opposite of RDB cinema, sector V. On of the most pocket friendly chilling out place in this area. They serve some really good chilly chckn, noodles and one should never miss their Chicken platter, it has 3 to 4 types of kabab, drum stick. Interior is nothing commendable , but they have some really good hospitality.
So, all you people out there, having a boring weekend, just hit this place with ur pals and just few penny to have a blast . :)
Have been going there for 8 years now.
The cheapest joint around the block, you can enjoy with a light pocket. Food is fairly good, and affordable
This place is very nice and budget friendly. The staffs are courteuos and they were honest enough to tell us that we should go for Chinese and not tandoor as there Indian chef is new and we could be disappointed. Only bad part was no mutton dish was available. One of the cheapest in Sector V. I went with my wife and sister and the ambience was good. The Malai kebab and finger chips were really nice.
I love this bar for drinks π» it's really a cheap place.. You can afford any food and drinks.. And as per food quantity wise is less but quality wise it's really tasty.. Want to visit over there again..
After a busy and frustrating week at work, one needs to hangout with close friends to relax and get over the hangover. What better than some quality chit chat, good food, music and something to drink.
We ordered crispy chicken, tandoori chicken, tangri kabab, clear noodle soup along with some breezers and booze. The place is quite decent, the staffs are quite courteous and it is a good place to hangout with friends.. The starters, kebabs and the soups were quite good and the portions are good enough to fill you up.
We ordered 3 cranberry breezers, 2 Jamaican breezers, 1 tuborg strong beer costing Rs 255 and a 60 ml Vat 69 costing Rs 290. Decent enough a price if you keep the location in mind. Overall, it was a quite good ambience and relaxing experience.
Extension is pretty good. Food is also good compared to the price of its peers! Its a place to visit for normal office dinner or lunch. Alcohol price is norma like its peers!

To me, this is the Oly Pub of sector 5, salt lake.. it's a shabby place with very uncomfortable seating arrangements, disgusting blue lights, weird crowd. But trust me, they've amazing starters at very good price, the offers on liquors are also very reasonable. The best part of my visit here is that they have cheeselings as their house starter. This is not the place to visit during weekends for couples but a wonderful place to hangout with friends or colleagues, after office... Cheersπ₯
Go where has been around a while now just opp rdb,its a watering hole promising not to burn a hole.
Ambience- its functional,nothing flashy.
Food n drinks- the finger food was fine. Dry chilly chicken pieces were anaemic. Most brands available but selection is limited in beer.
Service- very satisfactory and quick.
Price- not much pricey,average prices.
Overall good place to chill with a beer.
pocket friendly in salt lake sector 5 area & good ambience .Staffs are very active .. Overall very nice place to hangout with frndss over the weekend β€οΈ ..
This place is amazing for people within a budget. This bar offers great food along with pretty much all of the standard alcoholic beverages in a pocket friendly manner.
It's a very good place with good ambience for a place where you can pre-order booze before going to a nightclub at a very cheap rate and they have a lot of offers on drinks . The food is nice too. The staffs are very good. The best place in sector v at a reasonable rate. Keep up the good work and keep giving good offers.
Regards

Amongst so many bar cum restaurants in SectorV ,this place stands out to be one of my favourite places to drink. I have been to this place countless times as my office is in SectorV. Currently they have 2:1 offers on a lot of drinks out of which I have tried out their 2:1 offer on Mahou beer.
And believe me their food is also equally good specially their chicken tandoori.
Most importantly, this is a pocket friendly bar compared to others in this area.
This place is located in the heart of salt lake, sector 5, just opposite to rdb cinemas. It is a small seating arrangement inside, nicely decorated interior.
We had ordered dry chili chicken along with beer and whiskey. It is an extremely pocket friendly place. They also have a smoking zone where you can go for a puff of cigarette.
The ambience is okayish, not too loud music but they play typically Hindi Bollywood songs.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
You can visit this place if you want to chill with friends or colleagues.
avg bar cum restaurant...everybody knows it..
if someone wants cheap booze with moderate tasted food this is one of the best option in sector v..keep it up...
The space is huge and the service is very fast . The price is reasonable and the food is tasty. The beer and alcohol were nice. The decor is cheap to be honest but it's ok.. And overall a okayish experience for cheap alcohol.
I was with my colleagues after office. The place is pretty active and friendly. We ordered Fish Finger, Schezwan Chicken and Beer. The food is unbelievably good and tasty. It was served hot and fresh. Overall a good place for a hangout with friends along with good quality, freshly cooked food and drinks served at a Pocket-friendly price range.
last night we hit Go Where (after we got rejected from Preach n Opium), n o boy! we had some experience! the decor was apt, waiters were supra-busy yet super-helpful..food was great..happy hour had Jim Beam, Sterling B-10 n magic moments with 2:1 offers..lots of spaces to accommodate (not cramming them), separate smoking zone..what else could be asked..it was friday night yet their proper management had us crooned from the overflowing crowd..n more to add, we didn't have our pocket pinched...i m happy! not often, but i would like to visit them again. :)
P.S. we had chicken tandoor (in pic below) n salt-n-pepper fish with our liquor n it served my taste buds quite well.
The most populated bar of Sector V, be it college goers or corporate peoples. The bar has 4 section of seating available and a separate smoking zone.
Entire 365 days there are some liquor offers going on.
The food is fantastic, whether it is chinese or indian which is mostly they serve and the quantity is substantial.
Moreover it is pocket friendly with decent ambience.
I'm a regular visitor here!!!π
A nice place to hang out with your friends and to have a quality time. We tried fish fingers and Masala peanuts which were quite good in taste. Would recommend if some soft music is played in the background, it would seem more relaxing.
It's cheap, food is tasty and it's at the heart of sec 5.But the behavior of waiter was not that good.
If u want a party place at a reasonable price then it's a good place to visit.
