My recent visit to CC2 McDonald's left me pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the overall experience. As a regular patron of McDonald's, I had high expectations, and I'm glad to say that most of them were met.

McDonald's is a well known name to all the food lovers, so there's nothing much to say about it. This outlet of McD is located on the ground floor of City Centre 2 in Newtown. It us quite spacious and can accomodate quite a number of foodies. Recently they have introduced food ordering machine point
For the first time i tried MacDonald's food. I've ordered chiken nuggets, one king size burger, & a mirinda and cold coffe. The burger was awsome but i dont like the taare of chicken nugget. Their service is very good.
This place is great and I am truly amaze with the level of customer services offered by the staff in City Centre (NewTown) McDonald's especially one of the Manager by the name Ms. Shoumi.
While my son was tired resting in this McD after having to walk a long day trip in the city, she somehow notice
No doubt that I love McD.. but the service time is very slow. They should work on the service timing. After shouting and asking for a refund, I got my order served by the manager himself and that also after waiting for 57 minutes. The wait time for food is too much.

The burger we had ordered was good though a little bit pricey. Taste was good but there was a lot of crowd and no place to sit. The waiting time in the outlet is quite high .
One of the popular food chain restaurant that is still operating its business since 2006 in India. Though most of the outlets are permanently close till date. This one located in the city center 2 near Taz Hotel which is one of the good one across whole India.

This outlet have a large sitting area. One can order at the counter or self order at the kiosks. Waiting tome was nearly 20 mins. Food was good. This outlet also have a small area which you can book for small parties..
Good taste. But should've share the receipt so that the server don't have to shout repeatedly to ask the customers to receive the order. I've ordered the Big Mac and the coca-cola obviously. The burger was ok, not filled with extra sauce. The taste of beverage was super. And lastly ordered the Black
It was nice. Now you can order your food from a machine. So it's great for an introvert, I guess.
