The place is located near quest mall. An average place with a decent ambience. Coming to their food I tried their spaghetti aglio e olio, chicken barbecue pizza, chilli garlic noodles with chilli paneer. The food was good especially the pizza and the chilli garlic noodles were amazing. Price is average. The seesha was not upto the mark so it was a waste of money. Overall a decent experience.
The food here is just so amazing! I personally love the separate room it has for private parties. I ordered paneer pizza which was out of the world. Popeye's pick in crepe is a must try too.

A nice place, while visiting, i didn't know that this is a veg place.. But once i read the menu, found that it was entirely a veg restaurant, but still ordered some food.. and, to my surprise the food were nice and tasty.. the location of the place is very nice and that too the Ambience..
Firstly this place is too good. It is well decorated with different kinds of lights and it's a roof top cafe. Apart from the other timings it is best experienced at the evening and during the rain. It's an absolute bliss to have coffee and some starters with some really good light musics and experience the rain. You can actually take your partner out for a dinner date over here. The staffs members over here are polite,well behaved and way too co operative and helpful. They will always greet you with a smile.And more importantly they really make some tasty dishes... The ambience of this place is really good. A proper rooftop cafe with indoor seating as well. The rooftop open space is rather smaller than the indoor seating.
They serve some really amazing Shisha, at affordable prices. The food is also good.
The place is not very huge, but the decor is pretty well.
The staff was extremely courteous, and was always available to our needs. He even helped us with selection of the dishes.
We tried their Shisha and in food we tried-
1)Grilled Quasadrilla- These were crispy tortillas stuffed with cheese and vegetables. This tasted really great.
2)Stuffed Mushroom- These were small crispy balls which were stuffed with mushroom fillings. It was accompanied with mayonise. Another great option as starters.
3) We also tried their Tea.

So I went there yesterday, and the moment I entered the cafe I saw the decor and the ambience which was nice and quiet. The decor was really polite. So I had :
1. White sauce pasta which was a 3.5/5
2. Margherita pizza which was a 4/5 and I would recommend to try that once .
It's one of those places in Kolkata where one can have dinner with someone in Open Air. Ambience and music was good, so was the food. Seems quite pocket saving because of Zomato Gold.

Visiting out there was a good experience as because the ambience was good to hangout with friends. The rooftop is well decorated and quiet open . And they also indoor room if someone don't want to sit outside on the open place.
Coming to the food.
The Al fungi pasta we ordered cost - 350/- is worth having it. That was the best out there I will suggest you all. Extremely mouth watering it is !
And the Pizza was quite okay to taste which cost us Rs 350/- but need to improve the taste more as the cheese layer gets hard very soon.

The place is nice and the staff is courteous and friendly. We ordered Pesto Pasta, Mix Sauce Pasta, Popeye's Pick, Hakka Noodles and Veg Manchurian. Pesto Pasta, Popeye's pick, Hakka Noodles were good. Mix sauce pasta tasted like Arabiatta pasta and Veg Manchurian was very spicy. We also ordered the Mexican Platter and somehow we felt the items in the platter were not much although the Mexican rice was well enough.
Went there with my friends to celebrate a birthday party!! We were offered the inside couch which was extremely comfortable to be at our own! Afterwards since we requested the management changed and allowed us to sit outside in the lovely couch! Truly speaking loved the ambience and the management’s behaviour! Most importantly we spent a gala time enjoying and clicking pics and loved the hookah and drinks

I've been visiting The Shack Lounge quite often now. It is usually quite crowded so we call the owner and make reservation usually. The hookah is usually very good but if we order the mint flavor hookah it burns down due to the coal very quickly. The flavor burns down and it starts chokking us. The food is very good. Especially the combo reduces the price of the hookah and food items. The crowd is quite cheap few days and the ambience is very good. The staffs are quite friendly and well behaved.
Perfect ambiance roof top and amazing place to spent the evening the food was amazing and provide you with different types of drinks which taste fantastic and most important for me is hookah though the hookah finishes very soon if you sit outside as the air is blowing but if you sit in you wont be able enjoy the outside ambiance so yeah hookah is amazing and my fav is Kiwi spring water with chilled ice base which they always provide me with great place to be at do visit and enjoy yourself.

Shack lounge is located in the lane opposite to Khosla Electronics ! Few metres from Quest Mall ! It is a rooftop lounge with great ambience ! They also have a decorated Ac room with fabulous view ! It is the best place to chill with ur friends ! There is a bar section too ! The food is pretty good ! Staffs r courteous, polite & friendly ! I had ordered kiwi gum hookah n panch pan n it was really good ! Highly Recommended !

I visited the shack yesterday with my friends for the Newyears Eve as I heard a lot about this place, we visited in the daylight so the ambiance was a bit different from the night.
It is located opposite to quest mall, beside the lane of very famous sahil building where we go straight from the parking area and take an elevator which leads us to this rooftop lounge.
The place is very beautiful with open air area and the roof being covered with hay,wood. The seating arrangement is quite exquisite but not at all maintained, cushions , seats were all covered with dirt and very worn out. When we entered at around 2pm, the place was still being set, but we managed to grab a place for 5 of us and had ordered for:
Premium sheesha- Paradise (as suggested)
Soft drinks
2portions of crispy baby corn
We were planning to have dessert too as we were coming after lunch, but changed our mind because of the kind of service they provided. We ordered the hookah first, even after 30 mins of waiting when it did not reach our table we asked another person about it and he said that our order wasn't placed also our server was not actually a server , he was not supposed to take orders. So a table at this place in early hours goes unattended for 30 mins, that's the impression we get! Lot of our time got wasted in this confusion and we couldn't really sit at that place for long.
But on the bright side the babycorn came really prompt to our table after we ordered thankfully, the taste was very nice, a combination of sweet and spicy, we loved it. The hookah was average though being called a premium one it did not have any such feature except from the fact that it was smooth and didn't choke.
Service post to that miscommunication was better, while leaving one of the team members had the Courtsey to wish us a happy new year which is a great gesture.
A tip: please keep your restaurant/lounge open, only if you are ready.
The place is near quest. It has both indoor and outdoor area. I highly recommend the outdoor one. The ambience is really good. Hookah was nice though the smoke was not that great. Staff was courteous 😊

Its an amazing place with beautiful ambience. Well lit rooftop cafe. I orderd alfredo, grilled quasadilla, popeyes pick, virgin mojito, a chocolate waffle(cant remember the name) . All were delicious except grilled quasadilla and waffle. The waffle was hard like a stone we couldnt even break it with the fork provided inspite of so many attempts and atlast we had to forgo it about the quasadilla the experience was terrible too the stuffing tasted like it had been kept for few days it tasted that bad. But the crepe,"popeyes pick" was heavenly, it was mouth watering have never got such a wonderful crepe to taste before! Overall it was a good experience except for fooding its good and also its quite cheap. Perfect for a date night!!

The staff are courteous, though a little unprofessional and clumsy. Service was quick, keeping in mind the amount of food that was ordered.
We had veg noodles, margarita pizza, french fries, coke, and a blueberry hookah.
The hookah was smooth.
Food was really good, especially the noodles.

They suggested Popeye's pick when asked their best in savory. It's a crepe made of spinach and corn topped with Cheese sauce. I totally loved it.
I loved the Chocodynamite Waffle as well. It's a crispy waffle crafted with Chocolate sauce and Choco chips and tastes heavenly.
Mixed Sauce pasta was equally good.
Ambience: could have been better.

The ambience is good, a nice place to hang out. But the food is not upto mark, besides being a tad overpriced. I found the pizza crust to be too thin and dry. The white sauce pasta is a winner though, and the Cheese Crepe was quite good too.
