Their live imrati counter is to die for, the satisfaction that you get when you see your food being cooked and then come to your plate is something else. Their savouries are not something which will blow your mind but imarti is the one which makes me go back to it again.

I went at the Alipore store for having some dry fruits for myself..❤️❤️😍😍.. and there dry fruits collection are just awesome to have 😍😍😍 and those are also mouthwatering..😋😋😋..they have a hudge ranges of dry fruits..😍😍❤️😍😍 and I never seen anywhere like this kind of a hudge collection of dry fruits...❤️❤️..
I also tried out over there club kachori along with the potatoes sabji and panner curry,, which is also very good to have .and the cost of this kachori is 4 pcs if 25/- and the price of dry fruits are different..😊😊😊
My total bill amount was 130/- and overall cost is 200/- for two people..😊
So I must suggest to all the people out there whenever you will go this famous sweet shop atleast try some dry fruits collection for yourself..❤️❤️ cause these are just awesome to have 😊😊😊
tried kesar kulfi..served in an earthen pot or vaar..tastes heavenly..one will definitely get the flavor of kesar...plenty amount of pista ..priced 50/-..worth every single penny..highly recommended!!!

Gupta Brothers is a very famous establishment for vegetarian food and snacks. The place is clean and tidy. People can either stand and eat their snacks or take it away. You’ll always find people in the shop. The sweets and snacks are given at a per piece rate. I ordered samosa and kachori. Samosa was okay but kachori was really good. They give kachori with a vegetarian potato dish. No, the sweets and snacks are little bit expensive. Service is good. Plenty of people are serving the customers so you don’t have to wait longer to get your snacks. The place is good and they experiment with their snacks. You can get good quality of North Indian Thali at a reasonable price.
This is one of my favorite sweet shop ever since I was a kid. This is their newly opened location at chetla and this shop is just huge.
They have a wide variety of amazing sweets. They also have a live jalabi counter were you can see your favorite jalebi and amriti being made in front of your eyes. They also sell savory items like samosa, panner pakora, veg noddles, kachori and so on.
You also can get costume ordered sweet basket here for weeding purposes. To get the costume ordered basket you just have to go and visit the shop one day in advance and place your order.
The staff are polite and friendly . The service is good and the food is just amazing.

Used to stay in Alipore, so this was very close. The sweets here are so good it became a go to place for my family. Two of my favorite things were Baked Roshugullas and Custard Apple payasam (exact name I can't recollect) they would make these in batches, so my late evening it would be over. They also have lots of options for morning and evening breakfast, like dhoklas, khadvis, kachoris, lucchis etc. Price is as you would expect, not very cheap.
Few days back I ordered 2 Thali Gharwali from Swiggy which cost me Rs 180 each. The packing was fabulous. I really loved their packaging. It consisted of Rice, Butter Naan, Dal, Sabji, Paneer Butter Masala, Dahi Vada Achaar, Papad, Salad and a Gulab Jamun. All the items tasted really good. This is a pure vegetarian restaurant and you would definitely find their food worth tasting.
I really liked the snacks and sweets they have..especially rabri..the taste of rabri was really amazing..also the snacks they have are really good..must try!
Dal Puri & allo dum was really very nice, can't describe the taste of allo dum. matar kachori was also good, didn't liked cutlet.

But I'm not satisfied with the taste of chinese samosa & the corn cutlet but their dhokla & club kochuri is love actually. I will love to visit this place again & definitely that club kochuri will stay in my order.😊

The food is good as always. But the packing is just not good. Don't know whether the restaurant dint pack it properly or the delivery executive handled it wrongly. When I received the food. It was leaking. Very difficult to carry.

The mithai is too good! Pick any piece and it will fulfill your taste buds with satisfaction! I tried almost everything and it was soo good.The ambience was really nice and the service was prompt!
Their Street food items is also a must without worrying about the hygeine!

Yesterday i have ordered club kachori and sambar vada...i have ordered from swiggy...6pieces club kachori with aloo sabji..and 2plates sambar vada (2pieces each box)..cost 198 with packing charges delivery charges and also GST..love those kachori..but vada s are little bit salty...but overall taste was good...
This outlet of the renowned local chain serves excellent Indian desserts and snacks. While the offering is similar to any other Indian snack parlour in the city, the taste and quality are remarkable.
They also have a diner on the upper floor, but I would give their North Indian food, loaded with oil and devoid of taste, a miss over their dhoklas and samosas any day.
Their kachori sabzi breakfast offering is a crowd puller and they even serve piping hot imartis in the evening that sell out fast and taste heavenly.

From sweets to veg-dishes, my family depends a lot on this shop.
Two of the most common things that makes their way to home are KAJU KATLI ( they make it the best) and CORN METHI MALAI ( a creamy sweet corn curry that should be awarded for its taste)
Other than this, all the sweets are great specially peda, jelebi, baked sweets, I like their sandwiches, kulfies, pav bhajis, kadai paneer and what not.
These guys are just the epitome of taste when it comes to veg-food!

Had dhokla and rabri. They taste beautiful.. specially the dhokla... its one of my must order items. There is a huge variety of sweets and other snacks. All veg though. They cost very moderately and the quality is standard... i just loved it.
This is not a new name for the food lovers. I have been to this place more than once mainly due to its proximity to the court. I love Chinese samosa over here, and also lassi. It is a very popular place over here. But there is one major problem over here, and that is parking.

মিষ্টি খেয়ে খুবই ভালো লেগেছে , সাধারণ মিষ্টির দোকান এর থেকে স্বাদ একটু আলাদা ধরনের । পরিস্কার পরিছন্ন , পরিবেশ খুব ই ভালো । বাঙালি মিষ্টি বলতে যা বোঝায় টা ঠিক নয় আর বিশেষ করে যেটা বলতে হয় সেটা হল সিঙ্গারা , যেটা আমার বেশ মনে ধরেছিল ।
Inspite of being a pure non vegetarian I would love to visit this place for their amazing thalis. Veg at its best!!

One of the best places to visit for vegetarian delicacies, chaats, sweets and savouries. They sell A - class mawa and milk products in the sweet shop below. Though I have never tried their veggie Chinese fare - I mean, why should I, in a North Indian delicacy serving restaurant - I have heard from my friends that it is pretty average.
What I can vouch for is the chaats, Indian breads, malai kofta, Indian sweets and savouries. Even their samosas are great. The place is within the budget of the common man. It is quite a nice place for a decent vegetarian breakfast, lunch or dinner. A nice snacking parlour as well.
What I did not like was their horribly cramped and smelly toilet. Otherwise I would have given better ratings. I expected better facilities from the Gupta franchisee.

Thereafter they acquired another local Bengali sweet shop and started other branches. With time, we have seen this place grow and have been associated with this somehow or the other.

Took samosa, Kaju barfi. Both were good....service was quite fast.
Whenever we are in Calcutta or have someone visiting from there, Singhara and sandesh are on the most wanted list. They have some very nice mithai, though the samosa is not as great as many other places in Calcutta. Their abar khabo range is good, so are the quintessential Kolkata sandesh like gulab Patti.
When you want the authentic non -chena, rich, dry sweets like kaju barfi, badam ladoos, sweets with nuts and khajur, no one makes it and dresses them as gorgeously as Gupta Brothers does. You can be assured of the best quality ingredients be it shudh ghee or kaju. In their savouries, the peas puff and corn cutlet are nice snacky items before you dig into their inviting ladoos.
This is the oldest of the chain and by far the best in terms of sweets if not snacks .. Sandesh and rasmalai and during winter gud ka sandesh is one of d best thing to have

The trademark kaju barfi remains a market leader even today with a taste to die for. The namkeen selection ensures that the evenings aren't boring. The Kachoris remain My personal favourite. Try their stuffed paneer delicacies too. Basically it's jannat for a veggie.

Lichu Sandesh: one real lichu filled with soft sandesh. Taste of the real fruit with the sandesh is awesome. Costs Rs 35 per piece.
Guava Sandesh: one slice of real guava stuffed with soft sandesh. Again, the taste of the real fruit with each bite of the sandesh is heavenly. Costs Rs 35 per piece.
Daaber Rasamalai: soft rosogulla balls in a milky broth full of chopped coconut malai pieces. Very creamy and not too sweet. Excellent taste. Costs Rs 40 per piece.
The quality of sweets and savouries are really the best. Service is very quick and helpful.

Gupta Brothers is another one of my favorite stores. Among all the products of Gupta Brothers, the beautiful fragrance is the one that calls me back to the shop again and again. Several dishes are my favorite like dahi bara, Rasmalai ,Dhokla ,Jalebi/ Amethi.
