This branch has been upgraded a lot since last 2 years. Very good facilities inside and very efficient people to handle all the banking transactions. I have a relationship with them for last 12 years and very satisfied with the baking experience.
Bank on the 1st floor. Few customers so work gets done very fast. Plenty of parking.
I have a savings account in this branch of HSBC since my home is closeby from this branch. They also have an ATM on the ground floor, the bank is located on the first floor you can access it by stairs or lift. The service offered by them is really good. So far i haven't faced any sorts of problem.

This is the only place in Gariahat (and possibly Kolkata) where this bank has a functioning ATM. Everywhere else is closed. The name of the building is Fort Terrazzo (as seen in the godforsaken HSBC app and website) but that name does not seem to be in use.
