A quite and pretty place just on the road. A perfect hangout spot with friends and staff is also very cooperative. Food is also very good but I wouldn't prefer the drinks. They're not worth the money.
Best bakery for breads in the city. They also do a really good mushroom puff. I wish you would start bagels too. Consistent and well priced!!

This is a decent joint for titbits and pastries.
Th joint has some seatings and is spacious.
I went to have the Brownie with vanilla ice cream which is amazing here.
The combination is always favorite for many and this place wont disappoint.
Service was fast. Pocket pinch was reasonable.
One of the good chain of bakeries,the French loaf offers variety of breads and cakes,try there combos for some good sandwich and milkshakes,also try there red velvet cake. If you've a sweet tooth then this place offers wide range of desserts and cupcakes
I have ordered a mixed fruit cake from this outlet of French Loaf 1yr back.It was delivered by Swiggy.It came in a round metal container.The cake was moist and loaded with dry fruits.Loved it a lot.I hope they serve the similar cake this year's Christmas too.

This place is actually nice. The breads are very good and so was the mango pastry. 3-4 pastries which I have tried from here and all were very good. Ambience is also nice and staffs very friendly. Location just next to IMI Wala lane.

I am not fully equipped to write about this place since I only had a sandwich from here once. That was a Cuban sandwich with chicken sausages, ample amount of corn and everything. Love this chain of confectionery in Kolkata.
Small doesn't mean bad. The outlet has a seating space for 10 ppl. The ambience and interior decor is very good. The food is average. But a good place to have a conversation.
Itz a good place to hangout...Food was aversge not so delicious..Itz a small outlet with a very little space to sit inside.Cakes are good and delicious but other items are not so good.
As you have seen my other reviews on The French Loaf,this is yet another one. Coming to decoration which i havent mentiond..i love the way they presnt their store...its very elegant..now as u know i m a great fan of their food...i have visited numerous times the southern avenue branch...i visited this branch on 30th of november. Here i just tried chocolate mousse...creamy delicious...its rich..its thick...i m simply in love with their mousse...they never fail to disapoint me..

For us he has prepared our son's 5th year Birthday Cake this year, perfectly as per our design, it was so awesomely done and tasteful that every guest of us praised both the looks and the taste.

I quite like this place they dont have a great variety of food but whatever they had is quite good.n the quality of the food is good n its pocket friendly too around 300bucks for two.so its a good ta place to have ur breakfast.

This is a great place to hang out. The best thing is that its very reasonable and the quality is great. Have variety of breads too. There is also space for dining and it does not charge any extra bucks for eating there like Kookie jar.
A big fan of this quaint little outlet. This places serves up a storm with its delicious breads, light and non oily savory snacks and mouth watering cakes and pastries! Must try its brownies and chocolate mouse with edible chocolate spoons and the mango pudding. The chess cake here is something you will always come back for! In short I ❤️ this place!
Went today evening. I have heard about this placea lot before, and this place have really a cozy and calm ambience, with it's awesome bakery items, you can have a great evening here. Much much cheaper than CCDs but much much better in quality and affordability. Tried chicken supreme with Coke.

All the breads are good and fresh! They do a good job with their dessert section as well! Mushroom puffs are well made for snacking! Their Mexican grilled sandwich with a cup of their cappuccino is a good evening snacking option! A variety of chocolates are available milk, dark and a bar which has a mix of both! And This bakery gives u many options which can be bought and kept at home for munching like good cheese straws and pita crisps!
I like this place for an assortment of breads specially the wheat pizza base which makes our pizza healthier! Milk loaf is perfect! Though I don't much like the dine-in facility there.
They are good with cakes of different types and specially with the ones where you can give your custom made photos to print on.... They really need more place to expand on their shop for People like me to come and sit on so that they can enjoy some time with their friends and family ????
Well I used to go to this place a lot. And the chicken pot pie was a must have.
Coming back to the review, I had chicken pot pie and chocolate tart pastry and also the pineapple pastry
Chicken pot pie ~ has enough chicken filling , well made and it's highly recommended.
Chocolate tart ~ well I am not an extreme sweet tooth , so this was a big turn off! It was a bit too sweet for my taste buds.
However it wasn't the best but not the worse too.
Pineapple ~ this was a big win win for me. It was more of a soft cake , with a rich pineapple flavour with a cherry on top !
In conclusion , you can totally drop in sometime it's got lots on the menu and plus it's a fresh serve !

A nice little place to hang out. They have a good selection of breads and the beverages are reasonably priced. Had an Irish cappuccino which was creamy and well made. They have a huge selection of cakes to pre order for birthdays and other events. Going to visit here quite often.
Since its just beside my house, im a regular to this place. I LOVE the pastries here! They're always freshly prepared and taste heavenly. The breads are awesome too. A must visit if you're craving for something sinful and chocolaty.

I ordered Multigrain Bread and Blueberry Cheesecake on May 29, 2023. The bread was good, lots of grains are spread all over the bread, good in taste. The cheesecake has a well balanced taste. It's not too sweet, which I really preferred. The decoration and portion size with respect to the price is well justified.
Nice and cozy cafe. Product quality is very fresh. The staff was very polite and helpful.
So I had read the reviews on Google and at first I thought I would cancel my order but I didn't. The dryfruit cake and the choco chip muffins were unarguably the best I have ever had.Made my day. Keep up the good work guys. All the best!

A cosy little coffee and confectionery outlet on New Road Alipore. Bread, cakes, patties, and various other baked items. Staff are cordial and helpful. You can order customised cakes for special occasions. However space is a bit constrained.
