A must try Beef Roll place for Beef eaters.
If you want to have some really really good beef kebab or roll please visit this restaurant. This isn't a very well known restaurant but a must try.
I have never had such wonderful beef kebab anywhere.
The interiors is not very beautiful but the quality of the food is great.
Grab a Beef Roll and thank me later. β€
A place to fill up your tummy in minimal price.
Actually I didn't think the place will be in zomato app amd that's why I didn't click a proper picture. The food price is quite low arround here and they provide good food.
We had biriyani, chicken masala, rumali roti, salad and colddrinks. Biriyani was quite good and the meat was tasty too. Chicken masala was upto the marks in terms of price. Rumali rotis should have been a bit softer.
Worth giving a visit. The place offers beef too, extra religious people stay away.
This place is too cheap and its speciality is beef biriyani. The service is quite quick here. The staffs are also well mannered. It's one drawback is the place is not at all hygienic . But overall it's quite good place.
Best place for beef lovers in Kolkata. Biryani is sumptuous and kababs are a must try. Bhuna beef is my usual side dish but chaap and korma are delicious as well
The food was pretty good and very much pocket friendly. It was only 200 bucks for one beef biriyani and beef korma.
The quantity of the biriyani was adequate for one person and the meat was perfectly cooked, and taste wise it was nice. The beef korma had too much oil in it. However, the overall taste was good with nice blend of spices and creamy gravy.
A good pocket friendly option if one is a beef lover.
Very nice outlet.
Good for having typical Indian food.
Rates are very reasonable.
Food was very delicious
Biryani is highly recommended.
Beef chap with tandoori roti. Located just beside legendary Nizam's. Chap was just awesome. It's a must try. Price is really pocket friendly.
I ordered the chicken kabab from this restaurant
Its soo delicious and spicy and mouthwatering
Must visit this place or order food from here
Nd must try their chicken kababs
U.p bihar located at dharamtalla could be the best choice if you are searching for budget friendly non veg food.it is well known for its khiri kabab and morning breakfast.
Fantastic food. Had khiri kebabs, bhuna, rezala, biriyani, roti. The rezala and the khiri kebabs were brilliant. The kebabs had bite-sized fatty pieces which were succulent, perfectly spiced and had beautiful smokiness. It is simple yet perfect. The rezala was really good. The taste of curd made a marked presence in the curry. It had the perfect amount of tanginess and was spiced perfectly. The meat pieces of the rezala were the star of the dish , it was a chunk of slow-cooked meat which was tender and flavorful without being mushy. The biriyani and bhuna were good but nothing so special. It is worthwhile visiting new market area just to eat here.
One stop shop for Beef lovers. If Zakaria is too far away for you here's your dream destination. Me and my friend went there. We had beef rolls and Khiri Kabab. The beef rolls were pretty good when it came to the filling. The beef was very well cooked and spiced. The Parantha, however could have been better. Coming to the Khiri kebab, it was perfect the right amount of chewy and spicy. Loved it.
A must visit for the beef lovers! β€
Staffs are good, service is quick and you get a cozy cabin for your gang!
Biryani was truly delicious! π
And their beef kathi kabab is a must try! β€

Thinking of eating beef biryani from here for so long... Finally ordered a plate of beef biryani... The biryani was tasty.. It contains two small beef pieces, an aloo and an egg... The beef pieces was soft as well as juicy... I can definitely say they serve one of the best beef biryani in the city... The packing was very well done. The delivery was on time...
Highly recommended
Located just behind Nizams.... So easy to find..... Decor and ambience not so great..... Known for its Beef specialities..... Tried the Beef rolls..... The paranthe was soft but the beef was a little chewy compared to other places and more oily too.... Would like to try their other beef delicacies when I visit next
I mean what can you say if you eat beef and have a thing for Mughal Cuisine this place is the place where you need to be. I mean the prices are the best tee food is the tastiest you just enter order some beef kababs and some beef birayani and loads more, trust me on this when you get the bill in the end I swear you will be shocked to see how cheap this place is I have loved it since the day I came kolkata

To unveil culinary gems of the New Market neighbourhood, visited this place.
Fell in love with its first bite - yes itβs the incredible Khiri Kebab made from cowβs mammary gland or udder. The little soft chewy fatty pieces of meat grilled in tandoor infused with simple Indian spices mesmerising with a smoky taste just stands out.
The second delight to touch my soul was the Beef Kebab, simple seasoning and you are all set to drool.
Lastly, the phirni - a whiff of fragrance just stole the show.
This is undoubtedly the best destination for beef lovers in Kolkata!! I'm a regular visitor here and everytime I get amazed by the implausible taste of beef dishes served here!! Cheap price with great quality food makes this place my favourite mughlai restaurant in the city!!!
Located Just Beside The Legendary Nizam's In New Market Area, This Restaurant Is Widely Famous For Their Beef Items.
I Tried Out Some Of Their Items And I Must Say They Were Lip-Smacking.
β’Khiri Kebab - (it's a must try and is a popular item in here, small chunks of juicy khiri with sauted onions and green chillies, simply delicious)
β’Chicken Biryani - (it was quite good, but nothing extraordinary. Had a nice aroma)
β’ Tandoori Roti - (it tasted great with the kebabs, it was one of the softest tandoori rotis i have ever had)
β’ Paratha - (it was soft and perfectly cooked, less oily and tasted fantastic when had with khiri kebabs)
β’ Beef Rezala - (no doubt one of the best rezala i had in here, ignore the floating oil that's bound to happen in this item. The beef was succulent and was so soft)
Overall This Place Is A Must Visit For All The Beef Lovers. Staffs Are Well Behaved And Service Time Is Fine. The Price Is Reasonable. :)
Khiri Kebab - UP Bihar restaurant (Hogg market, Kolkata)
(Joydeep Kotha Khaoa)
I fond of "Khiri Kebab" and "Gurda kaleezi". Khiri kebab is made of Cow's udder and Gurda Kaleezi is made of beef heart and kidney. The taste, the soft rubbery chewy fiber and the smell of the meat of these parts are tempting. Though it is not a common dish to order like beef bhuna, biriyani, kebab, chaap or rezala.
I was in Uttar Pradesh for quite some time. I had different beef delicacies. I got tremendously good kebab in road side temporary kebab shop, I had mind blowing Paya soup and Haleem in chilling winter. They are just authentic. Here in Kolkata I have got quite a similar taste in UP Bihar restaurant, Hogg market.
Khiri kebab is available in many places but, as it is having a different kind of smell, it is very important to maintain the exact balance of the spices which is used before put it on fire to get the exact smell which comes when it get tossed with onion end green chilli.
Two sticks of Khiri kebab and one beautifully done tandoori roti made me satisfied in a cloudy afternoon.

Quality food in reasonable price. I loved the beef biriyani. The meet is sufficient and well cooked. Authentic taste and sufficient quantity.
An old old haunt and my must eats are the Khiri Kebabs and the Beef Kati Kebab with Tandoori Roti. Absolutely delicious and I love to mix a bit of the two kebabs together and polish it off with a hot fresh roti. I like to go sit there and eat because the place smells so delicious! Donβt forget to order a firni after this meaty feast.. makes for the perfect ending
Visiting this place since a long time. Yesterday I was around New Market and getting hungry I took a visit. Ordered beef Biryani. 2 succulent pieces of beef and a jumbo size potato with sufficient quantity of rice made my tummy full. Had also one 300 ml cold drink. Quality of Biryani deteriorating day by day. Actually I visit this place for their excellent beef chaap and kebab, bt yesterday tried Biryani. If you are new, then try their beef chaap and kebab with paratha. Totally worth it.π

Rating 3.5/5. Visited this legendary outlet in December, and had tandoori roti and khiri kebab. The roti was standard. About the khiri, well, my girlfriend loved it. Me, on the other hand, found it a bit tangy, although good in taste. Willing to try other dishes from here also.
The most nostalgic ghetto i've been to after long 12 yrs, still the same taste, still the same style, still the same rating. Not fine dining yet, but they definitely expanded space and menu. There's nothing called a beef handi biriyani as in the menu, its the same as egg beef biriyani. Try the bhuna along with it. A must visit for Kolkata street foodie and crew.
You can travel a long road to eat their beef biriyani & beef bhuna.. this place is my personal favourite.. the price is affordable and the quality of the dishes are too good..
I order mutton biryani they deliver it to me after 50 minutes and although the taste was good but quantity was very low of rice and small peice of mutton which is disappointing.....
6 star service, very nice and punctual delivery, very humble in nature
The biryani is pretty good, and the rolls available here are worth a visit. Location enables it to be accessed very easily. A good experience overall.
If you love beef then this the place you should visit.....good experience definitely wanna cum again....good food at a cheaper rate..what else u want.....ππππβπππ
Great environment. I felt like I have stepped into another world, where time has frozen. Interesting dishes. Price is very reasonable. The place has a character and it's worth visiting. The cuisine is mughlai. You will see dishes you wouldn't get easily anywhere else. Opens at 630 am in the morning to serve tea and Nahari in winters!
This has been my all time favourite for the food is cheap and extremely delicious. The specialities are the beef dishes. Not once but in several occassions have been there. Beef biryani, beef rezala, firni, parantha. All were so delicious. Ambience is not so good but food is delicious.

I ordered two single Khiri rolls and i was given one double Khiri roll. Please modify the system to highlight the number of Rolls ordered so I won't have the same issue the next time. Cheers.
Ordered 16 puri bought only 4 they sent it again later nihari first time really nice yum ordered second time very less in quantity but still taste really nice beef nihari and puri is really good
Location: This restaurant located in New market area just beside of Nizam's...
Ambience: It was Nothing special... It is a restaurant where you can go and grab the food...
Food: Beef chap-- This is a delicious dish of beef, where the thin beef slices are toasted, deep fried and then cooked in a delicious yoghurt sauce... Well cooked pieces was melting immediately after taking them into mouth...
Tandoori Roti -- Tandoori Roti is a very popular Indian flatbread traditionally made in tandoor... It was very soft...
Service was quick and the prices are pocket friendly...
One of the best restaurant in tinsel town in terms of beef....πππππ Kabab and khiri are a must try in the menu list.....place is good for casual dining.....πβοΈππππ
Awesome place nice to hang out with friends......πππππππ It is a good to hang with family as well... Beef item menu are favourite in the list
......
Good biriyani, tasted nice, good in quantity
Good , get new taste of biryani
First of all has to say 'Great beef items in great price"..besides other items prices are too much reasonable that I can't explain in my words that's why you guys have to visit UP Bihar. One of my favourite Biryani comes with great taste and quantity too at this place...!!! The place is just awesome
The quality and size of the roll should get getter
There are many beef items here especially the beef biryani tastes very good. The price was 120 rupees and the quantity of food was so much that it was difficult to finish.Service -7/10. Staff behavior could be better.
This place has it's own old world charm. If you are looking for ambience or fine dine experience, this is definitely not the place for you.
But if you yearn for good beef items, look no further. In the morning, you'd find Dalpuri and Halwa. The breakfast also comprises of kaleji fry, magaz (bheja) fry and other accompaniments. Winter mornings are made special by their Nahari and paya soup.
By the afternoon, there's the usual fare of biryani and kebab. Don't miss out their speciality of khiri kebab and you can also top it off with some bhurji. Their khiri rolls are to die for.
Add to that their magaz fry along with crispy paratha and your meal is sorted. Always try to mix and match, also let them know if you did not like any item and they would happily change it off. Just ask and they may help you with your experience.
They can work a bit on their hygiene but it's not a deal breaker at all.
Ordered beef bhuna, magaz masala, vegetables and rooti. Everything was fair except the soft drink price. They charged 25 rupees for each bottle where only 10 was written on the bottle. The service boy asked for the tips forcefully. Very annoying.
Old world charm.
One place you will find Beef Biryani
For a change, they serve Tea also after the biryani. This was unlike other places I have seen.
Beef kebab was good and tasted similar to beef fry that you get in South India.
Beef Biryani was also good but cooked in such a way that it felt like Mutton.
Food quality is sometimes up to the mark or not it's a busy restaurant located in the heart of new market besides nizams. Must try items are beef bhuna, kabab. No ac available so prepare to bear the heat to satisfy your taste buds.
I have been here few times for Breakfast, food ordered was satisfying, service was prompt and properly informative.
Hygienic environment have been better than previous.
Will visit again for a piping hot breakfast and puri and halwa is always recommended.
Donβt be fooled by the look of the restaurant. This is a great place to have some quality kebabs and rolls. And yes, they sell beef! We had a double egg double chicken roll, beef boti kebab, beef sheek kabab. And ended the treat with a sweet-sour lassi. A great sumptuous meal!
Best place in town for beef lovers. Succulent kababs, chaap, bhuna, korma and a flavor packed biryani makes this place a must visit.
A very popular eatery in the NEW MARKET area of Kolkata known for it's kathi kebabs! I would personally prefer just having the kababs and the parathas because that's the USP of this place otherwise all other menu items are very common to regular eateries. The seating area is quite big n there is ample space for large groups. There are private booths for family and couples too!
Old world charm with good food makes this a wanna-go-to joint over ages. The quality of food has dropped in recent times, though, just a tad.
Old charm of hotel situated in new market.
Decently priced and offer good food.
Famous for beef bhuna and beef items.
