I had the chocolate bomb it was amazing in taste it had brownie inside, choco chips and icecream you can customise that part. The only thing i did not like was the shell of the bomb it was not melting when i had put the hot chocolate syrup on it. It took some time to melt but usually in different places it melts fast. Orelse the taste was just amazing i loved it completely.

Although very expensive, this place serves the best ice cream. The Eiffel Tower and Chocolate bomb are my absolute favourite. I really don't mind paying extra bucks for the best ice cream in the city. Their Blueberry ice cream is an absolute delight for the taste buds. I took my parents here and they too love this place. There are 2 outlets of Haagen Dazs I know of. One is in Quest mall and the other one is in Paddapukur beside Health Point Nursing home.
Very nice deserts .. the sundaes are very good .. we tried several times .. never ever it was an disappointment.. the individual scoops are awesome too .. each one leaves the distinct taste in mouth and leaves a lasting craving to try more of the same as well as to explore the rest .. only downside is the heavy calorie .. but this is a hard to resist temptation definitely — especially for the ones who have atleast tried once ..

I have always heard highly about this ice cream joint and finally, I could try their special The Eiffel Tower dessert. They are located on the ground floor of Quest Mall.
Everything about the dessert was delicious and worth the price except the brownie. The brownie was very hard and it didn’t go well with the delicious ice cream flavours. The chocolate tower was tasty and smooth.
I do wish to revisit them to try a different something.
One of the best Ice creams I have had in kolkata . The taste is something different . Had their mango raspberry and summerberries and cream . Loved the texture of summerberries and the mango ice cream is the best I had till now . Prices are a bit high but totally worth it

Went on a Sunday evening with family ..on the ground floor of quest mall which happens to be super crowded on Sundays but the love for ice creams took us here .. we at first struggled with getting a place to sit but somehow managed (again ice cream love makes u do everything )placed the order but it took too long to finally make it to the table .. but it was worth the struggle and wait ..we ordered
1)dark chocolate bomb - it was the showstopper of the evening ..a dark chocolate ball with six scoops of ice creams of ur choice (though I feel it wasn't six scoops but four) ..I absolutely loved it when hot chocolate was poured on top of the ball n it almost melted but not entirely ..the ball was made of thick chocolate..
2)summertime cone - this was equally good may not be insta worthy as the above but it tasted awesome ..just the flavours I love ..fresh and fruity ..loved it ..
Looking forward to try other ones soon ..

This cute little open store in the ground floor of Quest Mall which I deliberately underestimated did make me go nuts over their monster sundae... Yes that's the only one we ordered...
The Cookies and Cream Cruch. This sundae is made with a whole lot of liquid chocolate, whipped cream, cookies, cookies and cream ice cream and a whole solid chocolate... And it was huge.. You need at lease 2 people to finish this monster dessert... And trust me when I say this it was a pleasure to the taste buds...
The price was absolutely worth it.
Overall I bow down to this cute little shack and I am extremely grateful to my stars when I decided to be here...

Their ice cream is just amazing. Although this outlet does not have so many options. The ice cream just melts in your mouth and the black forest pastry was just to die for. The jam centre in that black forest was just yummy.

The ice creams were very rich and dense. It melts nicely in the mouth, it had a nice consistency. The mango ice cream had chunks of frozen mango it in. But the price is on the higher side, considering the quantity.
One of my favourite food joints that I have visited till now! This place serves some of the yummiest and the tastiest desserts that one could ever have thought of! I have tried both their chocolate flavoured pastries and ice cream and both are just too good. A must- visit for every dessert lover!

Ever since "Chocolate Bomb" became quite famous in Kolkata this place was there in my bucket list..the main purpose of my visit was to try the famous chocolate bomb obviously. So coming to my experience it was really nice! The CHOCOLATE BOMB was extraordinarily yummy.. the bomb has a filling of ice cream scoops, brownies and choco-chips. The ice creams you can choose from a wide range of exotic flavours that they have. However it's extremely chocolaty so it's suggested that you go in a group of 3-4 atleast else it will be difficult to finish. The ambience of this place is quite pleasant and so was their hospitaltiy... however a WORD OF CAUTION the chef who makes the chocolate bomb arrives only after 1 or 1.30pm ( well atleast the day I went I was told this only) so incase you are going particularly for the chocolate bomb then it's advisable that you don't go there before 1.30pm or else you might have to wait!! You can also try **everydae sundae** they do have some lucrative collection of ice-cream flavours!. I strongly recommend this place.

Been to häagen-Dazs a couple of times mostly Delhi. I usually go for their 24 scoop signature fondue , but this time wanted to try their new stuff I ordered one of the new dark chocolate bomb which has 4 miniature scoops of ice cream which we can choose and other thing that I ordered was chocolate brownie shake . Although I called them well in advance for the chocolate bomb as it takes loots of time to prepare the sphere but it still took around half an hour just for the sphere so till the time the shake was getting ready I got the shake . It looked just the picture except the marshmallow was not toasted ( 🙁) but overall the shake was perfectly platted even an gram of anything else would make everything fall apart but the shake was delicious and now about the dark chocolate bomb . The moment the server pored the boiling hot dark chocolate all over the chocolate sphere I could see the whipped cream coming out as the chocolate melted the chocolate sphere in a lump of chocolate. And mind it there is soooooooo much chocolate in it that it’s impossible for 1 to finish it . It was like a meal for me

Haagen Dazs, well the world famous ice cream brand hasn't become so very famous without a reason. I had eaten Haagen Dazs ice cream numerous times across Europe,Asia and US(to me they make one of the best ice creams in the world) but this was my first experience with Haagen Dazs in India and I swear the experience was equally beautiful and memorable.The staff is very courteous, polite and helpful.The ambience is very good.And now coming to their USP- ice creams, well I had 2 different ice creams and the taste and quality were no different from what Haagen Dazs serves abroad(and I am very happy and proud of it).In a nutshell, if you want to have heavenly ice creams Haagen Dazs is the place to be.

Located on the ground floor, this place has all the flavours of ice cream which are not normally found elsewhere, so worth a try!
We ordered for a chocolate bomb shell, but were made to wait for quite sometime as the maker wasn't there on time. But eventually we were served.
The chocolate bomb encloses 8 scoops of ice cream which you get to choose from their available range (actually you don't really get the taste of all 8, since it melts because of the chocolate fondue poured, so all you have is a mixture of flavours) and delicious brownie chunks. The chocolate shell is hard and thick and good to taste. The hot chocolate fondue tends to be the sweetest thing. Overall it's a nice dessert option with a super taste, the only disadvantage being you need to have it in groups of 4 or 5, it's too much for an individual or a pair.

I love ice creams. Who doesn’t? This is my go-to place every time I visit Quest mall and am craving ice creams. I mostly have the Belgian chocolate with Almond chocolate toppings. It Tastes heavenly. However I equally like their mango sorbet and raspberry sorbet. Last time I tried the Waffles And felt that the waffles could have been posted a bit better says they were very soggy. But I’m ready to let it go because my other visits have always been near perfect. It is a small kiosk in the ground floor of quest mall but is very well maintained. Special mention to the staff who work here, that extremely polite and helpful and always giving you the right suggestions.
Shahbaz Siddique and Sk Arshad, the guys who serve you at this outlet, are as great as the brand. Their hospitality and affable manners adds more taste to this amazing ice cream outlet. The ice creams are so rich in milk and flavor! Wow! I got original good pieces Euroupean sweet strawberry 🍓 in the creamy strawberry ice cream. And the hot chocolate with cream was so soothing.

Being a hardcore dessert fan visiting this place was a must. But it always felt a little high budget and so we found a way out to taste a bit of many. It was the Taster's Cone. We took 3 mini scoops of vanilla, raspberry sorbet and strawberry cheesecake. Raspberry sorbet was good. Vanilla was better. And strawberry cheesecake was absolutely amazing. Dark Chocolate Bomb : (5/5) Heaven for chocolate lovers. 4 mini scoops of ice cream of your choice, along with fresh whipped cream, are placed inside a dark chocolate ball, surrounded by chunks of fresh fruit. Warm chocolate sauce is then poured over this ball and it slowly melts away to reveal the surprise within. The ice cream is delicious and very very smooth, the ball itself is made of great dark chocolate, but the best part is the chocolate sauce. WARNING - It takes 2-3 people to finish this. Massively chocolatey and very heavy on the tummy. But totally worth it.
Belgian Chocolate scoop: (4/5) Dark chocolate. Very smooth.
Cookies & Cream scoop : (4/5) Traditional cookies and cream. Bit on the sweet side. Adequate amount of cookie chunks with each bite.

Praline & Cream scoop : (4/5) Medium chunks of praline. Smooth and creamy.
Tiramisu scoop : (5/5) Blended falvour of coffee and cream. Distinct coffee flavour present, yet it is not overpowering. Highly recommended.
Price is on the high side however. Single scoops cost over INR 200 (including tax) while a Creation starts from over INR 700 (including tax). They also charge extra Service Tax but you can choose not to pay it, in which case it will be deducted from the bill. But despite the high price, the quality is totally worth it.

This ice cream parlour has an outdoor seating and a perfect ambience to set your mood right. The ice creams are just droolworthy. This has been in my wishlist since a very long time and I finally managed to tick it off my bucket list. We tried their signature dark chocolate bomb and it was just heavenly. Another one that we tried was a four scoop regular sundae and even it was really mouthwatering. This place is worth visiting even though it is quite expensive than usual ice cream providers. Also, the staff were very friendly and patient.

Located in the ground floor of quest mall with an open seating, the shop looks droolworthy.
Opted for the strawberry cheesecake flavour.
Taste wise, truly amazing and out of the world! Loved every bit of it.
Price-- 1 scoop of icecream came for 215 rupees so yeah the icecream maybe cold but it burns your pocket.
Overall-- very good if you Dont mind spending a very hefty amount on icecreams.
Nothing much to say it’s that as yet the quality of the ice cream is as good as it was and about the pocket part yes it is the same that is expensive expensive and expensive when compared to other ice cream providers. And one more thing yes here also the staff is very very good and helpful.

No other ice cream brand comes even close to this brand. Though a little bit expensive at Rs. 200/scoop, it is surely gonna make your taste buds go gaga over its exceptional and creamy texture ! Loved it 😋
I had Strawberry Cheesecake .
This place is ice cream heaven. Expensive but perfect for late night ice cream cravings. The one in paddapukur stays open till 1am.
My favourite flavours- If I had to choose one it would be strawberry cheesecake. Must try.
From the combos I've tried-
Dark chocolate bomb- Okayish. Too much chocolate. Not a fan.
The haagen dazs crunch- has 2 scoops of your ice cream of choice , whipped cream, chocolate sauce & cookie crumbs. Pretty good.
Belgian waffle dream- 2 scoops of ice cream & waffles. This one is pretty good too.
Seventh heaven- My personal favourite. 7 flavours of ice cream and freshly cut up fruits on the side makes a delicious combination. Recommended!
Haägen Dazs are one fine range of ice cream parlours . If you are crazy for smooth, creamy, chocolaty stuff then this is your go to place 😊. This particular outlet is inside the Quest mall, ground floor, in front of the Jimmy Choo showroom. I have tried the Eiffel Tower and I loved it. There were two scoops ice cream- one cookie cream scoop and one Belgian chocolate scoop on a chocolate brownie. The ice cream here is smooth in texture, and flavorful. On each side there were two Eiffel tower shaped pieces of pure Belgian chocolate 😍.The shadow in front is of cocoa. Now as much as I loved this it is needless to mention that the price of the desserts here is mostly on the higher side. The Eiffel tower cost us around Rs. 750 including tax. For seating purpose there are few chairs around the escalator. There's nothing notable about the ambience as such. The staff is friendly. Can't say whether it's worth every penny but I definitely enjoyed it.
My 100th review had to be a special one indeed. A very generous friend of mine decided to splurge on me and this place happened.
The seating area is quite cute, nothing flashy though. But considering their steep pricing, a flashy place was definitely required. The hardest part was choosing from the elaborate menu. Each and every item seemed so tumblr-ish man. Since we were two people, we wanted to go for two separate desserts instead of one.
1. Chocolate Brownie - It was a drink, and came with gooey marshmallow and hot brownie. AMAZING.
2. Everydae Sundae - We went for the cream and nut and Belgian chocolate scoops. The waffle was a delight. However, the bottom part of the drink seemed caramel-ish, which I hated. Otherwise, a great choice.
I am ofcourse gonna go back to try out more from this place. I just wish it was a little easier on the pocket.

Haagen Dazs is a premium ice cream brand that offers a variety of mouth-watering ice cream flavors. The outlet at Quest mall has cool and contemporary open ambiance, and the service is good. They have a fairly good range of flavors to choose from. It was around 8.30pm when we went and they said only simple scoops were available. The creations were not available. But the taste of each of the scoops were mind blowing. I personally liked the strawberry, it was rich creamy and the peices of strawberries melted as you ate. The best strawberry ice cream I had in my life 😎😀
One of our favourite ice cream place to visit. The flavours of the ice creams are so amazing and different from others. Wish they had more flavours from aboard like Matcha/ Pina colada/ Green Apple and etc. Happy eating here as usual. Worth trying all the flavours.
This ice cream parlor is extremely costly yes, but I will recommend you to check out this place atleast once. The quality of those scoops of ice cream is absolutely mind blowing. We tried seventh heaven which included 7 different scoop flavours.
Raspberry and Mango sorbet are also a must try. Loved 'em all ❤️
Quaint lil store at the Ground Floor of The Quest Mall. Easy to locate, bright signs leading to the store. The service was surprisingly delayed due to the crowd. Menu was limited and all the products weren't available. The ice cream was wonderful! Creamy and delightful. The flavours were wholesome and Tiramisu was the highlight of the day. The Chocolate Bomb and Eiffel Tower were the best of the lot. Hoping to visit ilthe place soon to try out the other flavours.
They definitely are pricey to a very huge extent but a must try for an ice cream lover. Their chocolate bomb is sheer love. The store is in quest mall ground floor and the service guys are really very nice. It is beside coach and the ice creams are really tasty but I felt the Eiffel ice cream tower is not that good, i had tried it once.
It's a good place to sit, the ice scream is great but I feel it's way to expensive for what it is.
You're definately not paying that much for the food alone. It's better if you're a couple and one of them is paying for your treat....

We ordered a two scoop combo, one coffee and one macademia nut. I liked both but the macadamia nut flavor was really nice.
It was in my bucket list from last year . Finally I visited this place. We wanted to try the famous chocolate bomb , but it was not available so we tried Chocolate brownie explosion & it melted us.
The dessert is a trio of Macadamia nuts, Cookies & Cream and Tiramisu ice cream served alongside a brownie drizzled with rich Chocolate sauce and topped off with whipped cream. .
You can choose those three ice creams of your choice. They have a big list of delicious flavours like- Blueberries & Cream, Caramel biscuits & Cream, Pralines & Cream, Dulce de Leche, Summer Berries and many more.

This brand is not only famous for ice creams but also have good collection of awesome pastries especially blueberry cheesecake and one of the best cheesecakes that I have ever had in Kolkata. 😍🥰😋my all time favorite outlet for my sweet crave of blueberry cheesecake.
