Please reduce the use of pepper in fried rice .The noodles was good . The chinese combo is the best .

I've never been a vegan.. It was a Tuesday and I was nearby; searched in Zomato & found this little gem!! The food is sooooo good that even a non-vegetarian will fall for it !! And I'm not exaggerating..
Tried Kesar Gulab Jamun and Lassi once... Quality and quantity wise they were excellent... The Gulab Jamun was yummy and the Lassi was perfect in consistency and the quality of the dahi used was fresh... The delivery was on time... Pocket pinch is really reasonable... Only thing that can be improved is their packaging...
Absolutely love their dahi vadas. The gulab jamun and ladoos are quite good too.
I always order from this restaurant if I want to try North Indian dishes. The customer support people are very helpful and cooperative. They adhere to my instructions as I order mostly for my old parents. They prepare for me customised oil free dishes and food is always hot and fresh and nevertheless the taste is always up to the mark. The hot ladoos and gulab jamun are my all time favourite. Hope you all enjoy too.

This is normally a takeaway counter...you can enjoy some really delicious veg food here. Dahi Bada is a must from this place. You can also try Paneer items with Nun.
Economical snacks, the main course can be a bit less oily though, Breads are fine, North Indian can be a little expensive

It is located on Keshtopur main road. This place is perfect for vegetarians. The paneer tikka masala and yellow dal fry was very goood, the nun was too soft and tasty. They have plenty of vegetarian options. Also they serves Jain food, if you don’t want onion and garlic just let them know they will prepare accordingly with the same taste. Also the menu rates are affordable.
Very tasty food. Zomato has handel the food with care... I order veg fried rice and mushroom biryani. It came with papad , raita, salad. Food was fresh.

For few days I have been staying in Kestopur, I used to order meals from this restaurant. They provide hygienic, quality food for veg lovers. They use sealed packages for delivering food which keeps the food fresh and secure.

The best place for vegetarian food near VIP Road. The Aloo Parathas are the best I had till date. Those really soft and yummy. The amritsari chole and dal makhani are among the best dishes in this restaurant. Expecting the quality to be continued like this. Very highly recommended.
Today is my first day in zomato. I was quite hesitant at the very first moment. But after the completion of whole process i am more than satisfied. In this scorching heat of sun, it is quite impossible for us, the user and customer, to go outside and have a lunch in restaurant. Zomato has done a remarkable job giving us comfort and saving our precious time. After placing order we need not to sit and wait. Here you can do your usual work at home. Also i want to mention KANAK DA who delivered my order (thanks a lot kanak da). At last , the food quality was awesome so thanku GUPTA'S VEG restaurant.
The place is hygenic and food is of good qualtiy and quantity at reasonable price. Must try place for people living in kestpur and is a pure veg restrau.
Ordered Amritsari chole and masala kulcha with lassi from Gupta's veg at around 7:40 . Got the delivery at approx 9:40. Poor Zomato valet was waiting and waiting. But that aside the food was really good. The kulcha was huge, soft and masaledar. The chole was delicious. The lassi was also pretty good.
My friend recommended this place. So, we went there and we had a quite nice experience. The staff was also good. We had ordered Chilli potato, laccha parata and kadai veg.
The best place to visit as well as order food when you want a little break. And if you are not so worried about the cost, there can't be any better place. This restaurant offers food at a relatively higher price but the quality and taste are excellent. The alu paratha served with pickle is so good. It is stuffed with reasonable potatoes and the stuffing is really tasty. The gulab jamun is overpriced but it melts in your mouth on your first bite. It's yummy. The best part was the dahi vada. I have never tasted such a vada before. The indeed give some magic ingredient in it. Other thalis and combos are also nice.
If you are looking for simple home like food then here your search ends. I have been eating here since it was a small shop years ago. Now it a full furnished restaurant and busiest delivery joint in kestopur area. Coming to the menu they have a wide range of items and cuisines. I personally order North Indian food here a lot. My personal favourites are:
1)Dal makhani- fresh cooked black dal with buttery taste and most important perfect balance of spices. Pocket pinch only at ₹80/plate.
2) Mix Veg- quantity serves is way too good and taste wise it is sweet so I always mention to make it a bit spicy before ordering. Price 120/plate. Highly recommended.
3) plain roti- This can be improved with less of raw flour on rotis.

Dal tadka is thick and with even flavours of onions, garlic and tomatoes.
Nice food specially the fried rice, enjoyed our dinner. The taste and aroma were authentic. But the lacha parathas need to be improved as they were not upto the mark.

1. Butter Kali daal - Very good in taste. 1/1.
2. Vegetable jhal farezi - Very good in taste. 1/1.
3. Butter nun - Good. Size could have been better. 0.75/1.
4. Alu parota - Very big in size. Personally didn't like it too much as this is made by ata, not by moida. 0.75/1.
5. Masala kulcha - Very good in taste. 1/1.
Hence, 4.5 out 5.

This place is gem if you are looking for a good quality and quantity food for a reasonable price.
I have tried veg noodles, paneer chilli and dahi vada. All tasted totally different and delicious. If talk about dahi vada it had classic handmade vada in it with balanced flavours of spices and chuttney. Coming to the noodles I think I had my best noodle after so long. It was totally different and flavourful. And not to be forget, the paneer chilli it was the best part. It was so mouthwatering with perfect flavour of sauce and paneer were soft and well coated. A must to try dish.
It has become one of my favourite restaurant and I am looking forward to order more from here.

This one seems a cute little restaurant cum delivery outlet based somewhere in Kestopur and I went for an office delivery of a simple Veg Gravy noodles from this place! Priced at just 100 bucks, this one counts as a meal in itself since you get noodles with boiled vegetables imbibed along with modest amount of Chinese gravy also – hence, 1 can construe it as more of a combo meal!
Delivery was bang on time and I was pretty happy to see the humongous quantity served –the best part being that it was still piping hot! I was pleasantly surprised to see the use of red capsicum, yellow capsicum, mushrooms and long strips of babycorns apart from the regular veggies used in noodle preparations! 1 cannot generally expect veggies of this calibre if he / she has paid just 100 bucks for a meal!
Taste was indeed above expectations – and the veg gravy ensures you don’t get a dry tongue while having those noodles!
Packing is good, so is quality and quantity of food! Prices are very reasonable!
Looking forward to more orders from this place and also trying out more items!

I tried aloo paratha, achaari aloo paratha and paneer with cheese paratha.
Aloo paratha was the best but the achaari aloo paratha was same as the regular one.
Cheese and paneer paratha was loaded with stuffings. It was tasty but you can’t have it more than one as it is very heavy and full of cheese.
Overall I loved the food.
Recently ordered food for myself and family from here few times. The food was well prepared as good as home taste essence, flavoursome. All the items taste were equally good, dal fry and aloo paratha now have become my favourite from here, loved it lot. Paneer butter masala is also good if one is looking for sabzi on little sweet taste not spicy one. Malai Kofta is also good. Quantity and quality both wise they served good food. Ensure all the hygiene also. The food is very well packed and delivered well within time. All the cooking instructions are being taken care of except one time. Overall a satisfactory experience if one looking to have home kind of food pure vegetarian then should try from here.
They maintain quality. But sometimes you have to wait for a long time in the vegetable take away counter. I have seen the owners even eat the same food for lunch or dinner sometimes. So if the owners eat the food that is being sold to customers then you can be assured about the quality and hygiene of the food.

Specially plain paratha, aloo paratha are very much delicious ,one can say it's one of the best paratha's in kolkata..
But have to work on sabjis and gravys ,

The food is good. The but the interior of the dine in are is too small..their veg biryani is good and the Chinese items are also good..
My go to place for veg food while staying in Kolkata. Good food at good prices. A simple chapati bhaji will cost you less than 100₹ here. So it's good for your daily fix. The menu does get old on you though but you can mix it up with a la carte menu although it takes time to get cooked up. Overall though, it's a good place if you live alone and need food.
My First time in Gupta's Veg. Food quantity is nice and Taste is also very good. Strongly recommended.

I had ordered the food through swiggy I had ordered paneer butter masala (250ml) and kashmiri aloo(500ml) along with missi roti but the catch is that paneer butter masala container and kashmiri aloo container is same size
So is there no difference between between the sizes between them
I suggest to order 250ml twice because you will get more gravy along along with it for the same price
Excellent restauran for vegetarian food. The menu consists of Roti, Nan, kulcha, Fried rice, Dal items along with a range of vegetarian curries. Prices are mid range. The Paneer fried rice is excellent both quality and quantity wise. Highly recommended for vegetarian food option.
