I have been to this place innumerable times as its just beside my college.The staff is quite polite and decent.The price is very reasonable and the food is awesome.Mixed sauce pasta,pizza mamamia and the most favourite one,chicken satte is a must try.Amond the drinks,truffle praline milkshake is the best.
The only thing which is disappointing is the cheap crowd and the amount of time they take to prepare the food.I always wait for an hour to get my order so it's kind of irritating!!
During college days, it was my one of the most regular place to hangout & have a gala time with my gang. Very pocket friendly cafe and hookah is quite good over here. #memories
It's a good place. Not a big one but enough for groups to enjoy mostly for students. Ambience is little bit smoky and good to enjoy. Music system is not so good but ok for the budget. I'd prefer this to them who want a economy type hookah parlour. Foods are pretty good with reasonable price.
Now coming to the hookah part
Those hookas have a smaller inner pipe as a result lesser smoke can be stored inside the Base. But it's ok and enjoyable.
Now to the hookah pricing
Single/double/triple flavour @250/- only which is unbelievable
Base @30/40/60/- only... (this can varry 10/20 lesser or more)
Coal change @20 (1st)/30 (2nd)
Fruit chillam hookah 350/-only....
And the boys there are a kind of okk types as they have attitudes but thats ok if u can deal with and they are average kind of friendly.

It was my 1st time experience to visit a Hookah Bar. The place is damn cheap and pocket friendly as three of us office colleagues had a refreshing evening one day when we were all going gaga over its ambience with 2 large beds and 2 large recliner sofas where we were basically lolling on smoking the pipes and were either listening to loud thumping music or watching T20 match on TV sometimes. Also we got a bit psychedelic feeling inside with dimly lit blue lights and smell of Hookah nicely mixed in the air that we breathed.

Well i visited this place probably 5 times between a span of 3 years and every time I came here I found the quality of probably everything dropping down from what is used to be and trust me the only thing I like about this place is it's staff as they are friendly and nothing else lives up as the decor is terrible as well as the food , hookah and other beverages are average according to the pricing .
A hookah parlour with a above average ambiance but really gets worse during peak times.Try visiting once whenever I come to Kolkata for it's kiwi-mint flavored hookah and chicken top ramen..
Good service. Made quite good hookah, food is also good. Place is well decor. The bed with cushion and nice comfy, visit with soulmate or friends.. Nice place for hookah lovers.

I always end up hanging out at this place when all the cousins are in town. The place is a little hard to locate if you're a newbie..but I like it cause its kinda discreet from the general crowd. I love the decor with the bed like sofas where many people can sit comfortably and feel like home. The hookah and food is good...and so is the music and home screen. Good job guys.

Easy to go..near to ssy college..we tried brownie and choco shake..in food we had crispy chilli baby corn which was good..and ambience was nice..flavours of hookah was flowing all around

Cafe loopy latte is the most common hub for all yatanites..it actually saves our time of not looking for other hookah lounges..we spend half of our time here..the managing staff have become well acquainted with us..n so we get our order in no time..the sandwich is best with pasta being a hit..n hookah no doubt a good one with mild flavours..

To sum it up this place serves average hookah and food.I have been there twice,and they never happen to have the pasta in thyme cream.Why keep it in the menu :/

this was my 2nd visit to this place.we sat in the corner bed.their r 2 beds available.it was winter so i ordered some hot chocolate and it was really a treat ..the classic cheese fondue was the highlight of the evening, don't miss it if you visit this place.the chicken tikka sandwich was delicious so was the pasta olive penne .As usual the chilly chicken was lip smacking and the brownie crushed coffee was awsome .It was light on pocket too.

The ambiance is classy...the food quality & quantity is impressive ... prices are very reasonable...though the service is little slow but i would love to visit this cafe whenever i feel like having a nice adda wid my buddies.

It is located in Elgin road opposite to Jam house. From front end you will not feel like visiting the place but shell does not speak the truth! You have to climb down to the stair case and there are two sections for sitting. The outside section is really eye-catching as the seats are cradle itself which means you can swing while enjoying your food and drink. Inside it's more cozy as the seating arrangement is sofa and sofa cum bed..so you can sit at your comfort and have a friendly outing as in homely atmosphere. Beside that they have a large screen for match, movies, songs.. and very nice decoration. We ordered crispy chilly baby corn, Schezwan dry chicken, cheese corn grilled sandwiches and lime mint mojito and brownie cold coffee and one hookah with red pan masala flavor which was not so strong but food and drinks are really worth money. We spent around 3 hours there. It was not very much crowded which is the best plus point. Moreover if you want to hangout with old friends after a long time, go and give a visit there.

The Ceiling Of Rush'R Was Designed Artistically Good And The Staff Management Is Also Good. The Entrance Os Nice Downstairs. Outside There Is Room For Couples And Inside For A Group. Sound Quality Is Also Good.
I like the 'Swing Seats' available here,that's the main attraction point for me.Apart from that food here is good and at reasonable price.They are a big screen for playing music videos and good ,comfortable sofa-cum-bed for you to sit with full comfort. More of a Friends' hangout place than a family place .
