Huge space in 1st floor as well as ground floor. At first glance it looks so majestic and we'll groomed banquet. Green and spacious. Can fit about 150+ Things I didn't like about 1. The front stair is long and steep. Look wise very good. It is not suitable for elders. And no extra support rod which may help the elderly. 2 The dining place situated in ground floor Which is covered by the grand stair case. You cannot find the entrance of ground floor from outside Though both floor are connected with internal stair 3. Proper maintenance of AC is required as it was not well functioning. Particularly for dining space. 4. sitting arrangement inside hall is not proper. And. 5.Lastly washrooms need to be cleaned.

Nice ambience. Only drawback is the long flight of stairs that lead you to the venue. Alternative arrangements must be implemented to avoid inconvenience to the aged/sick/fragile persons.

Beauty decoration lovely preparation

This Hall is just awesome. If you are planning to hire it for a wedding (I'll recommend this hall for weeding because it's beautiful for decoration. Structural beauty is remarkable) or any other Occasions, then you dont have to go for any other option. It's located on the Main road. Public Transportation is available till 10'o clock at night. Near to Behala Chowrasta. Car parking facility is there but it's a bit risky because you have to park on the road. No objection will be there if you maintain it but still it's risky.

A great place for a big family occasion like marriage etc. Situated upon Ho-Chi-Minh Smarani or Biren Roy Road West at Shakuntala perk, opposite Smaranika Co operative Abason gate no. 2. It's a perfect place for 350 people. Although in monsoon season there is couple of problem: 1. The front area is open air, so you can not take risk to use it in monsoon season. 2. The authirity does not allow to do "Hom"(holy fire) in the rooms. They allow it do on the roof - I think it's a risk for monsoon season only. apart from this, this villa is beautifully organised and clean. The staffs are very helpful. They does not allow other decorator to decorate the place. If you like to hire the place you must contract with them for decoration(charges extra).
