Hey guys,
We and my calleagues were here before these pandemic situation. Sobone we thought to have some proper chinese cuisine so we thought to have chinese cuisine here in TIBETAN DELIGHTS. So, yeah it will take some time then finally we got the place. We give a smile to the welcome board then entered it.đ Yeah the place is smal but when the food is good then the small place doesn't matter.
So we selected 3 dishes from the menu:
- PORK KOTHAY
- MIXED MEI-FOON
- FISH MANCHURIAN
PORK KOTHAY- WOW!! This is the best and the tastiest PORK KOTHAY or MOMO I have ever tried the stuffing is so fined, the ingredients ar so perfectâ¤ī¸, the pork is so nice.. literally now I am Drooling for it.đâ¤ī¸
MIXED MEI-FOON- I have tried this for the first time and yes it was so awesome, the pieces of chicken the pieces of pork was small but cooked nicely I can feel the taste of those ingredients.
FISH MANCHURIAN- I have tried this before, it was not too spicy, the manchurian wasn't too small, their is a slight sweetness in that, trust me is you will have it with MIXED MEI-FOON then it will also taste so nice.
Trust me guys, you will love the quantity of it we were 3 persons and these 3 dishes are full for us.
So after all these pandemic days went this restaurant and try there dishes. And also the proce is also affordable if you were three persons, person give Rs.150 then the food will also too much.
This is a hidden gem near Rabindra Sadan metro station providing delicious food. The must try is Roasted Chilli Pork and every variation of momos. Though they should consider getting a bigger space.
This place specialise in Tibetan cuisine. This place has a Cosy atmosphere with Tibetan lanterns hanging .The place looks old actually it is . The food was also good. Rates were quite cheap. This place is quite difficult to find out even in Google maps because you have go through a narrow passage which is just opposite of Rabindra Sadan metro station . You may ask local people to find it out . When I visited the place we took pork hakka noodles and roasted chilly pork. The noodles were very tasty . The gravy of chilly pork was delicious . Quality of pork was also good.
A great place to satiate your hunger pangs of tibetan and chinese dishes. This place is a 5 mins walking distance from Rabindra Sadan Gate no 3. Though the location is a bit tricky, if you are visiting for the first time ask any shopkeeper to get the exact location.
After watching a movie at Nandan some months ago, I visited this place with my mom. The ambience is nothing special. Coming to the food we opted for :
đ¸Pork Kothey
đ¸ Chicken lollypop deep fried
Loved both the items. Pork Kothey was actually very lightly fried steamed pork momos, loved it. Deep fried chicken lollypop is one of their signature dishes and it didn't disappoint us either.
The quantity and quality was top notch. Price was very much reasonable. Hygiene maybe an issue for some, apart from that it's a must visit place for every food enthusiast. Recommended.
Little difficult to locate... But when you will find it... You will fall in love with the food from here... Ambiance and decor is nothing that good to talk about... Staffs are friendly... Service is quite satisfactory... But if they can take care of the hygiene of the place and make some proper lightning arrangements in the washroom... It will be a perfect place for hangouts for the middle class Chinese Food Lover Families... I love their Smoked Schezwan Pork the most... Apart from that Chicken Sweetcorn Soup and Schezwan Fried Rice are my favourite from here... Pocket pinch is quite reasonable here... And everyone should need to give this place a try at least once to experience some old school Indo Chinese delicacies..
I came across this place with a friend and she was very confident about its food. It's a very small place to talk about but when it comes to the food it's absolutely drooling. All the dishes were unbeatable in their tastes and the food was fresh and delicious. Furthermore, it's very cost effective.
In this outlet you can get authentic Chinese food. But locating the outlet is abit confusing. The nearest metro gate is Ravindra Sadan(gate no: 3). After exiting through metro gate no 3, I walked 3-4mins in the left alley to reach the destination. The shopkeepers are also very friendly and guided me to reach this place.
The ambiance is not like the modern styled restaurants. Since it is an old outlet, they haven't done much renovation.
.
But there is no compromise in the taste. We ordered Pork Kothay, Fish Manchurian, Mixed Meifoon. Both the quality and quantity of the dishes are good.
đ¸Pork Kothay:- The was just awesome (4.8/5). Highly recommended.
đ¸ Mixed Meifoon:- it was basically the rice noodles mixed with different vegetables , egg and chicken. This was also tasty (4.5/5)
đ¸Fish Manchurian:- This fish was well cooked and the gravy has a good taste (4/5).
It's little difficult to locate the place, the place is nice, had roasted chilli pork from these place and it was simply delicious!! Quantity and quality is good as per the price. Will visit again.
After a Movie at Nandan, this was a hidden gem. Grew up in this place, while studying at Julien Day and this was a school life savior.
Ordered :
Chicken Noodles(7/10): A pretty decent tasting meal with good quantity. Average amount of chicken, and veggies. Though I prefer rice more, this was a good order.
Chilli Pork Dry(9/10): This was the best in our order. Their pork smells and tastes better than many places, even better than those Posh Cafes. A must try.
Chicken Kothey(7/10): Chicken Steamed momos, lightly fried at the bottom. Filling wasn't very much either.
Ambience (6/10): Don't come here for Ambience. An only women group might not feel safe here. Very slow service.
This was my first visit to this place.
Heard a lot about their chinese dishes and thought of giving this place a try.
This place is a bit difficult to find through Google maps.
Now coming to the dishes that we had-
1. Chicken kothey momosđ
2. Roasted chilli pork in gravyâ¤
3. Mixed schezwan riceâ¤
The total bill was of Rs 530.
Nice place to visit for tibetian food.. (Specially Pork Items)
When a most unusual place gives you an authentic Chinese Pleasure......
Tried:: Chicken Kothey, Mixed Hakka Noodles & Dry Chilli Pork.....
Quantity:: Sufficient for 2
Taste:: Bestest ....

Loved the gravy noodles. Also do try out the half steamed and half fried Momos. The smoked BBQ chicken was amazing too. In all affordable and good food.
We had egg thukpa. The smell quality quantity was really awesome.
We had fried rice and pork

Went here many times and Tibetan Delight is best known for their pork dishes. In frames are pork kotthey, smoked bbq pork, smoked bbq chicken and mixed noodles. Would totally recommend all of their pork dishes and smoked bbq chicken. Love their cozy interior and quick service. Would totally recommend.
This place was difficult to locate, even using Google Maps, because its hidden within the back alleys of a building. So people hunting for this hidden gem may ask shop keepers nearby for guidance. Its a no show off place, with a limited seating capacity and no electronic payments either. However the food is something to drool over. At very low price you can enjoy some authentic Tibetan cuisine in Kolkata. We ordered: đ¸Pork Kothey (1/2 fried - 1/2 steamed momo) đ¸Pork with Mushrooms in Oyster sauce. đ¸Mixed Hakka Noodles. All of them were 5/5 really! I will surely go back for more. Service is quick. Don't expect any dessert here.
After hearing about the popularity of this place visited this place with two of my friends. This place is at a 5-7 minutes walking distance from Rabindra Sadan Metro Station. As it's located at a odd location it's a bit difficult to locate. This place serves some Authentic Chinese dishes. With a very basic ambience this place can accommodate 10-15 people max at a time. Now coming to the food we settled for was average, not that extraordinary. We ordered âĸ Pan Fried Momos: The momos served were not fried rather steamed and was not that spicy. âĸ Chicken Kothey Momos: Half fried and half steamed momos(one side fried and the other side was steamed to be more specific) made in an elongated shaped with the stuffing of soft, juicy chicken served with clear soup was really tasteful. 7pieces comes in a single plate.
âĸ Chicken Munchow Soup: Dark brown coloured thickened hot soup topped with fried noodles. Was really good. This place serve some good chinese dishes at a an affordable rate. Give this place a visit .
This used to be a favourite hangout spot during my high school & college days. Visited after quite a few years last evening to try some delicious pork. The ambience is still just the same. For this evening, we settled for Pork Steam Momos, Mixed Meifoon, Dry Roast Chilli Pork and some coke to wash all that down with. I was excited to be back in Tibetan after all these years and the wait for the food to arrive seemed longer by the minute. The momos arrived without the soup. But I couldn't wait long enough and took a bite and was just disappointed. The momos were barely what I remembered them to be like. The coating was thick, chewy and there was barely any filling inside. Whatever tiny amount of filling was stuffed in tasted really good, but it's a shame that the quality has fallen this bad. The soup tasted good and the rest of our meal was pretty much just as I remembered during earlier years - extremely delicious and satisfying. The Mixed Meifoon tasted great - the flavours were balanced and there was a lot of well cooked meat and shrimps on the plate. Dry Roast Chilli Pork tasted heavenly! There was a good balance between meat and fat and the meat was cooked to perfection. The spices were bang on and I couldn't have enough of it. Other than the momos, everything else was quite good and I honestly wish they try to maintain their quality there. I didn't try my favourite pan fried momos this time and shall visit soon again hoping that the experience would turn out to be more 'full-filling' literally.
The restro located near elgin road . They serve authentic chinese delicacies in low price . We ordered
Chicken kothey
Mixed fried rice
Roast chili pork gravy
Every item tastes really nice , especially the chilli pork was so tasty and chuncks of pork were really delicious
Amazing place it is. A hidden gem on it's own you would have to literally hunt for the place located before the lane that connects to humro momo and Forum mall. But as people say good food will find their way to you..special mention for their pork kohtey, smoked bbq chicken n schezwan pork for starters and their hakka noodles with sweet and sour pork will make u dance on a snake charmer's tune..Amazing on taste..dimly lit restaurant and a low on pocket pinch. This place is ideal for those lovebirds looking for a cozy place to eat good food..Cheers!!! :)đ
An awesome place to have an authentic Chinese delicacies..The ambience is just to soothing and the food is extremely good and very reasonable. The seating space is quite less. But overall a nice place to visit.
Little bit odd place hard to find out. Ambiance and comfort is 3.5/5.
But huge thumbs up to their foods. Its good really. If you are a chinese food lover try this out. And the price to food ratio is also good Nothing to complain.
Tried- 1. Veg Fired Rice- Average 3.5/5.
2. Chilli Chicken- 4/5
Ordered for Chicken Steam Momo and Chicken PAN fried momos. Thereâs nothing more to say about this place. This is a cult place I have been seeing for years and the quality remained same. Last time I visited back in 2008 so after more than 11 years paid a visit. The food quality is great as usual
The pork curry was amazing and the chicken fried rice was unbeatable. Give a try to chicken Momo. Loved it.
"Treasure always found hidden"
Yesterday morning I recommend my uncle for this restaurant.....and thus going through the photos of food
Then I decided to go for food too,
So when I reached there on the location there is no trace of the restaurant...after lot of finding we actually find the treasure.....yes it's the treasure....lovely food in great quantity at so cheap rate give me the feeling of treasure hunt...if you talk about the environment actually I liked it because it gives me that #homely #hilly type of feelings.
So,go and just test the authenticity in #kolkatan style
very tiny place..bt known for good chinese food..items was good in taste and quantity was too good..price is very cheap..overall a good place for food at pocket pinch
Though it's a very shabby place but the dishes were authentic chinese dishes. We had ordered Chicken steam momo, Chilly pepper chicken, Chicken fried rice, Egg meifoon. Lemon chicken, Shanghai chicken, Chilly fish. Each of the dishes tasted heavenly and pocket friendly too.
The steam momos here are heavenly. Juicy and minced chicken in every bite is worth 100 bucks.
I am a fan of this place from my first visit itself..a small place in the lanes of Elgin..serving some delicious recipes...one of the finest food I had in a while..must visit place...not at all expensive..
Tibetan Delight serves a wide range or Chinese cuisines which are absolutely delicious and mouthwatering.
Everything in the menu has it's own flavour and aroma . The best part is everything in the menu is with in reasonable price and is absolutely delicious. I'll ofcourse recommend this place to anyone who's searching for some delicious Chinese cuisines .
Located near elgin. The place is a hidden gem. They serve good chinese cuisine with good quantity.
Location : Closest to Rabindra Sadan Metro Gate no 3. It's on a easy to miss lane. Inspite of following google maps we wandered for about 10mins before finding this small joint.
Ambience : Ok. Small and dimly lit joint with a very small sitting area.
Food : Absolute delight. The quantity and quality of the items were good. This joint serves some authentic tibetan dishes.
We ordered :
Roasted Chilli Pork
Pork Kothey
This surprise is located in the lane of exide more which is difficult to reach until not known. But this place lived upto its expectation and name. This place serves authentic tibetian cuisine. We ordered mixed thuppa, veg fried rice, garlic chicken and chicken momo. The quantity is good, and food is tasty. The price is economical and a must go place in kolktata.
Pocket friendly food. But i didn't like d ambience..it ws bit small as well
Yesterday going for lunch..
The resturant stands on a small narrow lane. It's hard to find it. It's better to ask someone for first time comers...
Looks and feel : 4.5 out of 5, though they have a very short place containing 4 tables with accommodation of 16 peoples but they have really a nice decoration. It is non ac but have a dream light effect...
Service : 3.5 out of 5, service was good..
Food : It is the time for food session, we orderd 2 plate of Veg Hakka Noodles and 1 plate of Hong-Kong Chicken.
The noodles was very very tasty.. It also contains too much off veggies đ
đ
.. All though the chicken was not so good..
So for the Noodles, it is 5 out of 5
And for the chicken, it is 2.5 out of 5
It's the ultimate place for having authentic Tibetan food in your budget. The chicken momo and pork momo (both steamed) they serve is so delicious. They are good in size with sufficient amount of filling , the broth is translucent and comforting. It's ultimate delicacy
Very cozy place with best momos and pork dishes in kolkata! One of my all time favorite place to hangout and have a bite of tasty pork!
It is a HIDDEN JEM in Kolkata
The place is great to celebrate with friends. A must visit if you close to this place. The food is authentic and tasty
There is this shady little place within 5 mins of walking from Exide more .. it is really difficult to locate but then pretty well known in the area & localities can help you find your way.
Nothing much to talk about ambiance.
We went there mainly for momos which we had-
Chicken steamed momos
Chicken pan fried momos in schezwan sauce
Momos were pretty good .. steaming momos with red chilli sauce & hot soup .. the kind which makes you instantly happy on a rainy evening!!
Would love to try out more of their dishes, especially the pork ones.
Visit this place only for the love for Tibetan food & nothing else.
Happy eating đ
A hard to locate and a small restaurant. Although it offers pocket-friendly food with good taste. They don't have AC or the extra GST. The ambiance is cozy although I won't suggest if you are claustrophobic. Apart from that, the food is exceptionally good according to its price point. Worth a try if you are hungry and you got a low budget.
Located in an alley at Rabindra Sadan finding it for the first time is quite difficult but once you find it, you find paradise. Schezwan pan fried momo and chinese chopsuey are a must try. The place is non-airconditioned and can hold upto 16 people at a go. Big groups might have a problem in finding a place as it is always crowded and you can see people waiting in that narrow alley just to taste its taste
We ordered three dishes
âĸChicken thukpa
âĸChicken Hakka noodles
âĸChicken Manchurian
All of them were food. Quantity was more than enough for three people.
They served the food within 10 minutes of the order. Ambience was okayish but you can't complain about that because it's way too cheap except for momos which are 100 for 5. My only regret is, couldn't try their momos as they were way too costly. The location is a bit interior so it's difficult to find it. Overall good.
By far the best Chinese food i'v ever tasted!! The roasted chili pork had very less spices but very flavourful and moist pork slices! The kothe was ok but the rice was tasty with quantity of all being very good! Definitely will recommend it to everyone. Just tracking down the restaurant is a bit of a task!!
Loved the experience. It's actually a hidden treasure.
Ordered
1.Egg meifoon for the first time and it was worth trying, absolutely delicious.
2. Tibetan delight special fried rice: very tasty and enough for two, came with papad and an egg omlate over it
3. Salt and pepper chicken: delicious
4. Hot garlic fish: soft fish pieces, enough for two.
You want Chinese? This is the ultimate place to enjoy Chinese food. It is a small joint with dim lights. It serves one of the most yummies Chinese dishes. Try their pork it's yum.

đ´ Location: Closest to Rabindra Sadan metro gate no. 3. It's in an easy to miss lane opposite P.C. Chandra Jewelers.
đĩ Food: We ordered Chicken Kothey (momos with one side fried and one side steamed) and Chicken gravy noodles. The food was decent and the portion was enough for two people to share.
đ´ Decor and Ambiance: Nothing to write home about. It has about 4 tables and is dimly lit.
đĩ Service: It was quick and the staff was efficient. We had heard about the long queue which this place usually garners and decided to head out early. But even around 6pm we were extremely lucky to find it almost empty.
Both of the items costed us 320/-. It is an extremely pocket friendly eating house and obviously a hidden gem.
TIBETAN DELIGHT. Another HIDDEN GEM in the deep alleys of Elgin road. Its nearest location will be : Opposite to the Rabindra Sadan metro gate(Pc Chandra gate).
It was my 1st restuarant where I tried PORK for the very 1st time :'3 and I loved it. Since then my 1st preference for meat has changed to pork from muttonđŦ
We had:
âSmoked pork with barbecue sauce: 180/-
Thin slices of pork meat tossed in barbecue sauce with bell peppers, onions and green chillys. A simple preparation to fall for đ 4/5
âTibetan special fried rice- 180/-
Covered with a blanket of perfectly made omelette and decorated with prawn chips comes a treasure yet to be discovered. The rice is so good that you can eat it on its own. 5/5
âMixed meifoon- 180/-
The strands of the meifoon are so light that it tickles your mouth đ¤ The taste is amazing and satisfying to the soul.5/5
âChicken with Babycorn- 180/-
Loved it. The huge bowl of this side dish is enough for 4 peopleđŽ Good amount of chicken and baby corn pieces with red and green peppers. The gravy is really tasty. 4.5/5
âMixed gravy chowmein- 170/-
I am a fan of gravy noodles. It was mesmerizingly good and also heart filling. Pure love. đ 5/5
â Slice pork with mushroom-180/-
A bit watery. It would have been good if the gravy was a little dry. Still the ingredients ie. Pork and mushrooms were ample in amountâ¤ī¸ 3/5
The decor is like on core Chinese restaurants with red lanterns and dragon wall paintings. It's a very small place which could accommodate not more than 15-16people at a time. The service is good and it's a tax free restuarant. One of my all time favourites.
This place is amazing. They serve excellent pork Thukpa . The ambience is very rusty and real. The price is perfect. It is a charming place.
Good and cheap food. Really good behaviour. But sometime they delivers wrong dishes. Otherwise; it is the best place to hang out with friends or family members.
Super reasonably priced food with decent ambience. It was a task to locate it. But quantity and quality of the food both were great. Tried chicken Manchuria and mixed noodles which had plenty chicken, prawn, eggs and pork. Total was something around rs300 which was super cheap.
Recently visited this place with a friend
It's a quaint little place, a bit difficult to locate at first, you might need to ask the locals for the exact location.
The food here is top notch especially the Kothey Momos.
Those were Juicy,Soft and were amazing.
The Roasted Chilli Pork was amazing too
The Hakka Noodles was okayish. But it went well with the Pork.
The Steamed Momos were delectable and absolutely a melt-in the mouth type.
It is indeed a hidden gem. Not many people know about this place may be because it is located in the narrow lanes among old buildings but it is worth a try.
This place is a definition of authentic Tibetan dishes. It is also a pocket friendly place. Though it has mediocre ambience but the hospitality & food is worth remembering. Must try for momo lovers.
Nice, cozy and a legendary place for Tibetian food in Calcutta. Hard to find but the real foodies will have no problems. Great quality food at reasonable prices. Though, I think their momos have dipped a bit in quality as in they are now giving less chicken though the Thukpa is really good & filling.
food is awsome.
must try
1. chkn kothey
.2. chinese chopsuey
3. chicken with barbq sauce.
this place is very small but serves mouth watering tibetian food
The place is full of excitement and of great experience. I went there on 30th dec. The place is quite small only 16 people can accommodate once. Because of the rush time we had to wait 45min to get our table. The place needs to be more clean, hygienic and service is a bit slow. The good part it they serve such a authentic meal that all the flaws will become opaque. I'll recommend to try their mix garlic noodles đ must have if you like spicy dish, mix thukpa, steam momo. We have ordered Schezwan chicken but that was not flavourful. Also one thing, they only accept cards.
The kothey was simply delicious, but the pork and chicken both tasted flat, expected better peices of pork in that price range .
Hidden gem in South Kolkata for all Chinese cuisine lover.
Not a typical restaurant you would expect ...but trust me it's worth it.
Pocket friendly restaurant ,food portion also very reasonable.
Tried - Pork Steam Momo ( rs.100)
Roasted Pork dry (rs.230)
Mixed gravy noodles (rs.250)
From Instagram so-called "vloggers" we came to know about this place, so we kinda knew about the ambience, as it is an old place we didn't expect anything posh or cute. But yes, this place is very popular because people keep waiting to get a table.
Now coming to the food, we took- steam chicken momo, panfried chicken momo, panfried pork momo, chilli dry chicken, and chilli dry pork. The steam momo was great, it took me straight to Darjeeling. The sauce they used for the panfried had a sweet and spicy taste but the sweet was too much, we felt. I liked the chilli chicken but it wasn't very dry, rather it was saucy. But the taste was ok. The quality of pork was also good. I won't say it was excellent but it was good.
Chicken kothey was the best.. went there for the second time and the experience was overall nice.. food quantity quality decent... pocket friendly..
Had some amazing food .
The ambience is okayish , kinda tough for non locals to reach out to this restaurant as there is no such big hoarding or name plate, not much decors , an old and very simple place but once you reach the place and start having food ...That's when you realize the worth of this place.
P.s : Another thing to be kept in mind before going in is ....You can't use any other payment option , other than cash . We faced some issues cauz we use gpay wherever we go , so I just mentioned it before-hand, just in case you need .
DO NOT go to this place if - 1. You are claustrophobic 2. You hate waiting 3. You love great ambience 4. You are a stickler for hygiene.
Go only if you are a foodie and bargain hunter, for the food is great and prices very reasonable. Most patrons are college students looking for something easy on the pocket, so you will get stares if you are a middle aged foodie like me.
Highly Highly Recomendend.
Go with ONLY CASH, because there is no cashless payment mode.
And just eat with your heart.
Here are some glimpse of
Mixed Fried Rice & Roasted Chilil Pork.
Dear Reader,
Hopefully you're doing well
I had a wonderful experience at Tibetan Delight cafe near Rabindra Sadan in Kolkata. The ambiance truly transported me to a Tibetan environment, creating a unique and immersive dining experience. The quality of the food was impressive, with a focus on snacks and fast food that tasted delicious and authentic. Whether you're a fan of Tibetan cuisine or simply looking for a cozy place to enjoy great food, this cafe is definitely worth a visit. The friendly staff and the attention to detail in creating a Tibetan atmosphere added to the overall charm. Highly recommended!
Thank you for your time âŖī¸
Hidden gem (literally) as it's quite hard to find but both the food and portion size are great. It has a dark chinese aesthetic (lack of light and Buddhism influenced decoration) which is perfect for a dinner date if your partner is low maintenance and enjoys good food.
I have nothing much to complain about except maybe hygiene and the fact that they still don't accept UPI/online payment, so don't forget your sanitizer and cash.
This place is a little bit difficult to reach if you come there for the first time. You can see a white colored old building just beside the Nirod Kumar Das jewellery shop. Just go through the passage of the white old building. You can notice the Tibetan Delight hoarding just above the entrance of the gate. You will go through a narrow passage and then turn right. Now you've to go through a narrower passage than the before and you can reach there.
Although it's not too difficult to reach as it seems like. You can call the number before reaching there.
As the passage is too narrow, so no enough space for car.
You may have to wait to get a table as the number of table is only 4. So reservation is recommended. And if you're alone or with only one person you may have to share your table with strangers. But the waiting is definitely worth cause the dishes are top notch. Service is also good.
Although I personally feel that they should change the lighting arrangement cause it's too dim make the ambience darker.
And another cons is that they accept only cash.
Quality food â¤
They provide fresh food at a decent price. I have enjoyed my mixed Thukpa. Fried rice was also good. But the momo was pretty average.
But the one of the issue with that place is, it is in not that clean, and the place have some bad smell.
If you want some great ambience then it isn't a place for you.
Also note that they only accept cash.
Among the oldest Chinese momo shops in Kolkata is the "Tibetan Delight"𤊠restaurant, very close to Sambhunath Pandit Hospital near Exide Mor, Kolkata.
đAddress - It is a short walk from Gate 4 of Rabindra Sadan Metro.
đĢFood - The food here is quite good. But long ago, very good food was available here, now its quality has decreased a lotđ. But when you go here, you can enjoy Chinese food in a small shop.đ
Here you will get steam momos (chicken, pork) to eat well, also you will get pan fried momos here I really liked the pork pan fried momos here. â¤ī¸â¤ī¸
Besides, fried rice and mix fried rice are available here which you can eat comfortably for 2 people. đ¸đđŧ
đ¤¤The "Roasted Chili Pork" is very good here. Another thing that is very good here is the "Lemon Chiken" which contains the impossible lemon. If someone likes to eat sour then this will be very good for him.đđ
In one word Tibetan Delight is a place where you can go for any pork dish and enjoy it your way.đ¤Šđ¤ŗđŊđ
1. Food is great.
2. Nearly all food mentioned in menu card are always available.
3. Small restaurant. 4 tables with 16 chairs are there only. So better calculate time alongwith waiting period of approx. 10- 15 mins.
4. Location is deep inside a narrow lane which ends up with the restaurant.
5. No A/C but will not feel the heat as sun never enters the room and room is somewhat damp.
Here you can get authentic Chinese food with great taste. Delicious pork items served here. Highly recommended for Chinese lovers.â¤ī¸đ
The renowned place for authentic Tibetan and Chinese dishes. The waiting time may be long, depending on which day you come. The path to enter there from main road might be difficult even if you are equipped with Google map. Contacting the restaurant number would be helpful in that time.
It was rainy late afternoon and we stopped by Exide. Absolute sudden plan and I have never been here before. Walking through a cozy narrow street didn't realise ever there could be such an awesome place to eat. Rich tapestry of emotions, sentiments and tastes. The ambience was dark with romantic vintage lighting. Food was tempting, we had chicken momo , mixed rice and dry chilly pork. Would visit again..and again..and again...

This is not a very fancy restaurant, it's a Tibetan eating house. You have to share tables with other customers. The entry is a bit tricky. Follow Google maps, and then FOLLOW their signboards.
Now about the food. It's cheap and it's amazing. And that's what eating from these houses means,
Portion is really large, I mean you can hardly eat anything after having a full plate of steamed chicken momos.
Sitting area is short, so in peak hours you may have to wait for a while.
Must try : steamed chicken momos, roasted chili pork.
