A good outlet to meet your burger cravings..I like that they serve the burgers with chips..and it will fill your tummy as well..you should definitely try their burgers..its situated in the food court of south city mall..
One of the best places at South City food court. Service here is great. But that's not why we go to food joints. We go for consuming carbs.
I have had their burger once. It was spot on. I would have preferred the cheese a little more molten but besides that everything else was great!

One of my old favourites. I love their sandwiches and the Caesar 's salad. Do give it a try. The salad has fresh iceberg lettuce and chunks of chicken, with croutons and grated cheese and mayo. I highly recommend this.

This very place is located at the South City Mall Food court. Where you have so many options to eat still this place is doing fine with some fast food and mexican stuff. Tried the Ceasar Salad. It contained good amount of capsicum, lettuce and Mayo with filled small chicken stips. Small bread chunks were spread over too. Its a must try here.
I have only tried their Chicken Ceasar Salad. And I must say I do love it. I think it was better before. But I still like it. Its loaded with mayo and cheese and all that yumminess. They need to just chop their veggies smaller, especially the cabbage. And previously they had more croutons, which was nice.
A very underrated food counter in the south city food court, this is an excellent alternative to the usual kfc, pizza hut and subway options. Serving Mexican food, while not having the widest variety, this restaurant believes in quality and quantity.
The Caesar salad is specially recommended to anyone trying a healthy route, and even if you are not adding cheese or sauces make this an extremely attractive option. Nachos and sandwiches made here also provide value for money.

This was also a food outlet in South City mall's food court.. They served plenty of subs, sandwiches and Salads. Tried their chicken sandwich couple of times very much tasty and they gave plethora of chickens in it.

The chicken patty is really nice. the salad dressing could have been better. Veg burger is okayish. not too heavy on the pocket.
Sandwich was really tasty. The rate was also reasonable. Potato wedges was also good. Would like to taste more of their items. Everyone should go for it.
Hotwich stared at us everytime we had a hangout at south city.. It was right in front of us, but we never tried it.. Finally, we decided to give it a try, and see if it was good or not.. We ordered 3 items, all sandwiches, mainly because my parents dont like burgers..
Crunchy Roast Chicken Foccaccia Wich for mum, a Grilled Chicken Tikka Healthy Wich for dad, and a large Meat Overload all to myself..
The fillings of each of them was the same, mayo sauce, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers.. The only thing varying were the chicken types.. You can understand them easily from the menu..The tikka, was, as expected, a bit spicy than the crunchy roast chicken, and my wich had plenty of chicken, ham, salami that I could not complain about.. Overall, nice and relatively cheap, would like to visit once more..
Have been a fan of their awesome Chicken Caesar salad, since ages. Was at South city, last poila boisakh, and gorged on the Caesar salad once again. We had also ordered for the Chicken Tikka Healthy sandwich, which proved to be another yummy offering. So, if anybody is looking for healthy food at the South city food court, this is definitely the place to be.
I have not tasted lots of items from this outlet but ordered a chicken caesar salad only once. I loved the taste and did not feel the price to be too high to be called as unjustified but the quantity could be a little more. The quality was good. I would like to taste the other items on their menu in future.
Tried out their masala potato wedges and french fries. Not very good but okay. Pricey. Even my daughter who love potato so much didn't like it atall neither do my parents.

So the scene is, I have become vegetarian for a month and I am so fond of chicken that noting absolutely NOTHING pleases my taste buds these days.
Had Quesadilla today. Veg! Ans the dips cheered my chicken craving soul. The Quesadilla was also well made and perfectly crisp. Although we were made to wait for some time till the food was delivered and given the fact that food court never serves over the top food quality, I quite liked what I ate today :

I am a person who loves bread .... hence Hotwich in the Food Court of South City Mall was a place I should have tried way back but did not because of Subway's presence however of late Subway has fallen from grace for me so I looked at other options. I can vouch for both the Chicken Hot Dog which was pretty nice as well as the Super Double Decker both of which I have eaten on a number of occasions. My friend who ate the Bombay Double Decker which is a vegetarian sandwich really enjoyed it. A nice option for a quick bite !
I am a sucker for good Mexican food. Hotwich most certainly does not conform to any of the known standards of authenticity, but it manages to dish up some decent meals all the same. My favourite item here is the chicken quesadilla - nothing like a real quesadilla, but quite light and with a nice filling. The accompanying sour cream is also quite good. I enjoy their grilled ham & cheese and chicken sandwiches as well. They are very filling and you can choose your type of bread. The chicken hotdog isn't very good, though - too spicy and with a bland hotdog. The chilli cheese toast ia fairly decent.
Overall, I'd recommend it for the sandwiches and quesadillas. Don't come here expecting real Mexican fare, though!

The person who manages this food outlet is quite friendly and jovial. He took our orders and promptly served us hot and fresh food. We ordered for some Tomato salsa nachos and chicken quesadillas. For those who do not have no idea about Mexican cuisine, let me throw some light on this matter. Nachos are a lip smacking snack that is immensely popular in Mexico. It is a preparation of crispy corn tortilla chips dipped or served with cheese sauce and jalapeno peppers. You can opt for a variety of toppings for nachos like olives, lettuce, tomatoes, beans, etc. Quesadillas, on the other hand, are toasted Mexican tortillas stuffed with varied types of ingredients (vegetables or chicken) and melted cheese. Wholesome and nourishing, nachos and quesadillas are just what you want when you are ravenously hungry.
At Hotwich/Mr. Potato you can get to eat some really delicious masala potato wedges, burgers and sandwiches. Vegetarians can opt for a roast vegetable sub and paneer tikka roomali wrap which are wholesome and delectable. Apart from nachos and quesadillas, we had some chicken chilli cheese toast, super double decker and malai tikka in Pita. We actually liked the fusion-style cooking and unique taste of each item at Hotwich/Mr. Potato. I found that Hotwich/Mr. Potato was the ideal place to enjoy Mexican- Indian bites in South Kolkata.
Well, this is a really good one at South City,,,,but i generally do not like mexican food.
The chicken ceaser salad is wow..i fell in love with it.
The chicken chilly cheese toast was tasty too.
Prices are affordable and staff is friendly. Service is quick.
The Malai Tikka is good too.

A great and big mall in South Kolkata. Various brands are available here.There is everything from game zones for kids to cinema halls to dining areas each and everything is there.Food court is also very big and a lot of options are available to eat.
A great place for families with children to spend time also for couples.
Many big brands also give discounts during the festive season. I personally like the mall.

Went there last week on a chilly Christmas afternoon. Really had a hard time finding the parking as it was Christmas and there was a lot of rush. However, finally found parking in this mall. There was just so much rush everywhere. If things were bad in the shops and other places in the mall, it was terrible in the food court as you could hardly get a place to sit and there was lot of rush at the counters. Luckily due to demonetization, all the shops were accepting credit cards as otherwise normally you need to pay cash to get a prepaid card using which you need to make your purchases. The kids enjoyed their rides on the 2nd floor. Overall, the mall is Outstanding 🙃
South City mall is a known to everyone.

During every occasion this mall is decorated very well and looks beautiful
Now the infrastructure of this central mall is going better than 2 years ago.

One of the the best mall in the city of kolkata. Pretty much big. You have both escalator and elevator options for going upstairs and downstairs. There are restrooms at all the floors.The restrooms are big and clean. It has nearly all the multinational clothing brands and other accessories brands there. At the top floor there is a very very large food court.If you looking for movie you have Inox there . he movie experience is better here than the other multiplex in the city. You also have the options for Multistoried car parking there...
our family visit to South City Mall was a delightful outing filled with good food and successful Pujo shopping. South city mall has a huge space and many outlets for various brands along with a good food court on top floor with variety of options to choose from.. one can also enjoy open terrace restaurant along with in house sitting.. the space available is enough for 500 people at one time.. can be a bit costly when compared to outside outlet of same brands..

The South City Mall is probably Kolkata's biggest shopping mall only comparable to Quest. It has an excellent collection of all luxury brands such as Sephora, Zara, Armani Exchange, Vero Moda, Charles and Keith etc which you won't find anywhere else in Kolkata. Another really good thing about the mall is that you can just walk in here to get a taste of Kolkata and it is always decked up in accordance to the festivities going on around that time. During Durga Puja the mall is nicely decorated with a Bengali theme while during Christmas it has a beautiful different kind of decoration. It also has a wide variety of stalls in the food court that you could just visit and gorge on all the yummy food.
