1. The chicken parcel is my all time favourite item . It contains white sauce into it and enough number of chicken . And if you are a cheese lover (just cheesy smell, never found it ) you should definately try it once .
2. The chicken ss is kind of chinese tasted dish . It is made of like red chilli chicken sauce and delicious in taste in a very affordable price . The only feedback is that i does'nt contain enough chicken into it .

Located in Kankurgachi, this place is one of my all time favourites. The Ambience is simple but the food is excellent and so is the service. Pocket Pinch is extremely reasonable. Recommended. :)

This place is near to my house and I had no idea it could be so good and comfy. Situated just opposite to Tanishq Kankurgachhi which is 1 min walk from Kankurgachhi Pantaloons, this restaurant serves variety of foods like Indian Mughali and Chinese.
The taste as well as the quantity is super good also the pricing.
If u live nearby and donât wanna go so far for a decent lunch or dinner this place is the best for u. They have bar on the ground floor and restaurant on the first. Though they serve alcohol in the restaurant also.
The ambiance is cozy and comfy with minimal lights.
The service is good and ur order will take 10-15 min to be prepared and served.
The staff is good with good behaviour.
The food is delicious.

I have been dining at this restaurant for more than 15 years now. Love the Chinese food here. As for the Indian menu - chicken lababdar and fish irani are drool worthy. Dum Biryani is good. Taste, hygiene and good service has kept us loyalists. Value for money.

I visited this place for a several times and tried out the chinese as well as the south indian food items.
A few days back I went there again and had chicken hakka noodles and hong kong chicken for lunch which were great in taste.
All the chinese dishes I've tried out so far are really very good in taste and served in a good proportion too.

I visit this place very often, as it is just across my home. The food quantity and quality is really good. The south Indian and the Chinese food here is really recommended. The only problem is it is small in size, so there are only tables for 4, so if it is a big group you have to take more than one tables.

đ This time I ordered idli, crispy chilli babycorn, veg hakka chowmein, chilli paneer. Items were fresh and tasty. But sometimes you should check the chutneys with the south indian food. Not that I had bad experience but I've found others complaining about lack of fressness. On other occasions I've also had soups, augratin, pizza, uttapam, tutti frutti and their awesome confectionery pastries. đ° I think their confectionery is the best offering! You should definitely have their pastries if nothing else. You have to pay extra for confectionery if you have them inside the restaurant. I usually takeaway after having food at their restaurant.

Pure Vegetarian food.. South Indian food at it best. Try there Cheese Masala Dosa.. They only have a couple of variety of pizza, but both are equally delicious.. would like the management to add more pizza options.

Located just beside Kankurgachi Pantaloons this plc is an absolute favourite of most people. They serve tit bits and chinese as well as South Indian food. I love the cheese dosa and uttapam. You can also try their spring rolls they are awesome.
They also serve the best cakes. I would suggest you guys should go and buy the cakes they already have rather than pre-ordering from them.

This is the first time I have ordered form Rose as recommended by one of my friend. And it really satisfied and pleased me. I ordered it for my birthday and each and everyone liked it. And inside they serve chinese continental amd south indian food. Visited here on valentine's day for dinner. Ordered chicken fried rice , chef's special chicken which was filled with cashew and pineapple all sorts of other veggies. It was wrapped in an egg omlette. This is one of the oldest restaurant in Kankurgachi. They have maintained there's food quality till date. I love their Chinese, Northern menu. Although the price is bit high but you can always rely on the quality and quantity.

Tried their pastries. The chocolate mudpie, brownie and pizza are really tasty. But the best thing about them is their amazing dosas. You can't miss their dosas if you're in this area.
This is one of my fav restaurants in Kolkata. Situated nearby tu my house, they deliver hot and sumptuous south Indian food within a matter of 20 mins. The only concern I have is that the delivery staff is not available all the time. Hence they should opt for swiggy or zomato to enable delivery round the clock.
Great dining place. Ideal for a date. The price of the food is average. The ambience is satisfying. Bar is available here too. The mutton kosha and kulcha is fabulous. The biriyani too taste great. The price is a bit heavy on pocket.
The place is quite small and remains crowded most of the time, possibly because of the lack of good restaurants nearby. The prices were quite high which was a bummer considering how the place is done up. We had ordered Chinese and a pizza, the quantity of the food was superb which kinda made up for the pricing. The taste was decent, not too bad not too good, somewhere in the middle. Not a bad option to visit if you are in that area.
My home my place and have been there every time I reach Kolkata. Tasty food served hot with minimalist attitude and great đ service. The tandoori and the Singapore noodles and the biryani for my mom has always lived upto its experience and expectations. This is located somewhere near Kankurgachi inside a hotel. I am not very familiar with the roads of Kankurgachi. I had been returning from Madhyam Gram with a friend of mine when i had got to try this restaurant.Â
The ambiance of the restaurant is a little dimly lit but has got class service (courteous staffs) and good food. As we were in a hurry and did not want to eat much, we just went on ordering the nibbles.

â Sweet Corn Chicken Soup - The soup arrived quite fast. It had ample chicken pieces. The gravy was not very thick. It was just perfect. The corns were perfectly boiled. The soup tasted Great. #nomnomnom
â Chicken Lollipop - The Lollipop was good too. However, the coating could have been a little thin and it was a little dry. Nonetheless, tasted really good. I took a bit of ketchup with it. #perfect #lipsmacking

Rose restaurant has been our family restaurant for years. We admire the quality of food served.
You get the actual flavor and essence of that Mughal food.
Also you get a variety of beverage that includes alcohol too.
Inspite of being this great at it's services and quality, you do have to wait a long time to get a table during any of occasion.
Food is quite good especially dosas; masala is quite delicious. Not bland like some of the better known eateries. Fried rice, chilly chicken n other Chinese dishes are well made. All in all food is tasty.
