The moderately spicy gravy had succulent pieces of small boneless chicken tossed in sweet, savoury dark soya syrupy sauce mixed with crunchy vegetables, dried Chillis. One afternoon I ordered food from China Bite. We had Veg chilli garlic rice,Kung pao chicken and Pepper garlic chicken. The veg chilli garlic rice was quite spicy and tasty
The Kung Pao chicken on the other hand was hot and spicy. They had served big pieces of chicken. Coming to the pepper garlic chicken, it complimented well with the veg chilli garlic rice and was quite good. This place is best for takeaway. Their packaging can be improved but overall it was quite good for an afternoon lunch on a boring Sunday...

While scrolling through the zomato feed I came across this outlet and their combos seemed quite pocket friendly so I went ahead with ordering this combo of veg chilli garlic rice, pepper garlic chicken and Kung Pao chicken.
The veg chilli garlic rice was really delicious and had the right amount of kick to it.
The pepper garlic chicken in white gravy was in itself a bit bland but that actually clicked well with the spicy rice.
The kung Pao chicken was average.
But on the whole I quite liked the combo.The packaging was good too, no leaks and properly sealed. Good job guys!

Chinese gateaway @ China Bite, Kasba.!
A quaint little joint near Kasba Shitala Mandir, popular for its lipsmacking and mouthwatering Chinese food. Not much of a sitting option, this place exclusively offers delivery and take-away options. There is a separate section though, which is used when guests from far-away places arrive, those, who are die-heart fans coming from different nooks and corners of this city. We started with the likes of Pan Fried Momo. A popular version of Momo, which comprised of minced chicken flavoured with spices, which is then pan fried until crisp and golden brown. Top this up with some lovely spicy sauce, and you are going to have a lovely concoction of flavors.
For other starters, we tried the Pepper Garlic Fish and Fried and Wrapped Chicken. The Fish dish was subtle with a slight hint of both pepper and garlic to give in the pinch and the zing on the already succulent portion of the fish. The Fried and Wrapped Chicken was a unique one, with a lovely wrapping of egg whites over the Chicken, on to the likes of Kabiraji. For the vegetarians, they can try the likes of Crispy Chilli Babycorn, comprising of babcorn cooked till crispy and tossed with chillies to give it a kick.
Moving on to the mains, there was the wonderful option of Szechuan Noodles and Spicy Coriander Fried Rice to be paired up with the Chilli Basil Chicken or the Fish in Chilli Devils Sauce. Both the Noodles and Rice had a spicy kick to it, with the Fried Rice having the edge in terms of flavour profile. The Chilli Basil Chicken added up as a perfect pairing for these spicy staples, balancing the heat and complimenting the texture of the noodles and the rice. The Fish in Chilli Devils Sauce was delicious as well, which otherwise I would prefer with a plain Fried Rice.
They do have a couple of combo offers, which can be availed at a very reasonable price. The portions are quite huge but you can always opt for their half portions when it comes to ordering maincourse.

Well I am very skeptical in choosing Chinese restaurants. .Still going by the reviews orders Schezwan Chicken fried rice. N truth be told , I wasnt disappointed. Taste and quantity was great. . Only thing I missed was the chilly vinegar accompanying it. Must be an honest mistake. Still worth it. Wil order today again.

I had ordered drums of heaven. Must say that this place really does full justice to the name of the dish. Hot and steaming pieces of chicken were a real delight in the cold winter evening. For my personal preference I would like it little more well coated and some more onions thrown in. Delicious experience. Keep it up.

Few days back ordered some great authenticated chinese foods from china bite kasba. It is very near to my place. No doubt, the food was great in taste and the quantity was also very good.
Ordered their pan fried chilly fish, mayo garlic fish, dry chill chicken
Chicken Fried rice was great and full with minced chicken. The taste was fabulous. As a side dish ordered Garlic Chicken.
Overall it was great and I loved my dinner.
It's really hard to find a perfect place for momos.China Bite is a small joint near Bosepukur petrol pump mainly for take away. They serve amazing momos, the fillings are full of chicken with a thin coating which tastes damn delicious.

Just been to China Bite with my wife and kid . Small outlet but awesome food . It's a delightful experience.
We ordered Mushroom salt and Pepper which was just perfect nice n juicy . Most importantly no smell as it was cleaned well .
Another beautiful dish we ate was Moon foon Fried rice. It had lovely starnish flavour . Aroma was wow ! The quality and quantity of Mixed rice was good as we had ordered 2 plates for 3 of us and it was more than sufficient.
We had Hunan Chicken , which was less spicy and chicken pieces were wholesome and had less batter .
China bite visit any day was worth our money on a Wednesday evening. Another thing which touched my heart was staff asked almost all the guests about our likening of their food etc ...felt good they valued our opinion so much.

Had ordered Mayo Garlic Fish its was out of the world . Better than Tangra restaurant. Fish was soft and perfectly balanced in Mayo sauce to weave magic .
The other starter was Fried Chicken ...wrapped in egg it was lovely . Chicken pieces were juicy and perfectly tender and the egg wrap added a twist.
Apart from this we had Shanghai noodles mix which was spicy and tasted awesome . Chilli wine fish with tangy wine flavour was nice discovery . I am not sure we had tasted it anywhere else.
Lovely discovery and I must say if you are around south Kolkata this is the place to order Chinese.
I've no words to describe China Bite. Whenever our cook is not present and we are unable to cook our food, China Bite becomes our savior. I've had their fried rice, noodles, chilli chicken and some of their other dishes ncluding Momo's ,veg soups and gravies. And all of them were equally majestic and delicious in taste as they were able to mix the perfect essence of the Chinese cuisine. Their quantity is perfect as well and I've never faced any issues with their taste, quality, quantity and packaging. Prices are decent although I receive a lot of offers and discounts from this restaurant on swiggy.

Chinese preparations are one of my favorite ones after Bengali Cuisine. it has to be spicy and flavorful. In Kolkata, every week every part of the city there is opening a new restaurant. whether itâs a Bengali or Multi-Cuisine I donât mind, a foodie like me always ready to try different types of foods from different cuisines. but, there is some kind of dishes which is not even spicy as well as great in taste. nowadays take away joints are quite popular to avoid the crowd in the restaurant. I am always happy to say these takeaway joints are a life saver. especially if youâre working and living out of your hometown.
The food I ordered were good. Less spicy and less oily. Most importantly they did not use carrots in friedrice which nowadays many restaurants do. Overall a good experience.

This place is located in Kasba. This outlet serving authentic Chinese delicacies in Kasba. It has a small seating arrangement with 3-4 tables. However one can order their delectable dishes. through FoodPanda, Swiggy, Uber-Eats and Zomato. It is a 7 year old outlet specialized in preparing Chinese delicacies.
Coming to the food I tasted,
1) MAYO GARLIC FISH - Small pieces of fish tossed in mayo and garlic and garnished with spring onions. It is a highly recommended dish of this place. The juicy fish pieces mixed with mayo gives a wonderful flavor.
2) STEAM MOMO - Soft steam momo stuffed with generous amount of chicken and served with a spicy sauce.
3) DRUMS OF HEAVEN - Chicken drumsticks pan-fried in schezwan sauce and served. The soft chicken pieces would melt in the mouth once had a bite. Again a recommended dish from this place.

I am talking about a small yet old food joint of Kolkata china bites located in kasba near sitala mandir . The place has very small sitting arrangements hence one must opt for a takeaway . You can directly call them for home delivery or can take the help of their online delivery partners like swiggy Zomato uber eats . They have completed 7 years of service and have gained good popularity . Tried few of their signature dishes such as-
*Drums of heaven - chicken drumsticks tossed in schezwan sauce . It's just another form of chicken lollypop
*Mixed veg in white sauce - something different both in looks as well as in taste. Vegetables coated in batter and finished with a white sauce
*Brown garlic meifoon - a preparation of a rice noodles .
*Chicken noodles -slighly spicy than the previous one .
*Steamed momo - all time favourite starter . This one had a very good stuffing of chicken .
*Kung pao chicken- stir fried spicy chicken dish .

Roasted Chilly Duck was great. The taste was unique and it was very soft.

I haven't visited this place but ordered food quite a few times from here through zomato.
The delivery of this place is really fast and the quality of food was also great.
I have recently ordered chicken moonfoon fried rice, garlic meifoon noodles and lemon chicken with mayo garlic fish.
The noodles and rice were really tasty and of very good quantity. The lemon chicken was the best of the lot though. Around 8 pieces were given in the side dishes.
Packaging was nice and there was no spillage.
So try this place for having tasty Chinese food at home in affordable prices.
Again ordered in my all time fav steamed chicken momos and it was really delicious. There were 6pc of momos, were huge and tasty and came alongwith a soup. I was just wondering why didnât they send in a chutney or sauce alongwith it but the momos with the soup were good enough.

Kung pao chicken was very tasty. And the chicken momos were awesome as well with huge chunks of chicken in it. Garlic chicken was a bit too sour but the pieces were very soft. All the items were stated as bestsellers. And quantity wise they serve a lot. Anyway the experience was nice. The delivery was also fast.

Yesterday I was at Garfa area in my friend's house. We have arranged a small get together and ordered some lip-smacking food. Yes! The place is China Bite. China bite is a purely chinese takeaway joint located near Kasba Bosepukur! Starting from duck to lamb all kind of options you will get from here. Seating is also available but ten people can accommodate. Order 8 or 9 dishes. The delivery was super fast and all the items was very tasty.
Crispy Chilli Baby Corn :- Perfectly crunchy corns perfectly tossed in tangy sauce. Taste was great!
Pepper Garlic Chicken :- Perfect for starter. The pieces of chicken were very soft. And this dish is dry.
Mayo Garlic Fish :- I am recommending this dish. This is absolutely great in taste. And the pieces of fish were too soft.
Apart from this tried chilly wine fish, chicken fried rice, chilly garlic chicken in red bell pepper sauce, chicken shanghai fried rice. Chilly garlic chicken noodles was bit spicy but great in taste.
Overall it was a great experience!

A must visit place for Chinese cuisine lovers. It is located in Bosepukur just opposite to âOnly Alibabaâ on the other side of the road. Though a take-away joint, it has a seating arrangement of 5-6 persons just beside the place so that people can dine in as well.
It is a 7 year old outlet specialized in preparing Chinese delicacies. One can order their delectable dishes through FoodPanda, Swiggy, Uber-Eats and Zomato. The food hygiene of this place is exemplary and the service they provide is very prompt.
Coming to the amazing food I tasted,
1) CHICKEN STEAM MOMO- 5 pieces of Meaty Momos arrived with a bowl of steaming hot Soup and a spicy Chilli-Tomato dip. The dumplingsâ were soft and tasted delicious. Generous amount of Chicken and Veggies stuffing went into the making of these fleshy momos.
2) FRIED AND WRAPPED CHICKEN- Chicken pieces are batter-fried and served wrapped inside Egg omelette. The Chicken pieces are fried to perfection. When given a bite, the soft Chicken wrapper inside the omelette tastes delectable.
3) PEPPER GARLIC FISH- Small fish fillets are coated in batter and panfried in Garlic Chilly sauce. Pepper and Garlic gives a wonderful essence to the dish but also makes the fish little spicy. Onions, Bell Peppers and Spring Onions are used in this dish.
4) CHICKEN SCHEZWAN NOODLES- Another spicy noodles preparation. Schezwan sauce has been used in the preparation of this. Along side diced Chicken pieces, Carrots, Bell Peppers and Chillies go into the making of this.
5) SPICY CHICKEN CORIANDER FRIED RICE- One of my favorites which I would recommend from the place. The Rice has a green texture due to use of Coriander. Diced Chicken pieces and spring onions are used in the preparation with less veggies.
6) CHILLY BASIL CHICKEN- Basil is the main ingredient for the preparation of the gravy. It lends a beautiful freshness to the dish, contrasting the spicy chilies, pungent garlic, and savory-sweet chicken. The Chicken pieces are batter friend and then cooked in the Basil and Chilly gravy which adds an amazing flavor to the dish.
7) FISH IN CHILLY DEVILâS SAUCE- Devilâs sauce is a spicy sauce made from Raspberry Jam, Brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Tomato sauce, Malt Vinegar, Hot Pepper sauce, Salt and Pepper. Small Fish fillets pan-fried and cooked in this spicy gravy. It complements the Coriander Rice perfectly.
8) ROASTED CHILLY LAMB- Lamb Pieces (With Bone) are pan-fried and served. The bone when cooked gives out a wonderful essence which makes the dish enticing. The dish is spicy and served dry.
9) CRISPY CHILLY BABY CORN- Corn pieces are pan-fried in Spicy Chili sauce. Diced garlic also goes into the preparation and it tastes amazing.
Moreover they have introduced few combos at the cheapest prices. (Refer to the Pictures)

This combo of veg chilli garlic rice, pepper garlic chicken and Kung Pao chicken from China Bite is a good deal.
The veg chilli garlic rice was really delicious and had the right amount of kick to it.
The pepper garlic chicken in white gravy was in itself a bit bland but that actually clicked well with the spicy rice.
The kung Pao chicken was average.
But on the whole I quite liked the combo.The packaging was good too, no leaks and properly sealed. Good job guys!
