1. First of all the staffs are very well learned and trained. I found the premises very clean. Staffs were very well behaved and co-operative.
2. The location is also very well connected with other parts of the city.
Very co-operating staff . Dr. Amot kr. Ray is a fantastic Doctors ..very soft spoken and awesome behavior with the patients. He is very patient friendly Doctor. All the staffs spl Maumita under him is equally well behaved and soft spoken kind lady .
All the staff are well behaved and the service is really good but the only problem in DR kumar Chakraborty if possible please change him

Had a great experience with the staff here unlike other medical firms with rude and condescending representatives. Will recommend for family members. Great doctors are again a plus . Definitely will come here for such purpose.
Everything was fine, only it would be better if Doctor's consultation can be arranged online after the tests for patients like us who are not staying in Kolkata.
