I was looking for some good food after a long days work, and suddenly saw Edibowl, which is 5 mins from my house! The other reviews already looked promising and I ordered the pan fried noodles without hesitation and being safe! Really delicious and soul satisfying.
its a great place for hangout...i ordered crispy chilly baby corn, Della casa pizza, virgin mojito, cucumber punch...baby corn and pizza were very satisfying both with the quantity and quality....speaking of the beverages the quantity was not enough as compared to the price, they should pay attention to this...the cucumber punch is very refreshing though... overall its a nice experience.. i highly recommend this place....
One of the best places in Nagerbazar now. Ambience was great. Had barbecue chicken wings. I was fully satisfied with their service and food. The quantity was enough for two people, 12 pcs to be exact. The quality was also very appealing as I could taste barbecue and honey sauce. Will definitely visit again to tryout other dishes.
Both quality and quantity will reveal that you will get what you paid for.

Edibowl Calcutta, located at Satgachi, is a cozy café opened recently. One of the best places I have ever visited. The staffs are extremely cordial and has a strong knowledge of what they offer.
Coming to their food, we ordered spaghetti and black magic(suggested by them). Both were absolutely awesome. The spaghetti was well prepared and extremely delicious while black magic reminded us of our childhood. Portion is also nice and pocket friendly as well. I really liked their warm decor. All in all 5 stars.
Will definitely try the spaghetti with prawns next time.

A small cosy place giving you a feel of a boutique restaurant somewhere in Tuscany.The food is thoughtfully and meticulously crafted. The chef approaches you and enquire about you preference and then the food is cooked keeping in mind the personal preference of the customer.After each dish is served a feedback is taken. Such a personal care for each customer is rare in Kolkata.The staff is so warm that I forgot whether I was in a friend'place or a restaurant meant for business. I revisited this place, for their hospitality quality ingredients and meticulously crafted dishes.This place is a rare gem in North Kolkata. Try it once and it will become your second home.
Awesome place the ambience is very soothing. The behaviour of staff is really friendly. But what I love the most was a desert Manoji. It needs a bit dressing but the texture and the hot and cold combination was great.

This is the second time I went to this place, a cosy food joint near Satgachi crossing.
As the quote goes like this, "Cooking is the love and passion made visible!"
Kudos to the three beautiful souls who came together with the intention of making the visitors feel damn special with their culinary skills and warmth. With their expertise from eminent restaurants and one-to-one interaction with the customers, they deliver their best.
The dishes that we ordered (culminating my both the visits) are:
🍴Satay Gai Chicken, served with peanut chutney.
🍴Chongqing Chicken, spicy fried chicken garnished with red chillies... (I am totally in love with this, yaaa it tasted that good)
🍕 A.O.P Pizza, ummm delicious and with pepper sauce it tasted something beyond the world!
🍕Pollo forza pizza, lalala with those extra olives and pepper sauce!
🍽️Chaung Mai Chicken, an out of the menu dish. So tender and bursting with the flavours on top of fried noodles is my personal favourite💓
🍚🍜Asian fried rice and Kung Pao Chicken, the combination turned out to be Perfect. The gravy not being too thick is the appropriate one to go with the rice.
🍧Banofie- made with fried banana and topped with cream ball. Totally flabbergasted me!
🍧Choco frozo- hot Choco lava with cream ball, we siblings fought for this😂

We were looking for some place to eat which was fancy, tasty and nearby. @zomatoin suggested @calcuttaedibowl , and we glad they did. It's a very new restaurant. The place looks amazing, the people are very nice, the food looks amazing tastes amazing and doesn't burn up a hole in the pocket. Totally worth it.
We ordered 1. Californian Burger (comes with fries and sauce, a complementary mocktail was on offer)
2. Chicken satay ( served with peanut sauce)
3. Korean Bowl ( Steamed flavoured rice with chicken and boiled veggies, with two sauces)
4. A wafer brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips . ( This was complementary due to some offer)

Its located just behind the Satgachi more bus stand, just by lane of Jessore Road. Opposite of Elite shoe showroom. Very easy to locate.

Food - Taste and quantity wise both up to the mark. I tried Vanilla bubblegum shake
chicken satay, Kala khatta mojito, Red thai curry and Basil rice, Chocolate crumble roll.
All were quite good, and the best part is their presentation.
Hospitality - The best part of the cafe/restaurant is their hospitality. They will ask for feedback after every dish.

Finally visited this place after planning for weeks. A very small joint in the lanes of satgachi. We went there in the evening so wanted to try out the appetizers (which later became our dinner) The staff members literally treated us as their guests and were so cordial as they explained every dish before we decided to order. Now coming to the food we ordered
1. Satay Gai Chicken ~ with sticks in the middle served with unique peanut chutney. The chicken was soft and the combination melded nicely
2. Chongung chicken ~ spicy chicken with red dry chillies is the perfect dish to order for people who want to add "spice to their life!"
3. A.O.P. Pizza ~ thin crust pizza which was not too thin filled with ample amount of chicken cheese and other veggies perfectly balanced and one of the best pizza I ever had. And finally someone understood that ketchup is not the thing we want with pizza (refer pic)
4. Chang Mai Chicken ~ out of the menu dish which at our request they prepared which was very unique again on top of what tasted liked fried noodles which potrayed their brilliance.
5. Banofie ~ dessert which made us "go bananas" like literally made from bananas and chocolate.
So to conclude will have to say hats off to Ritabrata da & team. It's very rare in Kolkata to find an outlet who actually treat the customers as their guests. Please keep up the good work. Will visit soon to try the main course.
P.S. To make our first visit memorable they even did not charge us Oishi Saha ROHIT KUMAR SAHA for the dessert banofie. Also gave discount coupons for the next time. Such a lovely gesture from the team. Thanks for making the evening worth to remember! :)

A group of young blood.. Not only touched our hearts by gesture but the foods were also fingerlicking.. We ordered crispy baby corn, noodles and kung pao chiken. And the deserts and mock tails.. Just awww.
Those dishes and love and warm of my friends just made the day of me and my girlfriend.

There are place which touch your heart and thats when you feel proud to write about the culinary history of Kolkata and the gems that have been added to enhance the journey further.Calcutta edibowl is the dream child of such warm.people that dream about bringing masterchef skills from television to the daily life of the people in the city.A few weeks back I decided to visit this restaurant at a friend's suggestion and was mesmerised by the skill and concept of food presented.
The place is as little as a one room flat with an open kitchen.The back drop walls decorated beauitfully display some amazing artistic talent.We seated ourselves and ordered for
🍀Crispy babycorn--The babycorn was crisp and had a very subtle taste of honey but the kick from the chilli made it much favourite of mine.
☘️Chonquing chicken--This chicken was absolutely a winner with all the heat from the chillies.The chillies are specially imported from outside for this dish and its a signature from the place
☘️Prawn Aop-- When it comes to seafood ,I am totally sceptic but this spagetti enriched with the flavour of lobsters were a clear winner.The strong aroma of the fresh lobster stock used might throw off some people but once you have a spoonful ,its all about the clear balance of flavours.
🍀Thai green curry and basil rice--This was a personal favourite and recommended strongly .The green curry was a delight with vegetables cooked in the broth and the aroma of kaffir lime that lent a mild scent to the dish.Served with basil.flavoured fluffy white rice i.enjoyef every spoonful of this meal.
☘️kung pao noodle--The noodled were tossed in spices with bellpapers as an add on.Though it would seem a bit bland if you have it separately with the singaporean cottage cheese gravy it tasted delish.
🍀Singaporean cottage cheese--Much different from the usual chinese cottage cheese preparations, this was totally worth the wait.The cottage cheese is soft as butter and can even be had raw.The incredibly talented chef has quite a few skills up his sleeves.The cottage cheese was not overfried or hard instead it was this melt in your mouth texture that had absorbed all the flavours in the gravy.
☘️Vanilla bubblegum shake--If you want to reminisce your childhood days with unlimited access to candyland ,this shake is the perfect accompaniment of the same.Thick and luscious with a lollipop to decorate ,the bubblegum flavour was scrumptious.
🍀Kala khatta mojito--The mojito with a twist of kala khatta seemed an innovative idea and the use of kala khatta reminds of the roadside ice golas in summer
🍀Crumble roll--The dessert looked more of an art on a plate.The assorted components of lemon curd,vanilla cream ,berry jam ,chocolate soil on the bottom and topped with dried rose petals made for a attractive sight.As i scooped my way ,i could no longer have any complain with life.
Despite the minimal space ,the staff is warm and always serves with a smile.The open kitchen gives you a full view of your food being prepared and the pizza oven is something to cherish.Looking forward to visit soon.

Hey guys,
So I had been to this cute little café Edibowl which is located just behind Satgachi bus stop. Overall it’s a lovely place with descent decor. Absolutely loved the beautifully painted walls and seating arrangements too. Coming to their menu, we tried out their Crispy baby corn and Chonquing chicken in starters. The baby corn were really tasty and perfect in quantity, the chicken was beautifully served and was tender and quite spicy too.
Moving on we had their signature dish Prawn AOP. This was basically prawn spaghetti with big lobsters and had a strong flavour of prawns. I am absolutely a lover of Prawns and sea food so this had to be my personal favourite. ❣️🍤🍤
Next up we tried the Kung pao noodles and Singaporian Cottage Cheese (special flavoured Paneer) I must say every dish was truly yummy, true to the Asian flavours and perfect in spices. 🍽🍝
Next up we had Green Thai chicken curry and Basil rice. This had to be the best ever Thai curry I had lately. It totally made me remind of that perfect home flavours. 🍜
Last but not the least were the desserts we tried their another signature dish: Crumble roll with Lemon curd, vanilla creme, chocolate soil, berry jam, dried rose petals! One of the best desserts I’ve had.🍭🍦🍧🍨
Also not to forget the drinks: vanilla bubble gum shake, fresh lime soda and kala khatta mojito! 🍸🍹

This a good food eating place that has opened up newly very close to the Diamond Plaza Mall in Nagerbazar area. It looks more like a comfort cosy Cafe to me than a restaurant and that's certainly what made me feel different in a good way about the place. Inviting 20 to 25 heads this place surely knows to charm with it's proper eye pleasing interiors works and organised seating. Love the use of dark and creative colours on the walls hand painted. Beautiful light lamps keep the place glowing.The wooden finish tables and chair look smart as well.
The hospitality and service is welcoming and friendly. A group of friends who have worked in the Hospitality industry before have come together to run this place quitting their 5 star jobs. Quite a motivation and big step taken by them,all for the love of food.
Looking back to visit the place very soon as Pujas is just a few day's more,so a perfect time to get a place like this for all the hunger cravings. Thanks Edibowl for coming at rescue or rather as a bonus to choose among many other places in Nagerbazar.
From the Food and Beverages menu you will get to find American,Italian and Asian as their offerings. Dishes like Schezwan Paneer being strong on spice but tender with Paneer pieces certainly makes a good blend. Burgers like California takes you on a yummy affair. The Cheese and Mayonnaise spread inside the buns along with the Chicken Patty was juicy is well prepared. Pizzas like Aglio e olio Pepperonchino is something very new for me but it is one flavorful dish to not miss. The crust is thin and the base is soft. Then the Pasta Spaghetti Bolognese proves to be a stunner for it's deliciousness. The Spaghetti is not chewy and just rightly good. The portion of meat is well mixed along with necessary taste enhancements.
But what stands out for me from here is the Asian food more than the Italian and American. Well i just loved the Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice that is something like an explosion of absolute on point flavours in my mouth. Perfection at it's best.
The Kung Pao gravy is not runny and quite thick with richness. Mixed with nice pieces of Chicken.
The Fried Rice gets a good pairing with the side dish. So nice and fine it is that in spite of me getting full after eating so much, i went on filling my plate with both of these dishes repeatedly.
After everything heavily eaten do finish with the desserts and my pick would be the Chocolate Crumble Roll which is served in a big plate centered along with a scoop of flavoured Ice Cream and tastes fine.
My overall time was sweet and nice and i will look back to come here to feast on more.

A great uptown food joint serving delicious food. My favorites were chicken in chilli basil, nasi Goreng and apple and pear fritters. Try their delicious creamy pasta too! The flavours have been kept really authentic! This is a complete family and friends restaurant with a quirky decor and soothing ambience.
@calcuttaedibowl a cosy and quaint food joint opened by three friends who are extremely talented and have worked in few of the prominent properties of the country.So Edibowl has to be special .
Located at Nagerbazar this place has very rustic and cosy ambience ,and most importantly has a great choice of Italian,continental and Asian cusine.
Every dish served here is unique in its very own way and is made to perfection.

At my first visit I was cought and bowled by there food. They have started with there first outlet here and belive me soon they are going to be big. Though its now a small joint but there food is up to the mark. I tried there Pasta and Burger Californian and Virgin Mojito where realy awesome it kept me liking my fingers. It took me 7 years to reach here and this was a very exciting journey altogether. I want to thank so many people who were part of my culinary journey throughout or somewhere in between.
As being a North Kolkatan myself i know how much North Kolkata lacks and is short of good eatery places when it comes to good cafes and Restros.
But there is always an even among the odds which completes the difference and Edibowl Calcutta is one like that. Talk about a pampering cafe and mind blowing service with magical Chefs Ritabrata and Vikram.
Its a small cafe loacted at Nagerbazar Satgachi. Its been one of the finest place in the recent time i have went for a meet.
They are not so big but a quite cosy kind of cafe but with colorful painted walls and dim dim lights.
A combination of American, Asian, Italian that completes the menu and each and every item is so so distinctive from each other.
