One of the best places to have continental food. Nice ambience to spend time. Staff are well behaved and served their best to comfort us with all requirements. Food quality was upto the mark. I loved this place..wish to visit again. Washroom available. Parking available infront roadways. Both AC and non AC sitting available.
Great experience! One of the best cafes I have visited till date. The grilled fish and the chicken steak is a must try. The teas and coffees are also quite good. The ambiance was great. Overall a nice place to spend time with family and friends.
What a charming little café! The atmosphere is lovely, and the decor is so unique. The service was fantastic, with such friendly staff. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious; we finally found the perfect Eggs Benedict in Kolkata! Meeting the chef was a delightful surprise. The coffee was excellent too. In my opinion, this place deserves more recognition; it's a hidden gem in the heart of the city. We're eager to explore more items on their menu soon.
Charcoal is a beautiful and cozy place with an outstanding view. They have a beautiful and soothing colour palette. It's on the top floor of Wise Owl Cafe. Each Corner of Charcoal is beautifully designed.
The food was very presentable and very tasty which I did not expect seeing the colour of the plate, Rice with cheese gravy.
This place definitely deserves some more attention and a spot in your insta feed.

A cozy Cafe for friends meet and greet ✨️. We ordered drinks ( blue sparkle, red owl and fretini ) , fish finger, BBQ chicken pizza( with mushroom and broccoli add on), chicken lasagna 😋. Among these loved the lasagna most. The amount they serve is sharable by 2.The Cafe is pocket friendly and great ambience. Must try for something unique.
Amazing place. The food is really good and fresh. The service is a bit slow. But the ambience is really good. You should totally visit it with friends and family. Price is also reasonable.

What a cute little cafe! Beautiful ambience! Unique decor! Service was excellent. Very friendly staff. And absolutely delicious food. Finally found someone in kolkata who can make the perfect Eggs Benedict! We were very happy to have met the chef. The coffee was great too.. in my opinion this place is underrated.. I really wish more people find this gem of a cafe in the middle of the city worth visiting. We cannot wait to try more items from their menu.

They serve continental food. I love their chicken steak with rosemary sause with mashed potatoes by its side. Good place to hangout with friends. A quite and ambient atmosphere to enjoy a meal. They are open till late nights if you like to enjoy a late night meal.
We visited Wise Owl the Coffee Shop for breakfast. The service was a bit slow but the ambiance more than made up for it.
We got the Breakfast Platter, Joey's platter as well as the Meat Lovers Club sandwich. Both the Breakfast Platter and Joey's platter were served with chicken/pork sausages, baked beans, toast, bacon, hash brown and a side of eggs. The Joey's platter further had ham in it as well. We took a cuppucino and a masala tea as an add on to the two platters @Rs. 80/- each
Meat Lovers club sandwich wasn't that great to taste. It was a mix of egg and chicken and ham with cheese served with a side of potato chips.

Wise 🦉 , this name sounds charming and symbol of peaceful place , we all know about the bird 🦉 it's looks actually as it is , but we all troll this bird as a significance of ugly looks, don't know why !?, okay leave it last few days ago me and one of my friend cum brother visited this place. Actually we were huge hungry after done our job at new garia and bhawanipur 😄 , I already told you this place was actually quite and the ambiance runs a positive vibes always. There decoration was very cozy and well maintained . After all of this we ordered lots of foods ☺️...
You all know if I get Greek salad in the menu i ordered it first and he ordered 🍤 🍤🍤🍤 fried prawn ( as usual prawn size was normal and tested avarage with sauce)
After that I ordered all pork rice with pork meat ( this item were literally healthy and tasty and quantity served properly)
Bhetki stake with harrisa sauce (good fish test like good kiss but the fish were not cooked properly maybe or maybe the fish wasn't actually bhetki)
Baked prawn 🍤🦐 🦐🍤🦐 it was actually good but the prawn size was too small tested well none spicy dish
Add on : smash potato (80/-)
One thing there guest service was actually very poor don't know why , I have been waited for so long to order every items

I have been to this place earlier but visited today after a long time. I must say the service level has gone down a notch from before. The place was quite empty when we visited (around 12 pm), but no one was coming to deliver the menu card and take the order. At around 12:15,when we selected some items from the lunch menu, we were I formed that only breakfast menu will be available then. The breakfast menu was pretty limited, yet we had to settle for an item. The food came pretty fast and tasted good. The rates were reasonable. However, overall the vibes that emanated from the place earlier, were totally missing.
Quite a cosy place.The Wise owl is everywhere. Nice place if you want stay to have long leisurely conversations. No pressure on time .Food is decent .The first flush Darjeeling tea was good.The service was good 👍.
