I have no complaints with taste and quantity of the food. Taste Ride is a very pocket friendly restaurant.

The ambience isn't so good. The restaurant has very little space. For me, it was very suffocating. 🥵

The staffs are very polite. They were checking if we had any problems or we liked the food or not. They took little time to bring the food. So it was a nice experience.

Visited the place on the day of Nababarsha 2019. Near to the kalighat metro (10mins by car/bike), this place is small yet comfortable and the owners are very helpful and polite. We ordered a poila boishakh special combo thali and most of the items were tasty. presentation and hygiene wise also good. Overall 4 star!
It's was a very good experience for me but I will say it can be far better .... Nothing to say more just I will that need to improve the quality of biriyani..... Otherwise it's good ❤️... #foodie

Coming to food,the Chinese combo is nice but personally I don't like the gravy of chilli chicken as it taste too sweet because of excess tomato sauce. For me chilli chicken is meant to be little spicy. If you're comfortable with sweet chilli chi then you can try as egg fried rice was too good and the chicken pieces in chilli chicken was soft. Great quantity according to price
Now the biriyani combo was nice. As I love chicken korma. It taste amazing. You will get the taste of each flavors used in it. The rice of biriyani was good but the spice of biriyani was in little gravy form. I like my biriyani spice to be dry.
If you are not having problems with this all then you should definitely go and give a try. It really a pocket friendly restaurant with amazing quantity and quality tasty foods.

It has been a long time since I have written something on my feed. This is my first review during this global pandemic situation. So before proceeding lets first talk about the safety measures zomato has taken to help us get food from our favourite places like the way we did before.
First and foremost, there is a piece of additional information regarding the safety measures taken by the restaurants. For example below the icon of Taste-Ride there is "Max safety" written. This indicates max possible measures have been taken by the restaurant to serve you the food you want.
Next, you would be informed about your delivery person regarding his temperature and exactly when last time his temperature was recorded, he will be sanitised before picking up your order and will be wearing a mask. The person will have arogya setu app installed in his phone.
Finally, service is as quick and smooth as it was before.
you can opt for no contact delivery where the delivery person would leave your order outside your door. It is better to go for online mode of payment to avoid any contact.
Now let's talk about food. Ordered one full plate of egg chicken fried rice with a full portion of manchurian chicken. Also had few parathas with chicken bharta.
The quantity of rice was good enough for two people with an average appetite. the rice was good although the Manchurian chicken wasn't anything near to the actual dish. It was more like sweet and sour chicken than the former. Nevertheless, it tasted average. The star of the show was definitely chicken bharta with a good amount of butter in it. It was better when paired with the paranthas.
definitely the place has shown some potential to create good food. Hope they excel in the near future.

The kebabs were juicy and delicious. Loaded with cheese. Truly chef's special. The Butter masala was amazing. Butter naan was good too.
I ordered through Zomato, using Gold options.
Two Chicken Hakka noodles costs around 200. But the taste was more than what you are paying. Two container full of Noodles with lots of veggies and amole amount of Chicken. I should overloaded with Chicken. I also loved the over powered Black Pepper. It is a great place. I will definitely try some other dishes again.

Recently visited their new location just opposite to Charuchandra College near Lake mall. Though this place is small in size but has a wide variety of food. I tried:
1) Stuffed Aloo Tikka
2) Butter Chicken with Butter Naan
Taste wise and proportion wise it was quite good. And if you are looking for a place to have some good food, taste ride can surely be an option.
The kebabs were really good. The biryani requires a tad bit attention when it comes to the beresta! Other than that...it presents itself as a good option in the ever-strengthening food scene in and around Desapriya Park!
Tucked in the lanes beside Lake Mall, this small restaurant feels quite cozy and the decor, quite 'crisp'...no fuss and no pretension! So, there's nothing to hide behind if the food misfires...right? Well...it doesn't! Although there are minor kinks to be figured, if evaluated as a whole, it packs a wallop rather than a thud!

I ordered 2plate plate of tandoori chicken (1 of them was complementary through gold) delivery via zomato gold on from this restaurant by paying 305rs total. The delivery boy must probably stole one plate of my chicken tandoori because I received only one plate of it. I called this restaurant and courteously they spoke to me resolved the problem by delivering another plate of tandoori to my door ( as I live near to the restaurant). I'm happy with the restaurant.
Paneer matar can improve in taste. Good work
if you visit this place donot forget to try their chicken biriyani! it tastes really nice! its very subtle yet the flavours are intriguing! apart from awesome non veg starters this place also offers delicious aloo tikki! all the dishes have a subtle taste yet they are delicious! you are bound to love the food of this place!

When i was in college, i did like to go there often. It was one of my favourite restaurant from so many days. Food quality is very good. Specially i like north indian food, which is really good over there and much recommended also. Compare to food quality and taste, price is reasonable. Ambience is so good. One of my favourite place to hangout with friends or family in weekend. I always like to go there🙂
I ordered for 2 Non Veg Chinese Combos and was really impressed by the quality and quantity. The combo had quite enough amount of rice and 4 pcs of chilly chicken at such a great price. Though I felt the chicken was bit spicy but this combo is highly recommended.

Definitely, if you're searching for a pocket friendly good chinese & Indian place, this is the one. A small joint, with a capacity of accomodating 6-8 people at a time. The behaviour of the people-in-charge is good. There is a good option of food to select from. We ordered:
•Murgh Malai Tikka kebab( 6pieces)- The taste was on point but the chicken was slightly undercooked, but that is manageble as the taste overpowers everything. (4/5)
•Chinese non-veg combo(including Egg friedrice, crispy spring chicken and chilli chicken)- The quantity and quality of the food is good and enough for a single person.

Best place to dine with friends, family or colleagues. By the time your food is being prepared you can play some of the indoor games and refresh yourselves.
The staff is very polite and the restrooms are also neat and tidy.
The food is worth the price and the ambiance is kinda perfect.
Through maximum times i odered from zomato... Been there once.

Ordered home delivery from this place via Zomato. Delivery was quick and the non veg chinese combo I ordered was good as well. The fried rice, chilli chicken was quite good. The momos were a bit dry and could have been better. It was an excellent combo at that price. Very much recommended.

The Soups are very tasty and the noodles are just finger licking good.
Went here on Sashti with a prior booking via Dineout. There was a lot of rush, yet they managed to get us seated in around 15-20 mins. Can't speak much of the ambience because it was so crowded and there was too much noise, which is something that's expected during Durga Puja. The food quality, quantity and taste were pretty good. The person who I believe is the Manager, did her best to manage the crowd and was extremely sweet and courteous. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.
The staff were extremely well behaved.
A lady, presumably the manager was serving us as all the staff were busy due to the puja rush. She checked in on us after each course. Very happy with her behaviour.
Coming to food, if you want lip smacking food at affordable prices, then this is the place.
We ordered dry chilli chicken, crispy baby corn, mixed fried rice and garlic chicken.
All the food were very good. However I felt the garlic chicken could have been better. It was a bit bland, more like a soup.
