Nice Restaurant in the roof top enjoy the bar with dj in the evening and with a brilliant ambience sitting above the rooftop but the rooftop is not open amd it is fully decorated with small bulbs and ropes and brilliant atmosphere with background songs in the afternoon u can have ur drinks here u get best drinks with great offers also and there starters are damn good

Yesterday I visited this pub located on 5th floor, gariahat mall.The first thing I must say about this place is the ambience.You'll get an outstanding panoramic view of Kolkata through the glass window.As well as the wooden decor will provide you an old western feel, which i liked most about this place.Food was good both in quality and quantity and also very pocket friendly.Lastly I must say it's a perfect place for hangout.

For the interiors do bowl you over with its Wild West look from the Hollywood movies. it is a spacious restaurant on the top floor pf Gariahat Mall (near Ballygunge Station) with several quiet and cosy nooks and crannies. The food is typically Tex-Mex, high on cheese and Spice.. A covered as well as open terrace makes a dining experience worthwhile, especially during monsoons and winters. Serves all kind of cuisines along with Shisha.

Recently visited this happening place with a cowboyish theme, located in Gariahat Mall. It's a pub alongside being a casual dining restaurant. The interiors are based mostly on a wooden theme, made lavish with ropes and animal head figurines, as well as a live bar counter. This place also provides a very wholesome view of the Gariahat Bridge and skyline, as it is located on the 5th floor and makes for a great spot.
They have special discounts on liquor during their happy hours, and their buffet starts at 1000 bucks + taxes. Moreover, the hip playlist as well as the wide range of experimental dishes served here also serves a special attraction. They offer a variety of in-house cocktails to try from as well.

This place is decorated like Old American Pubs and the rooftop view from this place is simply amazing. They have a huge seating capacity and a separate smoking section as well. So I was here at this branch of Wild West Tavern and it really impressed me with the ambience. It's perfect for dates and to hangout with your friends. They have two sections, one which gives you the vibe of a rooftop restaurant in an air-conditioned glass place and then there's the regular bar section also.

They have happy hours everyday till 6pm and price is quite affordable and cheap rather for drinks. They also have some special cocktails. I enjoyed my birthday over there with some good food and drinks.

Visited this amazing place a week ago. Wild West Tavern is located in the 5th floor of Gariahat Mall,near to Ballygunge station and walking distance from gariahat more.
The ambience is totally lit, the bar section is also pretty cool and also gives the rooftop vibes with such amazing view. Totally loved the quirky frames and antique interior it has. The service is a bit slow ,but the staffs are responsive and alert which is good

•Tandoori Chicken Fry : Star appetizer. Perfect dish to compliment your cocktail. The flavour of the tandoori chicken was so good and totally delicious (5/5) Highly recommended.
•Ajwaini Fish Tikka : I love fish tikkas and it was also perfect. The fish was soft and it had a smoky flavour and tastes so good. (5/5) Recommended.
•Cheesy Mushroom : It was good. It could have been bit better but nevertheless was good. (4/5)
•Crispy Chilli Baby Corn : Same as you get everywhere. Nothing exceptionally good about it but tasted obviously delicious. Perfect appetizer to much on with your drink. (3.5/5)
•Egg Fried Rice : It was good and tasted so well with the chili fish.
•Chilli Fish Punjabi Style : I really like this chili fish. Luckily i chose chili fish over chicken and i thoroughly loved it with the rice.(4.25/5) Do try this out. You will love it.
Overall, we also tried one hookah in kiwi springwater flavour and it was very light and didn't fell heavy on us. Now, talking about the pocket pinch. It is moderate. The appetizers are on the reasonable side and you gonna love it. The cocktails and hookah are also there on their happy hours so you get it at much cheaper rate.
This was my second visit here and it was fabulous as well. Will keep visiting this place.

The ambience of this place is really amazing and lit. It's a theme restaurant. I really loved the rustic atmosphere of this place. You will get a view of Kasba Ballygunge skyline. This place can accommodate upto 50-60 people at a time. There is a live Bar counter available.

Wild West Tavern is a new place in town situated at Gariahat Mall, a bit difficult to locate but once you end up here, the ambience will totally make you awstruck providing a panoramic view of the city. As the name suggest the interiors and decor has antiques of wild animals.
They have a wide range of cocktails,one can definitely try out from their Happy Hours Menu.
For the starters we tried
Tandoori Chicken Fry, a new infusion which chicken fry which had a filling of tandoori chicken,liked this infusion.
Ajwaini Fish Tikka was soft and well made.
Cheesy Mushroom was good could have been a bit more cheesy.
Crispy Chilli Baby Corn, one of my favorite.
For the main course we kept it simple:

Wild West Tavern is a pub, located on the 5th floor of Gariahat Mall. The first thing I'm gonna mention about this place is, they have an amazing top view. The view made the ambience more eye-pleasing, which gives great vibes. The decor is done like an old American pub-style with wooden lamp posts, ropes and posters. They play some really good music to make you groove. This place also has a bar section.

⏺️Chicken Barbeque Pizza (Recommended) - The pizza was thin crust with a thin layer of cheese and topped with few chunks of chicken.
⏺️Chicken Cheese Burger - Chicken patty, cheese and salad between two soft buns was quite good. Served with French fries and a dip.
⏺️Ajwaini Fish Tikka (Recommended) - The Fish was soft and tasty with a touch of spiciness accompanied with green chutney.
⏺️Tandoori Chicken Fry (Recommended) - This was something different, Tandoori Chicken coated in breadcrumbs and then deep fried in chop shaped.

The prices are affordable.
Loved the ambience of the place, a complete old American setup. The food is tasty. They even serve cocktails and have a wide range of that. The food is pretty tasty. We tried Burgers, Pizza, Chicken Kebabs and Fish Kebabs. It was a wonderful experience.
First of all the bar is pocket friendly. There is a happy hour from 12 pm to 8 pm. Don't miss the timing. We took old monk at 59/- and blue vodka at 37/- which was quite cheap.

Ambeience of the bar is awesome...good thing is they offer shots in very lower price in happy hours. But the quality of the shots are not up to the mark. Now about the foof ...I love the kebabs. Overall it was a good experience!

-Ambience and view overlooking the Kasba Ballygunge skyline is mind-blowing.

-Food was great! Chicken Lat me kai,tikka fish,spicy chicken wings and thin crust roasted pizza were what we ordered.
There was Happy Hours which made us happy monetarily but makes you unsure about the alcohol content of the drinks! Oh well!
-It is tricky to reach them at the top due to lack of directions and malfunctioning elevators ( this is probably not their fault as the layout of the mall is defective I feel )
-Also the Zomato Gold option was declined due to some ownership issue which they should have resolved already and they also missed out on compensation for that as promised by the manager!
But the prompt behaviour of the entire Staff including the Manager was very commendable and more than made up for the glitch!
Looking forward to being there again !! 💛

Good wild west themed decor. Skyline of Kolkata visible. Perfect for evening hangouts. Music is a bit loud. Drinks are very cheap. Food is of good quality and good quantity. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent place to hang out. The ambiance is good and offers a view to the busy Bijan Setu. Food quality is awesome and very tasty. We ordered WWT Special Crispy Tandoori Chicken and Busket Chilli Chicken. Both the dishes were lip smacking! They are also offering happy hours where Captain Morgan is served for 45bucks and shots at Rs37! Overall a very good experience. Must visit
Firstly the Ambience and the view of the city from the place is amazing. The restaurant is very new and although I'm sure they will have everything settled within the next few days. Now coming to the food, we had ordered
1. Mexican Pizza
2. Jumbo Prawn Sizzler
And were served complimentary welcome drinks.
The Pizza was very good, unique in its own way of being a little crunchy and with adequate toppings.
The Sizzler was delicious. The prawns were really succulent and juicy served with a rice bowl, vegetable saute and french fries, all covered in a layer of white sauce.
The citrus drink was really refreshing.
The staff behavior was excellent and I do hope to visit you again.

Wild West Tavern, in one word is "outstanding". The sprawling view of south Kolkata while sipping in Blenders Pride will automatically make you fall in love with the city of joy. Located just beside the Kashba Bridge, this pub is an awesome dugout for party freaks and casual drinkers. The decor of this place is quite unique. The look of old Mexico pubs, with cowboy hats and shot guns and pictures of different Mexican movies and dialogues. The whole interior is made out of wood, and gives an ambiance of Mexico itself. The pub has two parts, one is open air and one is inside closed doors. From a personal point of view, the open air drinking will make you fall in love for the view and increase the chance of boozing more. The staff is very well behaved and trained, is always there for assistance, whenever required.
The pub doesn't have a permanent liquor license yet. On inquiring, the management said, they will be granted a permanent liquor license probably from the month of May. They do have a temporary liquor license, which allows them to serve liquor three days a week.
Items Ordered: As they do not have a permanent liquor licence, in order to order liquor one needs to order a platter which includes liquor too. We ordered a Non-Veg Platter (includes 4*30ml Blenders Pride)
Pocket Pinch: Rs.600 (Including GST)
The Non-Veg Platter was quite tasty and the scenic beauty made it even better with the whisky. The platter consisted of 4pcs of Chicken Kebab, 4pcs of Chicken Hariali Kebab, 4pcs of Fish Kebab & 4*30ml Blenders Pride. The chicken Kebab was great, and accompanied by mint chutney made it even better. The Fish Kebab stole the lime light, it was juicy, tender and the freshness of the fish was detectable in each bite. The Hariali Kebab had just the right balance of spices to strike off a great evening munch with whisky. (In order to re-order alcohol, one needs to place the order for the platter again. As they do not carry a permanent liquor license, they are going via this policy)
From a personal point of view, the food with alcohol is quite cheap compared to pubs in Kolkata.
Cost for two: Rs.700 approx including alcohol (Including GST)
This place, truly will remind you of the wild west itself. The view from the 5th floor makes you feel on top of the world.The service needs to be a bit prompt to suffice the needs of the customers.

If you are looking for a drink on a weekday be prepared to be disappointed. . They have bar permits on weekends only. I enjoyed the non veg pizza .. but what's worth the 4 instead of 3.5 is the view from the open terrace.
Have you dreamed of visiting a Western Saloon, a bar which used to be the house for cowboys, lumberjack, businessman, miner and gambler. This kind of pub and bar poped up in mid 19th century in West and soon became the hub for liquor and mostly beer. These places mostly had a rough look, wooden chairs and huge tables were the only interior, but with the cities growing up these bars refined their interiors and they took a better ambiance. Well these kind of places are hard to find in India, only a handful few runs. Wild West Tavern is one of them running their business in Kolkata.

Wild west Tavern - the theme goes back to the America in woods, with the perfect view of the city from the open area of the restaurant, with a transparent glass ceiling gives you the perfect feel.
I was upset since the morning. It was a Friday evening. Decided to spend sometime alone, so Zonato search popped up this place to me as suggestions. Dropped in. Had order a glass of red wine and a chicken dish (forgetting the specific name). The dish consisted of stuffed chicken breast piece with salad and rice. It was a main course dish and I loved the food out here.
Will soon drop by with friends for a well spent evening.

On a marathon four hour session, Tanwyee Ray and I sat staring at the rain soaked Kasba Sky Scape, as we sipped beer and wine. The view is beautiful (of course not the wild west landscape with cowboys on horse right out of a Clint Eastwood movie, but a more mundane middle class south Calcutta cacophony ) and the open air area is big enough to keep you dry even on a rainy evening.
Our food was quite good - the chicken chimichanga was a delight : spicy, with supple pieces of chicken, and an extremely soft outer crust which is quite an achievement for a deep fried dish. My only complaint was that the dish was incomplete without a dip (like sour cream as was written in the menu) and a salsa (to add some freshness and acidity).
The chicken wings were generous eight slices of chicken wings, which was spicy with a sprinkle of sesame and BBQ sauce on it, and very different from the tex-mex version of tangy buffalo wings.
Our main course was Pollo Ranchero, which was a generous helping of generous Mexican rice, sauteed vegetables and a chicken breast in mushroom and spicy dressing. This is a very good dish meant for our Indian pallette.
Overall, food wise everything was good and not the overburdening cheesy types. They do have an Indian-chinese menu from their sister concern - Calcutta Restro, though I really don't like a cowboy themed western restaurant serving Kung pao chicken.
Since the place is newly opened, a few infrastructure hiccups remain to ironed out (like a small bar menu and a pretty sad washroom) but the staff and management seemed very cordial and hands-on and will surely fix it soon enough.

Great place to have a drink and hangout with friends. It's located on the fifth floor of the gariahat mall. The staff is quite friendly and helps you out with choices and other things and the food taste and quantity is so much more than other places and they also got happy hours too where shots starting from 59 and whiskey starting from 69.
