Drums of heaven is something I love as an appetizer. A slight twist to chicken lollipop , these chicken pieces are fried & tossed in Schezwan sauce that makes it a must try.

They don't have any Mocktail. They are argument with the sauce but it's not the oyster souce at all I am a hotelier I know that.. Ambiance is good. Staffs are good.. Crispy chilly babay corn with mushroom was great.. Thanks all the best...
We tried the Noodle Doodle for the first time on 14 Ty h of Feb and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been recently decorated. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back. Worth the price. 😍😍♥️♥️

And for dessert we took chocolate icecream.
I loved all the dishes. I would love to visit this place again !

Not really hidden gem but this small Chinese restaurant is hidden in the lanes of Southern Avenue. A beautifully decorated hand panted walls and dim lights of this place is really eye catchy and couldn't be much better than this.

It was their recommendation and speciality over here. I thought it to be grilled and dry but it came in semi gravy with lots of capsicum, onion and garlic.
The portion of meat was actually better unlike fat in most other places. Pork pieces were well tendered, juicy and delicious. It wasn't the best pork I tried but it was enough good.

This was first time I tried Nashi or Asian Pears dish and I didn't liked the fragrance at all. The Rice was made with fried lemon leaf that made it little bitter in taste. With lots of spices and the punchy smell of Nashi didn't felt good to me. It was topped with an pouched egg that made it look incredible.

At first I didn't liked the taste & smell of this dish. When they asked for feedback I told them the same & they immediately changed it. Hats off to their wonderful service. Second time the dish tasted really good, Chicken pieces were big and bold, gravy felt super smooth and delicious.

As I was starving, I rushed into a nearby restaurant to overcome my hunger and the restaurant turns out to be an extremely good choice which is so pocket friendly yet serves huge amount of good food!

✓Mixed Cantonese noodles consisting loads of prawn, pork, chicken and veggies! (200) it will take three people to finish one bowl!

I visited this place for the second time. I love to visit this place. The ambiance is so soothing and the staffs are so cooperative. We ordered mixed fried rice and chicken in hot garlic sauce. The order selection was helped by one of their staff who carefully told us the ingredients and taste of different items. They have an impressive and elaborate menu. Though for puja the menu was limited. The food was good. Would love to come over here again and try their other preparations.

• Teriyaki Chicken: This dish was extremely tasty and felt so damn fresh! I definitely loved it.
It so happens that the quality of food of many well known restaurants degrade during Pujos, but at this place, both the rice & chicken were good and tasty. My parents loved it more so yeah it was a good experience after a hectic pandal hopping!

Finally We managed to visit this amazing place.
We ordered chicken pan fried momo, veg combo ( Veg lemon corriander soup, potato wedges, hakka noodles, veg manchurian).
The quantity and quality is good.
The food tastes so good and their pan fried momo is just awesome.
The dumplings were quite big in size with amazing juicy chicken fillings.
The ambience is also good.
Great food, but the location of Zomato is incorrect, had a bit of difficulty finding it. Great staff, very helpful & courteous. The interior isn’t much spacious but that’s all right as long as you don’t have kids with you. We ordered Pan Fried Fish, Prawn wrapped in chicken & drums of heaven for starters, all were good. For main course we ordrer mixed rice with pork, chilli chicken & chilli pork. Loved the chilli pork as it was juicy and had the right combination of meat and fat. Just a suggestion, kindly have the tables a bit more lit up. I would recommend trying this restaurant at least once.

We went here on Valentine's day while searching for a pocket friendly eatery. This decent little restaurant is tucked away in the lanes of southern avenue.
So we went in and the super cute decor with heart shaped balloons and rose folded tissue papers and romantic music in the background had really impressed us! We did not expect so much from the place.
Impressed by the decor, we headed for our dinner.
We ordered:
1. Roasted chilli Pork- we both are ardent pork lovers and it is quite hard to satisfy our pork cravings as we have tried one of the best porks in the city. But to our utter surprise this chilli pork won our hearts. It had the right amount fat and meat ratio. And the perfect smoked chilli flavor.The meat was quite tender and flavourful.
2. Drums of heaven: This is her favorite starter and so we ordered this. The dish had six succulent pieces of chicken drumsticks well coated with a spicy and tangy sauce. It was really yummy.
3. Non veg combo- We were spoiled for choices and thus ordered both their non veg combos.
One had Kung Pao chicken, chicken clear soup,prawn chips and noodles - Everything was really good both quality and quantity wise. Specially the soup which was really delicious and not at all starchy.
The other combo had chicken coriander soup,potato wedges,fried rice and chilli garlic chicken. This too was good. The soup again was simply too refreshing.
But we did not like the potato wedges and the manager was kind enough to give us fresh serving but that too was problematic so may be there was a problem with the potato itself but that didn't hurt much considering the rest of the meal was really good.
And in the end we even won a 15%extra discount from an ongoing Lottery.
The service was really prompt and the staffs were very courteous, served us with a smile.
So all in a simply awesome dining experience on a very special day. Will be visiting soon.
THE NOODLE DOODLE is a pocket friendly chinese food joint.
We had visited here a month back. It was quite difficult for us to locate this place. This place is near menoka cinema hall.
We had tried,
Sesame crispy chicken and cripy chilly baby corn for starter. Both tastes good.
for maincourse we had kung pao chicken and chicken fried rice. Fried rice was okaish and tastes as usual but kung pao chicken was not upto the mark and tastes like normal chilly chicken.
Prices are affordable.
Overall its a nice place ❤
The place is very nice and cosy. The interior is a work of art, done by an artist friend of the owner. The waiters were very polite. I really liked their attitude. They even acceded to our choice of music. The food was very good, I must say, the chicken in Teriaki sauce being the best of the lot. I have had better pork elsewhere, but I got the best kind of chicken servings, the right kind of quality that makes me reeeallllyyy happy! Cheers! The Thai noodles was nice, but, again, I have had better. Furthermore, both the pork preparation and the chicken is pricey and the quantity of noodles could have been a little more, given its price. Well, since GST extra was not written on the menu, or I may have missed it, I was surprised when GST was charged in the bill. I thought the charges were all inclusive!
Anyways, overall, a really good experience after a movie. A complete evening. Thanks!

This has to be the hidden gems off the lanes of Southern Avenue. The best of the lot was junked chilli chicken. Prawns were so good. Porks such succulent. Beer battered fish was excellently fried. Such value for money . A high five to this joint.

This quaint new place at Southern Avenue is ready to give it's competitors a run of their money. Being in this city means a person has tried all that Chinese cuisine has to offer. But believe me when I tell you, this place offers you flavours that you have not tasted before.
We visited this place for a late lunch, at a time when Park Street restaurants were not open to taking lunch orders. The staff was cordial so was the owner, to say the least. The decor of the place is mostly hand paintings done by local artists, friends of the owner. It is a treat to see how much work has gone into making the tiny joint look marvelous from every corner.
We ordered Chicken Thai Soup where I could smell fresh lemon grass and it worked up my appetite real good. Then, we progressed to entrees, Golden Fried Chilli Basil Prawns and Kung Pao Chicken. The prawns were crispy and spicy whereas the chicken was soft and calming. For main course we ordered, Wok Tossed Chicken Hakka Noodles and Chicken in Black Bean Sauce. The quantity was enough for two people, the chicken was juicy and the noodles were succulent. Word of advice, you can have the noodles without any sauce and it would taste as good. We washed the sumptuous lunch down with a glass of fresh lime soda, clicked a few photos and promised to come back next time we are around Southern Avenue.
P.S. The pocket pinch way below expectation for me keeping in mind the food that we ordered.
We happened to stumble upon this place while searching for a less crowded place as it was Valentine's Day. And they had some good combos and offers.
This little restaurant is tucked away near southern avenue.I loved their decor with all the heart shaped balloons and tissue paper origami - paper roses.
Coming to the food we ordered:
Drums of Heaven- This was delicious!!Six succulent pieces of chicken drumsticks in spicy sauce.Loved it.
Roasted Chilli Pork- Pork is always my first choice for starters.And they serve really good pork.The bell peppers were crunchy.And the pork was with less fat.
Non-veg combos- We ordered two types of combos.One had noodles+Kung Pao chicken+prawn chips+chicken clear soup and the other one had potato wedges+fried rice+chilli garlic chicken+ chicken Coriander soup.
Both the combos were really tasty.I personally loved the chicken Coriander soup a lot!!
Then there was a lucky draw from which we were lucky to get an extra 15% off on our food bill!!!

It's a quiet place to have a meal. Ambience is good,so are the staffs.I ordered a pork thukpa. It came with poached egg and pepper topping. I usually don't like either of them , but surprisingly it went so well that I ended up leaving nothing on my plate. There quantity is a little less for people with big appetite but I guess they compensate it with the quality.

This place is welcoming with pleasant soothing ambiance charming service and delicious cuisine. Excellent eating experience. From walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and orders taken was maybe 5minutes. Meal was served hot and flavoursome. Teriyaki chicken and chilli wine fish highly recommended.

This place has everything you need to satisfy your food cravings. Delicious Chinese coupled with a cosy atmosphere, tasteful interiors and a cooperative service and all these at a pocket-friendly price. Good food and clean place. If you look at the board you may not be able to understand there is a big restaurant inside. They serve good Chinese noodles and Paneer Chilly, though they do not have many varieties available for vegetarian people. Nice and different. One can try hakka noodles, it tastes awesome.
