Recently me and my friends craving for rolls... Finally we tried the Bawarchi Special roll... Packaging was good... Now the roll was big... Paratha was very oily... But the stuffing was real deal... The stuffing was full of panner, potatoes, Chicken, mutton chunks and boiled eggs... Just stunning... Price was affordable...
I tried egg roll,chicken roll,mutton roll many times from here.all the rolls are yummy...specially there chicken roll.
This place has a nice ambience.
They serve nice food and the prices are also reasonable.

Well I dunno why this place is so lowly rated bug my experience had always been good be it something to get home delivered or a takeaway!

I and my colleague went to this restaurant for lunch on saraswati puja.beside the nice spacious ambience what I liked most is the behaviour of the worker.Now coming to the main thing the food was delicious and of perfect amount.we ordered butter nun which was with plenty butter n soft,murgh amritsari which had amazing smooth buttery taste with extra grinded butter on top of it,and a Mexican sizzler served so nicely,it tasted so yummy and fresh. I am writing too much I know but I got to do.this place highly recommend to all foodies as food n ambience is nice n peaceful.
Yesterday ordered mixed hakka chowmein, chicken drums stick and chilli prawn gravy. All the items had an unique kolkata-chinese flavour. I liked them all. Hope they maintain this quality throughout to increase their ratings.
Cosy environment nice and and well behaved staffs ,we ordered veg fried rice ,hot garlic fish ,manchurian chicken all of the dishes tasted very good ,I would like to visit again.
Had a good experience . The mutton roll was good . Taste was fantastic . Quality of the food was as always great . You should definitely try the mutton rolls .

The important thing to try out is American Chillie Baby corn. Really crispy and lip smacking. :)

I had a takeaway order of 2 egg rolls.The price was a little on the higher side.But the rolls tasted good.They weren't overtly oily and the seasoning was perfect.The service was ok.It was worth the price paid.

Today i ordered bawarchi special roll. It tastes awesome seriously the size is big .
Two people can easily have it.
The stuffing was full with chicken,mutton,paneer and egg. Awesome taste keep it up.

its near to my house, i have been there multiple times. I went there, before Zomato was born. Things have changed a lot here, It is not a fine dining restaurant, it is a restaurant for middle class people. it is for teenage couples who can have a egg roll/chicken roll after their coaching class, it is for those lower middle class father, who can only afford rolls instead of chilly chicken/fried rice/biryani for his kids. It is kind of special to people like us, who stayed in and around baghajatin for a long time.
I like their chinese dishes, people who say they dont like their dishes, I would only say, please go to costly restaurants, it is not for u. yes the food is mostly oily. but that is what you get at this price.
negative point are, the premises is not that much clean. it is old. kind of damp every where, should be cleaner.
food is good. this is not a good place to have biryani, so come here only for chinese, prawns, rolls and soups.. soups are mostly very good. thats all.

You cannot be a Bangali living in Kolkata and not partake of the delicious Kathi rolls and Bangalicised Biriyani. Bawarchi is one place which serves both at a pocket friendly price for extended college graduates like me. Keeping aside the various health disasters either dishes can cause Bawarchi makes you happy and distended. The rolls come with large quantities of filling with succulent meat pieces( unless the cook is having a really bad day) often with a dash of fresh lemon to cut through the oily flavour. The biriyani is plentiful in quantity and decent in flavour. It is yet to receive the signature biriyani status like Arsalan and Hanglaatherium yet it is delicious I its own way. Added to it is the restaurant's prime location and a sprawling eating area catering to adults and children galore. It ideally lives up to its name of being a family restaurant.
Well this one is again near my house and I have alwez availed the takeaway services only. The restaurant is just above the take away outlet, on the 1st floor.
They mainly serve Chinese dish but Mughlai r also available. I love all the different varities of noodles and the quantity for price is quite good. The prices are reasonable too. I have never been to the restaurant above but have heard that its quality and taste is ok, nothibg special.
The support staff are warm but a tad bit casual. The waiting time at the take away is not that high.
Overall, you can surely visit this one.
One of the oldest fast food joints in Kolkata. The authentic taste creates the much needed hype this place deserves. The price is quite reasonable and the service and quality provided is unbeatable.

Love this place. The food as well as the quantity is very good. Service is very good. And it is affordable, you can enjoy food without burning a hole in your pocket.
Been there so many times during my college days. It was the place where friends would treat us during there birthdays or after getting job offers. Now they have changed their interiors giving it a new look. The dishes are worth their price.

Have a good experience at Bawarchi Baghajatin counter. New franchisee has taken over recently and the counter in a new look with clean and hygienic kitchen, started afresh on and from 1st July 2022. The public relations of the new franchisee was fantastic. I spent 10 minutes at the counter and observed that all the customers were addressed properly in a ver cordial manner. The taste of the food was also awasome. They have introduced Biryani and Mughlai parathha already with other Chinese dishes and rolls. New franchisee persons assured that the kebab & tandoor items will be also introduced shortly. Bawarchi has returned at Baghajatin with a new hope. All the foodies must try there.
Awesome food quality. New management has taken over from 1st July and quality and quantity is just too good. The entire place was renovated, new look, new taste, new Bawarchi ☺️
I asked for double chicken roll without oil... They wrapped the chicken with soft & tender tandoori roti....it was amazing, without oil and very minimum spices...enjoyed thoroughly.. I give full 5 star rating to this joint

I love BAWARCHI. Specially the drums of heaven are my most favourite. Prices are affordable. The quantity and quality completely do justice to the price.
I had kababs from the restaurant, awasome taste to me. Prices are also affordable.
The rolls were just perfect, not too saucy, not too dry.
Very good fat food center, also good as restaurant offering non--veg items.
Good kebabs and chinese food is not bad. The rolls are what I come here for most often though
