Renowned Sweets Shop in New Alipore. You just can't complain about their quality and taste. Every items they are offering are top notch. But all the items are overpriced. But the shop is neat and clean, well decorated and the staffs are professional.
Nothing could beat Hindustan Sweets. The taste and the variety is class apart. All our relatives loved their sweets taste. Highly recommended!!!
This is the first digital store in West Bengal which has a 100% digital ordering experience via touchscreen based self-ordering kiosks. Super cool and spacious! KFC is one of my favourite brands but this outlet has to be the best outlet I’ve ever dined at! Definitely recommend!
New outlet in South Kolkata. Located in the road towards tollygunge opposite the furniture stores. The outlet has the eating area in the first floor and ordering section in the ground floor. You can also order via digital counters, via app or good old fashioned way .
Pros: Location wise good for Behala , New Alipore, Maheshtala area

Cons: The service was overwhelmed and unprofessional to say the least
As the outlet is still under construction, so constant walking around of different construction people and very strong paint smell.
These might improve in the future.

Customer service was quite good.
Food was stale , didn't felt the fried chicken came out of the frier more like pre cooked food was served .
Plus they don't have colddrink glass covers if u want to have a take out .

Excellent Shop for desserts sweethearts. Rasmalai and Rabri are fantastic. Other sweets are good as well. Dhokla and Samosa snacks are also available. The shop is conveniently located on the main road. But parking might be a problem. One must locate a suitable parking location.
