Decent place for a khullad chai and snacks. Visit if you are around city centre saltlake. You can have omlette, chai, sandwiches and many more things from their menu. Suggestion: Include some healthy snacks.

It is one of the classiest restaurants serving pure Bengali food . We had chosen the buffet lunch . The spread was elaborate & delicious . The dishes which call for a special mention are prawn cutlet , chicken ghee roast , the prawn malai curry & the mutton . The mutton ( chevon to be more specific) particularly was exquisite . The sweets were also excellent . The ambience was good albeit a bit crowded .

Sulemani chai is a must try option. Good time on road side chai time. People may try some other option too. Its has a good space beside the stall to park for a while and have a tea time with friends. They serve at your car parked beside their stall, which is also a good and easy way to have tea and snacks. Service time could be bit fast.

The food was great! The light bread toast completely complimented the Keema Omelette. The Iced tea helped wash it down. The place was recommended by a colleague who is a regular there and I am glad I visited. The prices are pocket friendly and the crowd is also chill. The seating is on the footpath but its okay, you can also eat inside your car. Will definitely visit again.

The tea and coffee both was really good. Didn't try anything else. The seating area is what attracts people. It's like a cool place where you can sit down for a cup of tea or coffee and adda. I liked the vibe. You can also order from your car. Their ordering system is online but the staff is not well trained with that ordering system I felt. They are taking too long to take orders from guests. The price is decent as per the location. I would like to visit again and try their sandwich because i saw most people ordering that.

"I had the pleasure of visiting Pappu Chai Wala in Salt Lake Sector 1, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The aroma of freshly brewed tea greeted me as I entered, and the taste did not disappoint. The chai here is truly good, with the perfect blend of spices and a lovely balance of sweetness. The friendly staff make it a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. If you're a chai lover, Pappu Chai Wala is a must-visit. I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious chai!"

My favourite place is Salt Lake. Favourite place and chai is the best combination. A very calm and happening place in Salt Lake. Very near to the City Center 1. You may like the ambience, and the retro style seating. The traditional decor is to be looked at. Maggi is a must try item. Attractive combos available.

Situated just opposite to bidhannagar college. A small roadside dhaba style restaurant which has chairs outside. Very casual dining with pocket friendly menu. However the staffs were not so good with company. Grabbed quick breakfast which was chicken keema pav and chicken cheesy tikka sandwich. I must say the sandwich was yummy , had a smoky taste and enough for one. The chicken keema pav was good as well, the keema was filled with flavourful spices and tasted perfect. Quantity was fulfilling. Nice place for a quick grub. 😊

Quite reasonable place for a gang of friends and family. They have a good menu to offer and they could add up few more items like samosa and biscuits variety!!! 😄😃 it is located near cc1 mall next to Melbourne cafe!!

Just one wee bit of a matter is that they are encroaching on the sidewalk. Of course, it's Kolkata's culture and they probably are bribing the government. Bengalis think that it's a form of longstanding art. Much reasonable quantity and quality-wise
