Loved everything about this place! A cozy restaurant where you can dine in, the ambience is immaculate. The staff are so well behaved, they even helped us when we were ordering too much for 2 people. We ordered the famous 'Burma Burma Oh No Khaosuey' in splits and the flavour was something like I never had before. If I may describe it, it soothed me somehow. The best dish to eat in a winter afternoon. For starters we had ordered the Grilled Mock Meat skewers which was suggested by the waiter and it was so flavourful loved it. After our lunch we ordered a teapot of Finest Jasmine pearls and it had the perfect earthy taste to it again a perfect choice for a winter afternoon. At the end when we were clicking pictures outside near the door the lady staff went out of her way to come outside and offered to take our pictures. So so grateful to her.

Absolute gem for aficionados seeking a truly immersive gastronomic experience. Pure vegan restaurant with beautiful interiors. Khao suey is a must try. Very innovative vegan desserts with creative presentation. Staff were very polite and knowledgeable about the menu and their ingredients. Has to be one of the best restaurants out there at Park Street.

I had the privilege of visiting Burma Burma in Kolkata for a live cooking session, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I must give it a solid 5 stars! The Khao suey was an absolute highlight, bursting with authentic flavors. The Wa potato and broccoli asparagus buns were a delightful surprise, and the boba tea was the perfect accompaniment. What truly sets Burma Burma apart is their dedication to vegetarian cuisine. Every dish I tried was a testament to their culinary excellence. Additionally, their pantry products are a must-try for anyone who appreciates fine ingredients. I highly recommend Burma Burma to all food enthusiasts. It's an exceptional place where vegetarian food shines, and the experience is top-notch.

Burma Burma is an experiential dining space. The interiors, decor, cutlery, and food are so beautiful and give you a luxurious experience of Burma. It cannot be judged based only on its food. The food is unique and a hit or miss if you order the correct dishes. I found the quality of the food top notch such as the bao buns and the bubble tea. (Milk was too thick they need to monitor the quantity of condensed milk) The oyester steak and the moringa soup were my personal favorites as well as the silver needle tea. We were served by debashish but overall the servers and staff were very courteous and served exceptionally well.

Simply speaking - the best Veg preparation in Kolkata - till date. Yes - they are specialists in Burmese preparation and they do have a different taste and flavor. Flavor of Coconut and tangerine enhances their delicacies and to be very Frank they were too yummy to us. Thanks to our Nawratrri regime - we successfully discovered this hidden gem and vouch to visit the place again - several times.

Such great tasting food. Awesome service. The manager came and spoke with us. Shristi made great recommendations and really knew every item on the menu. They only serve vegetarian food and to be honest, I did not miss the meat. There’s no bar but they do serve some fine mock tails and teas. Yes it’s a tad expensive but the quality is very very good. Great ambience too. Burma Burma also has a pantry section from where you can buy condiments and tea to take home. Definitely try their khao suay. It’s the best.

Located in Park Street besides Peter Cat. The restaurant cum tea lounge is themed around Burmese cuisine. The interiors have an unique combination of traditional Burmese decor with a contemporary touch. The food menu consists of Tea selections followed by starters and main course. The servings are perfect for fine dining. We ordered Burmese Stir fried Vegetables, Grilled Bao, Mandalay curry noodles. The Food was excellent, serving time perfect and well aided by a range of condiments. The staff are humble and courteous. Prices are a bit on the higher end but completely worth for the overall food experience.

Burma burma is always a delight whether you’re in delhi, bengaluru or kolkata. Gppd place for delicious veg Burmese meals. The staff are also very courteous here. Slightly on the expensive side of course, even if you’re in for budget meals, this place is worth going atleast once for the food and experience.

A nice vegetarian restaurant located off Park Street. Vibrant and pleasing decor. Offers Burmese cuisine. Seating on two floors, very comfortable. Lighting is just right. Staff is well behaved, polite and helpful. We ordered a Burmese pepper soup, starters of charred brocolli and Burmese cheese, followed by main course as suggested by the staff. Main course was fried rice with Mecong vegetable in gravy. The quantity is adequate for two. Icing on the cake was dessert and it's presentation. They have a nice variety of tea also. The washroom is also classy. Valet parking available. Overall it was an excellent dining experience even for a non veg

🔴 Food quality 🔴 One of the most beautiful and authentic Barmeese food restaurants. I love to be there regularly. Their food and ingredients are so fresh that I was able to feel the smell while I was swallowing it. 🔴 Environment 🔴 Very calm and quiet environment. But that peacefulness certainly changes after 7:30 PM. Because so many people come in, to have dinner or snacks in the restaurant. Then it becomes so noisy. I don't like that. Still, it is a perfect place for lovers to hang out with, family-friendly and very good for older people. 🔴 Employees 🔴 Management and staffs are well behaved and friendly. They will tell you everything you need to know about their food and its origin from ancient Myanmar. 🔴 Price 🔴 It is a bit expensive restaurant compared to quality. The most disturbing thing is, when they serve a dish 1 by 2, they charge more than a full plate. But quantity remains the same. This is the only thing that I don't like about them.

Burma Burma has a very vibrant and welcoming look. It has two seating arrangements, one on the ground floor and another on the top floor. The decor and paintings give a very refreshing look. More than the looks the menu and food gives you a motivation to visit Burma some day. I went on a Sunday afternoon without any booking and still managed to find a table. It serves pure vegetarian menu with a wide variety of uniquely named dishes. Everything looks amazing. Even the portion size is good. Overall a must visit place in Kolkata.

Lovely ambience. Great food- delicious and fresh. The service was really nice and quick. Staff is courteous and polite. Crispy lotus stem- must try, perfect to munch on while you wait for main course. Mekong curry and jasmine rice is my go to option for mains, right after khao suey. This time for a change we tried a tea- it was so refreshing and calming- beautiful tropical notes.

My friend and I were walking to a different restaurant when we walked by Burma Burma and just said to each other "why not" We only went in to have desserts and it was the BEST decision we made. There was this dessert... I'm forgetting the full name but it had bombe at the end of it and it was life altering. I think I reached heaven for a minute while having a spoon full of flavour that just exploded into so many sensations. The best experience I've had with desserts.
