Quite liked the place! Every scoop of ice cream is made fresh and from scratch right in front of you. They freeze the base and the ingredients instantly using liquid nitrogen to give you that creamy and flavourful mouthfeel. No additional sugar or emulsifiers and No preservatives or artificial colours. Ice Cream Tubs are also available. You can also choose your own toppings and waffle cone. Recommendations- Lava Mud Choco Crunch Icecream, Mixed Fruit Bosco Strawberry, Toffee Nut Brulee Latte, Blue Velvet, Pistachio, Rodeo Road. Their shakes are a MUST specially the Lava Mud Choco Crunch.

Very unique and quirky little ice-cream parlor. You get a wide variety of toppings, most of which are not common in the Indian market like M&Ms etc. Also, they make their ice-creams and many of their dishes using liquid nitrogen, which itself is a very fun and unique thing to watch. We tried their nitrogen frozen cheeze balls, which were amazing, and so very cold. The feeling you get when you bite into those ice cold, crunchy cheeze balls is something I highly recommend trying for everyone. More over, we tried various ice cream flavours as well. The berry flavoured ice cream stood out as being the best, although the others were equally good as well. Lastly, we tried a milkshake, and a vanilla coke, which I personally hadn't seen in the markets before. Also, with a bill of a certain amount, you get a free chocolate of increasing value as your bill increases. Overall, it was great fun trying their delicious offerings. I would visit this place again for their uniqueness and theatrical presentation on top of their delicious flavours. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Ice Cream Lab, which has finally made its way to Kolkata with its first outlet at Shakespeare Sarani. It has a wide variety of ice-creams, waffles, bubble waffles and shakes. The interiors are well decorated and had a quirky setup. I started with the dragon breath shots. They were great and something really interesting. The flavours were unique and quite good. The strawberry shake was good as well. It was rich and creamy. Among waffles, I tried Cookies N Cream in Bubble waffle and Medium Blueberry ice-cream waffles. The waffles were made fresh and hot. The ice-cream had a great texture and had a wonderful flavour. I loved the waffles here. They are worth a try !

My experience is absolutely worth penning down. Never had I tasted such an unique item called dragon breath sweet. Overall we had Cookies N Cream in Bubble Waffle - had oreo crumbles in the bubble waffle. Was absolutely my favorite. Blueberry waffle - waffle with blueberry icecream as base. Strawberry Shake - loved this one as well. Dragon Breath Sweet - the most unique item I ever had. Having this was a different feeling all together. Highly recommended. Each one of the items are totally delectable and unique perfect to satiate the dessert cravings! Will happily hop in again soon. All hygiene protocols are being followed and service is quite fast.

Ice Cream Lab the famous Middle-Eastern ice-cream brand has finally opened it's doors in kolkata. The store is located at Theatre Road just opposite to Anaras. They are maintaining all the safety protocols and they prepare the ice-cream in front of your eyes and that's an amazing and to have that experience one must visit there store. They have proper seating arrangements inside the store. And are offering 14 different kinds of out-of-the-box ice-cream flavors and milkshakes. The main attraction at this ice cream parlor is the use of Liquid Nitrogen. They prepare all the ice-creams using 100% natural ingredients. They use no preservatives in making the ice-cream. The liquid nitrogen is used to freeze ice cream. So I would just suggest you guys to try these Ice-creams when you visits their store: Dragon Breath: Dragon Breath comes in two variety one is sweet and one is cheese. These are basically cheese balls dipped in liquid nitrogen in front of you and when you bite and chew them smoke comes out of your mouth and nostrils. The sweet dragon breath balls are colorful and a bit sweet to taste. This is a must try item and its a brand new kind of ice-cream that has been introduced by them for the first time in kolkata. Tender Coconut: The tender coconut ice-cream tastes just amazing its made with pure tender coconut meat milk. The ice-cream is topped with tender coconut meat cubes. Salt Lick Crunch: This is one of their signature ice-cream and it is a must have from the menu. The pretzel are blended into the ice-cream and before the ice-cream is served they drizzle caramel sauce and put a pretzel on it and it looks so tempting.
