We loved the ambiance. Typical Park Street. The service while extremely friendly was very slow. The wait for the mains was especially long. Loved the prawn har gow. Well seasoned, juicy and tasty. Seafood laksa and udon noodles were not bad. Overall a good experience.
The quality of all the food items was really great .. the taste was mind-blowing
Special mention to the brie cheese and truffle dimsum - it just melts in your mouth
The bao was undoubtedly amazing
The noodles along with the kung pao chicken was a mass favorite
But the dish that stood out was none another than the chocolate and hazelnut mouse . It was the perfect chef's kiss .
100% recommend
I absolutely loved everything about the restaurant. Staffs are welcoming ambience is cozy and the food is amazing. We ordered spicy chicken bao which was so juicy inside. Salmon roll was amazing and the Korean style chicken is a strong recommendation from me. The veg fried rice and chicken belpaper Beyond perfect. If you want good food and don't have issues with spending money, this place is highly recommended for you.
This is a great spot for eating at a leisurely pace. The service is more than satisfactory, and I would definitely revisit in the future.
The menu offers a variety of dishes, from dimsums to chocolate mousse. The bhetki fish was so assertive in taste! The chocolate dessert was marked by foamy goodness. Loved the pretty dining chairs!
A beautiful restaurant situated at a stone throwing distance from the Park Street-Free School Street crossing is an endeavour from the house of Mocambo.Different levels of eating zones under the same roof is eye-catching.The decor is warm.Staffs are courteous and helpful.Service was prompt. Now the main topic, the food that was awesome. We ordered few of the uncommon items and all of them were lip smacking. This place is not as celebrated as a Peter Cat or a Mocambo or a Bar-B-Q but it is definitely a glorious addition to the food street of Kolkata.
Had a lovely time. Service is fast and the food was good. If there's only one dish I didn't like it would be the barbecue wrapped chicken. The chicken was good but the wrapping was not for my taste palate. Other than that, the ambience was chill (literally!). Everything from the gyoza and chicken wings to the sushi and mousse was great. We ordered so many starters that we didn't have the stomach for mains. Service was fast and prompt.
Awesome pan asian food. We ordered Tom Kha soup, Thai barbeque chicken, Bhekti with basil and Uramaki. They made the sushi very tasty and the texture was very good. The soup was so soothing right from the first sip. The staff are extremely courteous. Ambience is really at par with top fine dining restaurants. Will visit again to try other dishes.
An amazing place at Park Street, too many options to try... though don't forget to try their famous chocolate mousse, it's simply amazing.
The starters were amazing as well from fish to veg to chicken to mutton to mushroom, you name it they have it.
But yes, the alcohol menu isn't that great and the restuarant is not pocket friendly at all!
I had been longing to visit This fine dining restaurant Peter hu since it started operating . Straight from the house of Peter cat who knows the best what the city wants when it comes to tantalizing the taste buds .
The place is aesthetically pleasing, amazing balance of warm and cool shades of corals and whites and oceanic blue .
Perfect place for cosy fam-jams and get-togethers .
Now coming to service Captain Koushik and his team are on their toes to recommend the best items if you find it difficult to decide on the menu.
Must eats - The shrimp as a starter was mind blowing
Baos baos and bowing to the baos.... They are just amazing . These baos have my heart
Lemongrass Kombucha is one of the best when paired with their heavy food or pillow soft baos ..
Go for their burnt garlic fried rice pair it up with Kung pao chicken ... The gravy was amazing with super fresh bell peppers .. chicken was soft and very very tasty.
For desserts the Panacotta is a showstopper ...
P.s they have got amazing salads and good veg option in baos .
.
Food is extremely tasty , portions make you happy. Also on weekends make it a point to hit during early lunch hours around 12.30-1.00pm else you'll have to wait in long queues.
Happy eating happy feasting @peterhu
A very nice and smooth setting. Great for a quiet dinner date. Fan on the pork and prawn bacon combination. Not much impressed with the desserts or the cocktails. But definitely go for the well prepared pork dishes.
