Had a wonderful time at the Waypoint. The ambience is amazing and the food is superb. Loved the gnocchi and mushroom toast with truffle oil and my latte too☺️Definitely my favourites in the city. I can’t wait to try out everything on their menu. Will surely visit again soon. Absolutely loved this place 🩷🩷

Overall I like this cafe. The ambiance is excellent and a fun place to sit and enjoy and afternoon. Their food overall is also really good. Their chicken sandwich was excellent and I really enjoyed their iced mocha. That being said, their French toast special wasn't very good. I found the bread doughy and uneven and the creme cheese tasted a bit weird. It's the main line reason I dropped a star. The service at waypoint feels decidedly slow. Staff are polite and nice but aren't proactive. We had to ask multiple times for water refills and the meal came out very slowly. I found it to be a bit of a pattern, and while not a deal breaker, it feels like a point that needs improving.

Nicely tucked in on Lansdowne (Sarat Bose Road), this place has the right vibe of an exquisite coffee place. Trust you'll fall in love with the aromatic ambience and retro infused interiors. The menu is nicely curated from places all over the world. You gotta let your taste buds experiment for serendipity. Like i did with the famous Svamptoast and Malfatti. They made it brilliantly. To which i can definitely say that the rest of the dishes would be indeed worth trying. Last but not the least, the staff is really polite and courteous. They are supportive and quite understanding. Please keep up the good work. We need it !

I suddenly discovered this Cafe at Sarat Basu Road and went in to finish some of my office work. I sat there enjoying completing my work and sipped on a cup of cold coffee. What a peaceful place, with amazing interior. I am going back there for sure.

Everything about this place is praiseworthy. The food is delicious. I had tasted the Malfatti, Grilled Chicken in Peri Peri, Gnocchi in Pumpkin Sauce. Would recommend the Malfatti to everyone. I had my first Cold Brew here, and it was good. The atmosphere is amazing. It is spacious and aesthetic. Would suggest a visit an hour before the sunset, it adds to the aesthetic. Service is great. They are very polite. WayPoint café will hit all the Green Flags.

I stayed at the Samilton across the street, and literally just wandered into this quiet oasis. Wonderful coffee, and the minimalist decor is soothing on the senses, unlike the louder coffeshops now springing up everywhere. The mushroom toast was EXCELLENT, and the service was prompt. A hidden gem in Kolkata, highly recommended!

This was a new experience for me. Never had I explored this cafè before. Starting from the entrance to the main cafeteria,it was a very vibrant atmosphere with the freshness of coffee giving that aromatic feeling. We had ordered : 1) Affogato 2) Hazelnut Mocha. Both these drinks were very good and we had a terrific time. There is no restriction about the time, perfect place to sit in with your friends and have a nice 'Adda'. There is also a corner where some junk jewelries are kept, worth checking it out. There are plenty of cafés in this city right now but none that beats the ambience of this place. So mystic!

Very cosy place to sit and half a conversation. The menu is very basic with continental and Mediterranean items. The decor is very Mediterranean beautifully thought out. Love the way they preserved the original interior of old Kolkata building with modern touches. Food is simple and priced on the higher side. No Desi Indian food options. Had their baked beans with bread which is awesome.

Our experience from 2 visits to WayPoint has been rather pleasing. They make some decent coffees (tried an Irish Black and a Long Black). Both these have the indications of good espresso extracted from great beans giving good flavour and tasting notes. Yet to try the others like Cortado, flat white etc. In food we liked their wrap which both tasted delicious and was a treat to look at in terms of presentation. They could look at improving their Brownies which look fudgy with a cracked top but for some odd reason is eggless. As a result of the condensed milk addition it tastes slightly off.

These place serve one of the best hot chocolate in town. Cozy cafe where you can work with no distraction at all. Located in Bhawanipur, this can be nice option if you are looking for continental food

A quiet place to unwind. Waffles menu at biker's was a washout for some logistical reason. This one salvaged our Sunday post dinner outing. My brother serendipitously parked his car right outside the place. Cool. Everything tasted almost perfect: the Irish coffee with whipped cream, the blueberry waffles, the strawberry cheesecake (they used jam which made it overly sweet hence a 4* in the food section since there isn't an option for 4.5) and finally the elegantly nonchalant afogato. Well done WayPoint team. Keep it up. Amer was on point with cheerful readiness. The cafe was peopled elegantly. Almost picture perfect.
