A good delightful place to visit. They have a nice atmosphere, although the place is little small and only accomodates around 25-30 people max. Try to ask them whether any combo offer is going on or not, because that will give better deal. Staffs were super nice when I visited them in the Durga Puja time. They've option for Delivery too through swiggy or zomato. Reasonable prices considering the place. Filter coffee was good, although you may need extra sugar sometimes. Facilities of both Card and UPI payment available here. However the Dosa size was small as compared to other Street vendors. The Idli was kind of too soft in case of mine, but it's personal preference. Sambar was very tasty. In short, a go-to-go place for quick digestible food, especially for veg-loving people They've other desert options and beverages option too.

Had Ghee Roast Masala Thindi Dosa, Dahi vade. Dosa portion size could have increased. Else taste wise it's nice. Dosa is really quite crispy. Loved the chutney though 😋. Also the dahi vade were adequate sized and the curd was thick too. Seating area accommodates 15-18 people maximum.

Small South Indian place with a bright interior. The food was good and reasonably priced. We loved their gunpowder dosa and idly. The chutney was thick. Service was fast and friendly. In all a decent place to have some dosa, idly, or vada if you are nearby.

Our favourite Dosa Coffee is now available in Thindi Style where you can get your favourite south Indian foods super quickly. The Ambience is bright and simple. My recommendations are Garlic ghee dosa, vada & idli combo, and malka podi idli, fried idli, filter coffee and many many more. Special shoutout to the raw mango chutney it was very unique and amazing. It has perfect sour and mild sweet taste. Garlic ghee dosa and malka podi idli both are also stunning. Price is also pocket friendly. So, just visit eat and go OR just visit pick up and go 😉

The "Thindi" outlet of Dosa Coffee is now in Lake Town! So what is this ‘Thindi’ concept? It's a quick, stand and eat outlet that allows customers to order the basics at basic prices! Most items here come at below INR 100.. ALSO, You can grab a quick meal on the go without extended waiting times! Names of dishes slide wise : 1) Mango ghee Dosa 2) Kesari Halwa 3) Soda Lemonade 4) Mango ghee dosa(again!) 5) Ghee upma 6) Medu Vada ( LOVE IT ) 7) Fried Idli 8) 😻 9) and 10) The filter coffee in making ! My MUST TRY suggestions for food here: ✨Medu Vada : I'm honestly in love! The sambar abs chutney they serve alongside go so well with the Vada. I've made up my mind to go back and have it again, so good this is! ✨Mango Ghee Dosa: A refreshing take on the reg ghee dosa, this one hits the right taste buds! The mango goes to well with the subtle smell of ghee, I'm swooning ! ✨Kesari Halwa: As my friend said, the halwa reminds one of the bhog served at temples. So blissful ! ✨Soda lemonade: Goes on to refresh your palate for the next South Indian delicacy! ✨Ghee upma: Second time I'm including a dish with ghee in it , safe to say I love ghee. But don't we all? Well I love upma too for that matter and have tried it in various places of Kolkata and "Dosa Coffee" serves one of the best upmas I have ever had! And offcourse the , ✨Filter Kaapi: Authentic South Indian style filter coffee, need we say more?

I had visited the new outlet of Dosa Coffee at Lake Town, which has come up with 'Thindi' concept - a quick, stand and eat outlet that allows customers to order the basics like idlis, vadas, dosas and filter coffee. I loved the Raw Mango Ghee Dosa and Malkapodi Ghee Dosa. The dosas were crispy and the Malkaopodi masala tasted amazing. The idlis were soft and fluffy. I also loved the buttermilk and filter coffee. The food and service were great. The pricing was very nominal. You can grav a quick meal on the go without extended waiting times. Don't forget to check out this place !

Now open in laketown as well. Dosa coffee is my favourite go to place for authentic south indian food. This outlet is located beside Central Bank, sreebhumi, Laketown. This new outlet embraces the THINDI concept where you can stand and eat your food. The service is super quick and hassle free. Through the open kitchen the preparation can be seen done maintaining hygiene. The menu comprises simple and basic items like dosa, idli, buttermilk, halwa, filter coffee etc. at a reasonable and pocket friendly price starting from ₹60 . I had their, 1. Malka podi idli (One of their specialities loved the podi masala and essence of pure ghee) 2. Medu vada (crunchy vadas with subtle taste) 3. Garlic ghee dosa (the original taste of dosa is always recommend but garlic infused flavour was also very good) 4. Idli fries ( Deep fried idli sticks, it was very crunchy and dahi dip was absolutely delicious, a must try) 5. Kesari halwa (really loved the adequate amount of sweetness in it) 6. Buttermilk (served in safe and spill proof packaging) Appreciate the service and hygiene maintenance of the place. The food was fresh and quality was good. Recommended place ✅

This is a thindi style outlet by Dosa Coffee. To put things into perspective, the word “thindi” essentially means “a place where people stand and eat South Indian staples like dosa, idli, vada etc.” This outlet of Dosa Coffee has been opened in the classical Thindi style to represent a more express system of gorging on South Indian delicacies, perfect for the modern world where people are always on the go. I have always been fond of the food at Dosa Coffee and we decided to check out some of our favourites. We had to go back for the king pair of the Ghee Roast Dosa and the Raw Mango Dosa, and yet again, these two blew us away. The regulars like the Butter Idli, Sada Vada were simple and solid as expected. A special mention to the Malkapodi idli, with the gunpowder mixture sprinkled on top simply works magic. To conclude, we also tried the the Kesari Halwa, letting back a bit of North India amidst a rampant South Indian fanfare. Dosa Coffee continues to be my go to place whenever I crave authentic South Indian food with a touch of innovativeness. It’s needless to say, they deliver every single time. Price for two: Rs 200 - 300

"Thindi" is a telegu word for a eatery where you go in a hurry, have a sumptuous meal and back to life. So there are no seats. Just tables where you serve yourself and enjoy the meal. Dosa Coffee introduced this concept in Kolkata with their new outlet - Dosa Coffee Thindi - in Lake Town. Everything in their menu ranged between ₹30-100 ☺ We had: 🔅 Malka Podi Idli 🔅 Cheese Dosa 🔅 Filter Coffee 🔅 Kesari Halwa 🔅 Fried Idli The idlis and dosa are perfect for breakfast. The fried idlis are the go-to evening snacks. With such a affordable pocket pinch., there is no compromise with quality: - Desi Ghee is used for cooking - Food is served in disposable plates with Banana leaves - The outlet is air-conditioned - You have drinking water facility Brownie points for the kitchen being very very clean 😌😍

Recently visited Dosa Coffee’s ‘Thindi’ outlet for lunch. It is a stand and eat restaurant where food is served quickly upon ordering - hot and fresh! They have a variety of options catering to different palates - from the spicy Malkapodi Idli lathered with ghee and gun powder to the slightly tarty Raw Mango Ghee Roast Dosa. A meal for two here would cost not more than Rs200-250, which seems quite budget-friendly keeping in mind the quality. ‘Yummy South Indian basics , served in a jiffy’ is this outlet’s USP.
