This place is amazing. The ambience, the decor even the call button, completely amazing. The food is good especially the fish and chips
Echoes is located in topsia. Chose to go to this place because of their unique plating styles and its diverse menu selection. Tried these VEG TANDOORI MOMOS which had two different kinds of momos and they were great. The momos were just perfectly filled and cooked. It is must try in this place as out of all the dishes we tried their these were the star of the show. I am sure the non veg ones would be equally dish. This place is highly recommended as the ambiance is great, the staff is very cordial and ofcourse the lip smacking food. Go there and enjoy with friends and family and you would not regret going.

Our first visit to Echoes and it happened post lockdown period. The hygiene and quality standards are well taken care of. Food is delicious. The cocktails menu in the banta category is interesting to try. Service is courteous, no doubt.
The theme was a bit confusing to us. With the furniture mostly giving the ambience a French, European and vintage touch.. the menu card looked like a school notebook. The menu card surely needs a revamp. They looked quite old and over used too.
As we were sitting on the high chairs, the deep bowls cutlery was uncomfortable and clumsy to us.
My 4/5 rating to this place could've been 5/5 if it wasn't for the theme and cutlery.
But our overall experience, a 5/5.
This place has been on my wishlist since long,finally got to visit this place and it had totally lived up to my expectations! It has a nice decor with dim lights,soft music and good seating arrangements.The staff was very courteous and sanitization protocol was followed at the entrance.Coming to the food,the taste is awesome and good in portion,We had ordered the All kebab platter,more than enough in quantity for two,and the Classic Butter Chicken Thali,for dessert we had the Jerry's Chocobar sundae.I recommend this place to everyone for a casual hangout with friends and family, more so specially for a date night🙃

This restaurant is basically old calcutta themed and interiors are also according to that..
Great classy ambience , nothing less than fine dining,amazing staff and definitely lip smacking food.Echoes is nothing less than what I just described.Great place to hangout with friends and family members after work or at weekends.Absolutely pocket friendly and quality food.At the same time hit the dance floor with the pop number of the DJ while your food gets ready.Exceptional seating arrangements with great view and candle light dinners with your special one.My personal favourite- the buffet.
This place is a regular hangout for me and my friends. The ambience is never too old to savor. The food is amazing as well, starting from the starters to the desserts each and every dish tastes amazing. A must try after the lockdown.

I saw amazing ratings in zomato and couldn’t stop myself from visiting this place. It’s on the same building as Grid. The restaurant closes at 11 so I couldn’t get in at the first attempt. I loved the place when visited. I liked the décor and the staffs are extremely polite. They are specially abled so you need to be patient. This makes the place really unique. The ambiance I loved the most. I would recommend the loaded nachos without a doubt. One should must visit with friends to enjoy an evening out.

Echoes never fails to impress me. Be it their ambiance, food or the concept they have maintained it. I have been to their Delhi outlet a number of times and loved it; so when saw Echoes in Kolkata decided to pay a visit.
I am always happy by their concept of giving Differently Abled people the chance to show how capable they are. Deaf and Mute staff taking orders and not making any miss is really commendable. The well trained and courteous staff gets 5/5 for service.
Coming to food and beverage.
👍 Fish and Chips: Perfect Batter fried fish served with French Fries and Tartar Sauce. The fish was crispy outside and soft and flakey inside. Loved it.
👍 Stuffed Tandoori Mushroom: Pretty good vegetarian option; button mushrooms stuffed with Paneer. The marination was done right. Served with Roomali Roti, Piyaaz and Purina Chutney.
👍 Saran's Sunday Brunch: I can have this everyday. The platter consist of Butter Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Mashed Potato, Grilled Chicken, Assorted Saute Vegetables and Juice. A king style brunch.
Couldn't try their desserts as we were full. But definitely next time.
ECHOES is an all day cafe and bar managed by deaf and dumb.
They have served us amazingly well without any doubt.
Now coming to the food.
We ordered for a plate of Peri peri keema fries which was very delicious.

Located in Topsia, it offers a mesmerising view of the city of Kolkata from it's 6th floor thus leaving you in awe. Recently they have launched "Thursday Gin Club Cocktails" where they offer a varied range of cocktails like Gintox, My Bloddy Valentine etc.
Also, they serve some really delectable food which you surely must not miss. On my visit, I tried out the following items:
1. All Fried Chicken Board- It consists of the following:

2. Classic Fish and Chips- I love the way they serve fish and chips with mayonnaise dip and fries. The fish used was super fresh and the basa used completely melted in my mouth.
3. Red Rave- Hands down, the best Red velvet shake ever had. The shake is thick in nature and someone who likes red velvet will definitely fall in love with the shake. Priced at just Rs 219, it is a deal stealer.

A very unique concept of employing disabled staff and there so well behaviour of servibg there customers. A new style of serving dishes and ordering food made us love this place more and more. Food was Good, Hookah was Average,Staff Behavior was Fantastic. But one disadvantage was there service was too slow had to remind them twice that we ordered something. Overall experience was Good.
I went there 2days back.Echoes kolkata situated at 6th floor near grid at haute street, topsia. It has a classy decor. There is a special thing about giving order . They employed differently abled people and they will make you understand how to give order . You have to write menue and press a bell which will put a bulb on of the respective table. This is a great idea and i liked this so much . And of course there is no delay about taking order and giving food . Staffs are very nice . We ordered bbq chicken platter as starter which was enough to fill ur tummy full and tasty. They also serve hookah of different flavour , we ordered brainfreezer . In main course ate classic butter chicken thali ( it has butter chicken, jaggery, raita, 2 laccha parata which we. Customized with butter naan , onion, mutton kebab and green chutney) thali was yummy . Also had cosmopolitan and Budweiser.overall pretty much nice experience .

Such a lovely place in topsia . I totally loved the theme there. It is totally managed by dumb and deaf people with such courteous manner really over whelming but disappointing factor was all drinks are not available there and quantity of food is low according to the high charges I felt so ,but ambience is really with nice music played in the background.

I visited this place yesterday.Really loved their classy ambience and their vintage decor.
I like their unique system of ordering food by writing the codes of the food items mentioned in the menu card and if you want to call the staffs just ring the bell which is hanging from the above as the staffs are deaf and dumb over there.
The service is excellent over there you wouldn't find any flaw.
Talking about the food items we ordered
1.Chicken Pizza-You can never go wrong with Pizza,it was very tasty.
2.Chicken Biryani-As it was kind of Hyderabadi Biryani it was served with Curd raita,Pudina Curd,Gur and Onion.I loved the taste of biriyani the only thing i didn't like in Biryani was the quantity of the chicken which they provided with it or else it was worth it.
3.Cold Coffee-It was one of the best shakes i have ever had.It was thick and very tasty With every sip you could taste the mixture of chocolate and coffee. I strictly recommend this product.
4.Virgin Mo !! -It was refreshing just as expected
5.Hot Garlic Noodles & Chilli Chicken-The noodles were great in taste and were a bit spicy as its name suggests and the chilli chicken was a bit stiff but there was no compromise in it's taste.
We also ordered a Mixed Sauce Pasta,the service was so good that when we told them that the pasta was very dry and was tasting a bit odd they quickly replaced the old pasta with a new one so Kuddos to them.
Overall i would suggest this place to everyone for their ambience,service and food.

This place was in my wish list from a couple of months back and finally I dicided to drop in there on the auspicious day of Diwali with my Pal.
• Let me describe the theme of this resto pub which is similar to their other branches situated in the pan India. While you are entering there, the GRE will take you to a great world taken care by Deaf & Dumbs. As they cannot hear you or can't even response you with their voices they have arranged the menu card which has item codes beside each and every dish names, which you have to write on the scribbling pads those are already placed on your table to order your favourite dish. And if you have anything to say to the servers then they have provided small calendar type printed notebook, where you can show them what you want to say. And the ambience is also beautiful, it is a perfect couple or family place, you can plan your romantic dining dates here.
• The soft bollywood songs were playing on the console and that was turning our mood and helping us to complete a perfect date.
• Now let me take you to my personal opinion on the food and drinks, that I have tasted:
1. Teen Paan Rose Hookah: I loved the flavour, the density of the smoke was good enough, loved it.
2. Bartender's Signature Mocktail: The Bartenders are appointed there, they all are skillful and professional, especially I love the mixing by Bartender Raju. He was the person who made my Mocktail, and gave a magical touch to it, which was really wonderful and turned this to one of the best.
3. Chicken Tikka: Ordered this to take a test of their Indian section, and they had pleased me in this too. Chicken chunks were good in size, it was soft and the authenticity of Indian flavour was extracting from it beautifully.
4. Serial Killer Burger: The name is enough to describe this. It had taken the heart of both the diners presented at the table. Loved it so much.
5. Chicken Makhani Pasta: Here the Penne pasta was presented by tossing with Mix Sauce and loaded with lots of chicken cubes in it. This was served with two pieces of garlic breads to keep the authenticity.
***Our stomach was full with the portions served for all the dishes, so that we couldn't order any dessert at the end.
• Service was far better than any other so called restaurants who claim themselves to be the best in town. The stewards are all may be dumb or deafs but they are truly amazing servers with good command in professionalism and hospitality. I can rate 10 stars for the staffs of this place. From the Security Guards to the GRE, from the Bartenders to Servers and Managers all were at top notch. Being a Food Blogger and a Hotelier I proud on them for keeping our hospitality industry's dignity and reverence.
• Recommendation: As I told early, I highly recommend this place to everyone who are planning to make their dining experience better than ever with their pals they can drop in there and I bet they all will fall in love with this place.

Located at Topeka in the same building where the Grid is also located, the concept is phenomenal, really appreciate the service personnel, they are courteous. The food is also quite good.

This new bar and restaurant near Topsia has an amazing decor and the staff is super friendly!
We had All fried chicken board, pasta in tomato sauce from the food section.
The board consists of chicken popcorn, chicken fingers, BBQ sticks, fish fingers, cajun fries, fried wings, tartar, thousand island.
The best among the lot are the chicken popcorn and the fish fries. The pasta was good too and the quantity is enough for two people.
Coming to the beverage section, we had two budweisers and a cocktail- Sex on the Beach. The alcohol content is good.
The most amazing part of this outlet is the staff members. We had to communicate in sign languages as the staffs are physically challenged. It's a great initiative to provide support to these people.
The decor is amazing and classy.

This place has an amazing refreshing vibe. What struck me and amazed me the most is the staff members are differently abled and use sign language to communicate. The customers converse with the staff using a set of cue cards placed on every table. Echoes is doing a great job by recruiting people who are deaf and dumb, and training them to communicate in sign language.
Now, coming to the food, the food was very average and compared to the price of food, the quantity is very less. We had ordered pasta, pizza and cheesy fries. The pizza base was very very thin, and very average in taste.
Coming to the mocktails, what I felt again is that compared to the price, the quantity was very less and the taste too could have been better (they use very little alcohol in cocktails probably)
The staff members were really good and responsive, the service was also great.
Their hookahs are the best, do try out if u love to have hookah.
Overall it was an average experience to be here

Before giving reviews on the food and ambience, I will love to speak about the wonderful concept of the restaurant. The outlet is runned by physically disabled people and thus the operation in the restaurant runs totally keeping in mind their comfort so that they can socialize with the guests in an ease. This thing actually touched my heart. The food was also really good and I will love to recommend the chicken momo and pizza because I think they were really good. The place has a very peaceful ambience and this made my experience more good

After reading zomato reviews, had been planning to visit Echoes. Trust me, i was over whelmed.
The ambience is great and the staff is courteous. The manager made my visit pleasant by acceding to our request to offer a-la carte Indian food. Great effort by the owner to run the restaurant with differently-abled persons.
Coming to food, we ordered chilly cheese toast, paneer tikka, french fries, lasagne, biryani, kulcha, naan, paneer, dal makhni.... and each item tasted great.

The food is good as is the case with so many other places. Most important for me is staff behavior and I liked that here. Loved the loud music. Entered the place a bit on the lower side but exited in a total party mode.
It’s an amazing place with classy decor, smoothing music and friendly staff.
In the frame “kebabs, kebabs , kebabs” which includes tandoori tikka, afgani tikka, haryali tikka, mutton kebabs, momo and fish.
It’s a non-veg platter, which is filling.
