After a bitter experience of ordering from dominos I turned to Bean stori.the food reached us earlier than expected and it was really good.after reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant, but once I opened the package I was totally stunned...it was fresh and there was a liberal amount of freshly chopped veggies and beef on the Texan burger.And the taste of the veg burger was also great.The only drawback was their French fries that were a bit soggy...but tasted fine.The delivery guy was very polite and nice.great service from ZOMATO.

This place is the first house turned into a Bistro concept in kottayam. The Ambience inside was good. So were the wall designs, pictures & cutlery. But overall this place looked a tad less authentic when compared to those bistros you see in Fort cochin, Varkala or Kovalam. The service was pretty impressive. We had ordered for a Texes Burger & a Grilled Chicken Combo (which included a piece of Grilled Chicken, Chicken Masala, Biriyani Rice, Pudina Chutney & a piece of Gulab Jamun). Biriyani Rice was very well cooked. Quantity wise i expected a small portion of Chicken masala & a large chunky piece of Grilled chicken. But when it came it was the exact opposite. Grilled chicken tasted good. It's a very small quarter piece. Chicken Masala's gravy was creamy & its texture was near perfect. Gulab Jamun was yummy. Pudina chutney was a tad watery. But went well with my rice & murgi masala. The Texes Beef Burger was well stuffed with a decent sized patty, fresh Jalapenos, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onion & Cheese. But they could have grilled the patty for another 5 minutes in my opinion. Overall this place is a very decent bistro. First of its kind in kottayam. And much better place when compared to the overpriced 'Outhouse bistro' in Aida hotel.

A lovely place that is maintained very well. A quiet and cool cafe that is not too crowded. Most items are affordable and tasty. Quantity is good too. A nice cafe for family. The Chicken Barcelona pasta was quite good. So was the seafood soup. Be careful with the delicious hot chocolate brownie 😋
A nice quiet place, with an ample seating space. There's even an outdoor dining section for the ones wanting a breeze along with their sandwich :)
Their chicken sandwiches are worth the wait, and their fried rice is worth a mention.

Had lunch from Bean Stori on a Saturday noon. Even though it is along side the K.K. Main Road, it is a calm and quiet place that can accommodate a good number of people, at a time. They do have parking area as well.
Good and comfortable seating arrangements. Soothing ambience. All the couples can get excited, as the Café has set up beautiful balcony seating arrangements, with an amazing view.
Menu includes a variety of dishes and cuisines. The items we tried were really yumm... Limited number of desserts for people with sweet tooth. Friendly and helpful staff.
Wash area is clean and well maintained.

If you are looking for a calm and ambient place, then this is the one for you. Actually i am not a great fan of their food, but some food has different taste. Main reason i am here is because of its ambience. Staffs are very cooperative. Some dishes are very expensive and has unique serving style. I can assure that this place is a better one to relax with your family.
Such a laid back place which is not too far away from the main area. Great homely feel and is airy and comfortable. The setting is done in a welcoming manner with plenty of room for a medium sized group.
Although the service could be better, in the sense, average order time took 15-20 minutes even at low rush times.
Overall 5 stars because the restaurant itself is a pleasing place to be in.
