I had one of the best hamburger in recent times. This was their king burger and beef cheese burger both were equally good. They also serve nice French fries. I didn’t expect it to be good but this completely surprised me.
Excellent service by the staff . Always smiling and polite, it was so welcoming and satisfied very much. The food was decent for the price.
Great place for burgers. I will recommend this place to friends and families who likes burger, esp beef burger. They offer the best burger in the city without a say, im thinking I'd the best burger in recent times from here - and it's world class.

A simple but great cafe to have burger. This cafe is a small and only little space for parking hardly two cars. Only limited number of items in the menu. As advertised it's cheesy and juicy. Tried the peri peri chicken spicy burger and onion ring mini burger. The former one was very good and juicy.
A pleasant experience , very friendly customer service. Tried their signature Hamburger that's man Vs ham , indeed it was impressive. Also their unique caramel apple shake was a total game changer. Rates are reasonable too.

Need to work in the veg menu especially during the Lent season. As if now there is only on vegan burger for the vegetarians and if that goes out of stock you have nothing

Tasty, well mannered and friendly staffs. They prepare burgers with homemade patties which makes it even more tasty. Love to come back and this was my second time in the same week.

The Open Door has the best burgers in Kottayam! Hands down! We had their smashed cheese burger with fries and that was a crowd pleaser. My girls were impressed so much they said it tasted better than burgers back in the U.S.A!
