I never expected I would find amazing asian dishes in Kovalam. The Tides is the only restaurant that lives up to the standards of The Leela brand in the property. Went there with colleagues for company get together and dinner with our CEO. It was a very beautiful place and nice atmosphere and experience. Very calm. But I won't say the food was exceptional. It wasn't that kind of a 5 star experience. Just some fine dining experience. But still I liked it.

Beautiful place by the sea shore
It is part of Leela hotel so expect good service. I was not dissappointed. It is a tad bit expensive and the time we were theŕe the beach had lot of garbage piled up.
A la carte was good, but it took almost half hour. The buffet is competitively good.
