This is not a work cafe, it's in the Hilite Mall. There are two areas where you can sit - one is on the ground floor and another in the food court on the 3rd floor.
The best part is that service is very good, the staff is courteous and cheerful.

Hands down one of my favorite spots in Calicut. Probably a great place to grab a coffee and a chat. Great atmosphere, good food, friendly people, quick wifi, and plenty of space for all the people that are guaranteed to be here at any given moment. Love it! Visited the place recently with my family. Between the four of us, we had two cappucinos, a latte and a hot chocolate. They all tasted fine, was hot and did not overdo any. Waiting time was about 10 minutes and the staff was courteous. All the beverages had sufficient quantity so no complaints regar

I’d say this is an ideal cafe considering the space within a shopping mall. Food is good; a place away from mall’s chaos and everyday clutter. You could sit in deep silence and enjoy your time alone or with a quality companion.
